    But now the site is ignoring me They not answer more nothing

    They want that I send my document certified in notary public to them by post letter! This is ridiciulous. I live in South America, they in Europe. It is 2 or 3 months to receive this, if to receive. While this, I to be without my account and my money, without to play? Really not. I sent by mail message this, and this is more than sufficient!

    And they speak that day 03/january not sent this PVC to my new address (but Abigail and Nick spoke me day 04/january that they both have updated this in my account with my new address and sent this PVC to my new address day 03/january, as all you can see in posts before with logs chats and mail messages that they sent to me). And want only the PVC that was re-sent 2 days ago, day 20, to my old address, one address where I not live more, in other city of same state where I live now, only ask this because I spoke that not more live there and cannot back to there because since final november I changed of address to work

    This is hard, I am losing one money honest that I deposited to bet in 2011!!! This is ridiculous!!!

    MSLopes, sorry to hear your story. But I agree with vytasz, SBR will not help you with this issue. Bet365 is their sponsor.

    Deposit in other book and make money there. And meanwhile deal with bet365, it will take a quite some time.

    I would advise:
    European books: Pinnacle and Betfair, they require minimum documents to be verified. I even don't recall if I had to send them any documents.

    The problem is that day 03/january the two agents support Abigail and Nick, spoke me that they updated my account with this new address and sent this same day 03 one PVC to this new address. And spoke me that "ONLY THIS WAS NEED TO COMPLETE VERIFICATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT" (they spoke me with this words!)



    Then, I waited all this days, until now, and not received nothing


    And only 2 days ago, other agent support, Nicky, spoke me that any letter PVC was sent to me in my new address, and sent 2 days ago one, only to my old address


    And more: now they too ask that I send one letter to address Bet365 in Europe (I am in South America!) with my ID doc certified in notary public. This have one cust (not is little, by distance, more than 100usd, I am right!) and delay a lot (between 50 and 100 days). I certified this ID in notary public and sent today to Bet365, by mail message. I think that this is more than sufficient! I already have sent 3 docs (driver license, ID and CPF) and bills utility with my old and my new address


    I need that they reopen my account while I wait this PVC in my new address (if they can to send)






    Other thing: in 2 or 3 days, is making 3 months that I ativate one bonus in my account. In other words: in next days makes 90 days that this bonus is pending rollover!


    The Bet365 is making this to end this time of rollover, and part of my money to be retired of my account! For this reason, they ask all this above, to win time and my money expires, without I to end this rollover


    This is being obvious, for me

    Now Bet365 is never getting my business. I hope as many Europeans and non-Americans see this. MSLopes' English may be severely lacking and somewhat entertaining, but this is a classic case of ill treatment of a CLIENT.

    I agree strict verification should be put in place, but this is beyond absurd. The guy has been asking for an address change for over a month now, change his freakin' address, send again, done deal!

    MSLopes, I have an advice for you:

    1. Don't give up - talk to someone who knows better English, and send a very very detailed e-mail to Bet365's support, specifying every step along the way.

    2. Calm down - I know how it feels to be held a hostage by a bookie after you win, you feel like it's only because you won. Betfair actually held onto my withdrawal request for over a month, and it worked for them. I lost over 12,000 USD in winnings because I was tempted to gamble while the process was on. You need to be calm, your money is going nowhere, it's only a matter of time. They will give up as long as you don't.

    Sending it via a courier (FedEx etc) will be expensive, but certainly less than you'd lose writing it off, and would take <1 week. That said, let Justin have a go and see what's going on with the IDs.

    Alright Shari, I exaggerated about 2 weeks.
    Justin7 himself boasted on forum that he has an excellent communication with bet365 and all problems are solved within 2 days. And that's why they got A- rating in such a short span of time, unlike others. But that is not the case. People win and then are getting screwed endlessly. They ask for certain documents and then suddenly change their mind and start asking for all kinds of different documents, notarized copies, send KYC codes to wrong addresses and do not listen.

    And Justin7 keeps quiet, sends private messages and does not communicate to the rest of us unlike in other cases. Why? If he explained MAYBE we could understand and agree. Maybe you know more than me.

    And then you come and tell that they do not break THEIR terms and conditions. But are their terms and conditions fair? Can you compare their TC with Pinnacle, for instance? And can you imagine how these people feel?

    Then, after times betting in my account Bet365, always normally, winning, losting. Days after, when I get bets and give up one good balance, they locks the account?! Only after I win? Because not before I to deposit?!

    After this, they ask all my docs. I sent all, 3 docs, bills utility, doc certified in notary public. They speak me that all was verify complete, this docs, and that only I need now to receive my PVC, to completar full the verification account and reopen her (they speak this and confirmating this with this words, as you can to see in logs in this topic)

    Because they not sends this shit of letter PVC last year, still when I lived in my old address? I created my account in october, I bet a lot days, and only in half november, day 14, I changed to my current address in other city, to work reason

    Then, I was in november, december, all normally, with my account, betting

    Only when I win bets and up my balance this year, in january start, my account is locked. Then, I go in the chat support, and they spoke me about this PVC.     You are totally misreading what I've been saying mate.

    My beef with this thread is that the OP hasn't let up and allowed a reasonable time-frame for the issue to be dealt with. Instead, he was posting his lengthy complaint and unwarranted accusations again and again and even opened up at least one more thread to say the same thing.

    I sympathise with any genuine punter from countries which it seems Bet365 treats with extreme caution. Perhaps they have good reason based on the past behaviour of fellow countrymen. I really don't know. I have had accounts with them in the past an had no such difficulties. They limited me to a waste-of-time level but that's normal for Euro books. They are one of the biggest and most reputable firms in the UK and are not cheats.

    No. I've never been cheated by a book. I've had the odd issues with a few but never had funds stolen.
    But then I take a lot of care which ones I deal with.

    And this manager no speak nothing to me, no send any answer, and I am waiting this contact of manager since 10 days. Conclusion: the site now ignores me =/ Not help in more nothing, chat, mail, phone, nothing.     Your account is suspected of fraud. As I told you in email, you need to get the PVC code from your original address.

    Just pay to those who live in your original address to take the letter
    and call you with the code.

    from your case I understood why Bet365 mocked with me.
    I also didn't received the first letter.
    the mistake was mine-I forgot to write a tiny detail of my address in Bet365:
    "vh.B"
    Then I added this in my Bet365 account and the second letter arrived.

    But even with the PVC, Bet365 will refuse the reopening of account.
    They want ID till you give up.
    even if you send by post notarised ID,they will want something else,you'll send it,then they will want another...
    They'll never reopen your account.
    They think like this: "He didn't received the first verification letter.Something is not OK.
    Why we (bet365) should take a risk?"

    I am a EU resident and I sent my IDs to the police in their town.
    Only then Bet365 understood they don't take a risk.And they reopened my account.
    Because the police told them my ID is real!!!

    MLS,you should make the same thing.
    But as you're not a EU resident,
    I'm not 100% sure the UK police will want to do something for you.
