yep, and the very sad truth is almost none of them realize it.
and the newest tax plan if it stays as is and you earn less than 75,000 you will possibly see a tax increase. If your home is more than a shack and you live in a one of a bunch of different states your ability to deduct interest paid on a new home will be curtailed.
