    The question here is the fact that the site is lieing to me

    All agent supports spoke one thing:

    My docs and bill utilitys was verified

    And that only rest the verification postal with PVC letter to ended TOTAL verification. Nothing more than this. I asked to one agent support write one mail message to me speaking this and confirmating, and she have made this, as you see in one of log chat above



    I waited 20 days for this

    No received nothing



    Then today I go back in the chat again, and other agent support spoke things totally differents of all others before

    That any letter was sent to my address house and that I need wait letter in address old in other city where I not live more. Is that I need to send my docs again, now certified by notary public and by post letter ¬¬ Months and more months, to this delay. I live in America of South, Bet365 is in Europe ¬¬




    I not can to wait all this time. I sent my docs and was spoke me that all was ok and verify

    And that only rest this PVC that was re-send to my new address

    Now thay want to change all rules (and not sent nothing for me during all this days that I waited this shit of letter in my house, if I not go back in the chat today, I never knows of this). Patetic support, ridiculous agents works



    I not will to send more nothing of docs, because I already have sent all 3 docs and spoke me that all is verifyed and nothing more they need, only PVC. I not will to certify this in notary public and sent by post to nobody

    I only need that they make what spoke to me: "Yours docs was verifyed. Only rest your PVC that was re-sent in 03/january to your new address. Nothing more than this and your account is reopened"

    I want to go back bet in my account with my money

    1000 usd is a lot money (for me, at least) and I cannot to lost this

    These books have KYC standards to fulfil, and often implement additional security on what we might call blacklisted countries, or those where they suffer a high degree of bonus claims. I had to do the notary public routine with Australian books whilst I was living in Denmark, and unfortunately you likely have no choice but to do it if you want to receive your funds.

    I read your chat logs.

    Bet365 requires the PVC code to validate your account. When you move, and don't receive the original one, it looks like you are trying to cheat them by using several accounts. Most people that move can still get their old mail.


    In chat, they said they are sending the PVC to your new address. You will need to wait for that, and give them the code when you receive it. It might go better if you were polite to their CS also.

    SBR entering in dispute agaist Bet365 to help we customers, and this was good

    Now, sponsoring here, the site make all to want and steall when want, because never more SBR will to enter in dispute agaist them, and any to place in check this status level A

    This is bad

    every week the same story

    seriously, there are so many (and I mean MANY) people that used bet365 for years without problems. when it comes to live betting options they are the best!

    these guys are making millions but some new bettor has problems with id verification and he thinks they are trying to steal his 4 digit sum. There are probably a lot of fraud attempts that's why they get so strict when it comes to id verification when they suspect something fishy.

    your money is not being stolen. they are a respectable book.

    I waited 3 weeks to reactivate my account with id and address verification as I am from eastern Europe where a lot of fraud attempts come from, but it was eventually solved. they would never steal money

    I have been using them for years with no problems

    Have you filed a complaint with SBR?

    or with IBAS?

    If not, do so and have a little patience while they sort it out for you if you are genuine and haven't broken any rules or laws.
