Comments: I've been a loyal customer of bet365.  They have made money out of me, but not much.  Today I got an email saying that due to the 'likely profitability' of my account they were restricting what I could do, offers etc.  Now all my bets (even phone bets) are restricted to tiny amounts (£5, $5 or whatever).  This bookie loves losers and closes the accounts of anyone why might win.  Disgraceful, should be illegal.  How can that be right?

Comments: I can't believe what this site did to me. I made a total of $6,900 in deposits over a 6 month period and made a single $1,200 withdrawal over that same time frame. They offered $750 limits on each live in-running event and I lost a little over $4,000 in the 6 month period leaving me with approximately $1,700 left. After losing over $4,000 to them, they cut my limits from $750 down to a maximum of $37.50 (95% decrease in limits) depriving me of any chance of winning my money back. I have read several reviews that Bet365 cuts limits if you are winning too much but I have NEVER heard of any sportsbook TAKING YOUR MONEY and then cutting your limits by 95%. There is no justification for what Bet365 did and when I emailed them about it, I got a response back 3 days later saying the trading manager thought my business wasn't going to be profitable in the future. Bet365 is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE and I hope that this review reaches as many of their customers as possible. AVOID this sportsbook at all costs and SBR should seriously consider taking them off their recommended list.

Comments: These guys do whatever they want. You lose to them and they are happy - you win a couple of times and they close your account. I expect a lot more than that from an A+ site like Bet365. They in fact do not close your account they simply reduce you bet limit to $5 which has the same effect. Absolute rubbish - guys just so that you know that they are only here to win - if they lose they do not want you as a customers and they do not even have the curtosy to tell why ? Ignoring my emails etc... and the excuse that you get from customer service - "It is teh Risk manager decision" If you win you are a risk and if you lose you are fantastic customer. if taht is the A+ site of the eindustry then perhaps you should reconsider your rating mechanisn. Comments: i have been with bet365 for 3 years and they are a++++ for me i am a medium sized player, and there payouts are quick customer service is exellent there range of fixed odds betting is great ive had no problems recomended for medium sized players but not sure about professionals.

Comments: New design , which causes a lot of troubles, simply unmanageable. The old style was much better, and reviewable. There is an innovation in the play running bets : "To request a large bet, increase the Stake/To Win value and click Place Bet. The amount by which this figure exceeds Bet Max will be referred to a Trader" Yes will be referred, and the trader will decline from 30 attempts at least 29. And of course it doesn't protect from the usually bet $3.65 limitations. After you got your personal limit, they will not show to you this trader option, you can use only the bet max (which is 5-15€, as we know, hahaha) button. So, bet $3.65 is not a serius bookie, SBR's A+ rate is very overdid. My personal rate : C-

Comments: I LIKED THE SITE ... IT HAD A GOOD BONUS 50 MATCH PLAY 4 TIMES EVERY 10 BETTING DAYS ... BUT I GOT SCAMMED ON LIVE BETTING IN GOLF THE PLAYER I BET TO WIN THE RD JUST FINISHED AND THEY POST HIS ODDS AT +110 ... HE WAS TIED WITH ANOTHER PLAYER THAT WAS FINISHED. SO I TOOK IT I WAS LAYING 110 FOR THE REMAINING FIELD NOT TO CATCH THEM ... I WON BUT WON ONLY 5 DOLLARS ON A 100 DOLLAR BET THEY SIAD HE WAS TIED AND LOST HALF THE BET ... ANOTHER WORDS ANY ONE WHO MADE A BET ON EITHER OF THE 2 LEADERS COULD ONLY LOSE ... THEY DUPED ME GOOD AN I HAD TO SWEAT THE REST OF THE FIELD.

Comments: If you are looser - Bet365 is very good for you, but If you are a player, your limits will be under 10 USD:-)). Can you tell me what sportsbook is the best for tennis betting? (write dmarena@centrum.cz)

Comments: I was a member of this site for about a year and I was down over $10,000 at one point. I went on a lucky winning streak and got my way back to even. The day after I got into the black, my limits were lowered by 90%. The reason they gave for this was they did not expect my business to be profitable in the future. While I was losing heavily, they had no problems with my action. With this 90% restriction, the maximum limits were ridiculously low. For example, the MAXIMUM bet they would allow on the Rockies to win the World Series was $2.50 (thats right 2 dollars and 50 cents). If I wanted to bet on the total of an in running game, my max bet allowed was $30. When I requested to speak to the person who made this ABSURD decision, nobody from the customer service department would put me through to him. I offered to leave my phone number so this person could call me back and they once again refused and said the decision is final. I strongly recommend all customers to AVOID this sportsbook.

Comments: Bet365 has great software and the best selection of lines in the world. Their customer service is all native English speakers and generally very professional. All this said, I would NOT recommend this book in the least. I wagered over $100K at this site and was a $1000+ loser. They rewarded my loyal play with a slap in the face, cutting my limits to $20 or less even on phone wagers. Judging from the numerous forum posts with stories like mine, this is their standard practice. They are not a legitimate book as far as I'm concerned, since they obviously have no clue how to post proper lines or manage their customer base. In addition, their lines aren't even remotely competitive 99% of the time and they have the worst bonuses in the business. Don't give these greedy two-bit hacks the benefit of your action. Stay away.

Comments: be carefull with this book! bet365 is not a serious sportsbook. They have a lot of problems with their software. 2 month ago, i make a bet with a 300 euro stake, which I lose! and i was wondering, that this was not in account. Normally I must be lucky about that cause i lost this bet. But i was writing an email to customer service, saying I was wondering about that... the only reply was stupid "we don´t know" kind of stuff... Ok I think thats their problem, I´m don´t losing 300 euro :) So after 24 hours this bet was in my account showing me that I make this bet and losing this 300 euro Thats ok cause it was this way. Today this problem happens again... but the difference was I win this bet. Customer service told me the same blah blah kind of of stuff as the first time... I say please send me a proof of your recording... and everything is ok for me. They not able to do this!! and just talk boring stuff Result: Bet 365 is not a serious bookie and I think SBR just supporting them so well getting very well paid from them!!

Comments: Today I deposited 1500 EUR on my bet365 account and I tested their poker site. I was rivered 19 times and I got only 3 rivers in my favour. Card distribution very strange (expecially by the turn and the river card)As an experienced poker player i can only recomand to all - AVOID THIS SITE - EXPECIALLY THEIR POKER. Comments: Found 365 via my local football club. I do wager reasonably high but was happy that 365 had a "Bet Max" button. This meant you were always backing to what they were happy to lay. Up until Tuesday night, they were laying me horses to lose £3k. That is plenty and well with what I want to play too. I have gone back on this morning and they will now lay me to lose £150. I have been but back 20 FOLD. On Tuesday, @ 14.20, I asked them a question via email that needed an answer before 7.40 as it was time sensitive. I am still waiting for a reply. I had to ask 4 times for a Neteller withdrawal over a period of 9 hours before I got a reply.

Comments: Bet365 is a first rate book offering a wide variety of action including excellent tournament poker and adequate cash games. Transfer of funds between poker and sportsbook is very desirable and easy. Payouts are fast and service is top notch. This is an excellent first sportsbook for the casual gamer who bets a dime or less, although they sometimes take more action and sometimes less depending upon the sport. If you like parlays you can take up to 14 way action and mix different sports within. Arguably one of the most desirable odds for parlays, currently paying an extra bonus on your parlay win placing them over the top in return. Adequate bonus for new customers and some existing customer bonuses and reload bonus from time to time. The casino leaves something to be desired but that is ok as one should generally avoid mixing sports betting and casino play in the same account, which is esier said than done these days. They do offer a $40 match play every month that is worth the visit if you can be disciplined enough to wager no more than that amount. Avoid the 'games' and 'virtual racing' as the odds are less than desirable. As a sportsbook and poker room, I give bet365 the nod and thumbs up.

Comments: Simply the best. The only limitation is that there is a bet limit but not a problem for me who only bets max $500. With a wide range of bets and good rates, Bet365 has provideed a vast variety of sports betting to sports lovers. No problem with deposit and withdrawal, good in fact, the best customer services you can ever find. I always try to test the customer officers withs stupid email (such as asking them for conversion rates) and Bet365 never fails in my request. Occasionally 10% reload bonus and sometimes 20% sign up bonus, free in running bet, free bet on selected matches. Most importantly, they are reliable and have been my most trusted website for 3 years. Choose bet365. You won't regret

I have played with bet 365 for many years without problem, until today. They decide to cut my betlimit down 10 times from the orginally limits. I talked the supervisor and asked about this. he told me there was nothing he could do. It´s business, he told me. My limit was cut down to 50usd on totals and 300usd on money-lines. Is there anything I can do to get my limit raised again? Tell me. This is a real disaster for me because I bet LIVE mostly and can´t find another good LIVE bets-book. Comments: Would just like to pass along how satisfied I've been with these guys, their juice is not as low as Pinnacle's, but their customer service is as good as it gets. Payouts are prompt, email response time is terrific, overall a very enjoyable experience.
