How can they prove that someone is using another ip as another client.
You are just saying user KateG logged in similar with some other user.
But that is it.

You can say this about any user and is only your word against his/hers.
She, instead, can prove with ids and all other docs that she is a real person.
You, on the other hand, are showing only some numbers and dates from a possible program, that can be easily edited and modified.

We don't have internet at home, so we decided everyday to go together to a internet cafe.
By almost every bookie rules, this is not possible, even if we have all the profs in the world that we are real and have different addresses.
I think the IP rule is a thing for bookies to be aware, it can prejudice a lot off people unjustly.

KateG: IMHO what GvStaff2 wrote, seems to be a 99.9999% proof for bonus hunting.
Still, if you are sure and confident, that they faked this IP log (which I STRONGLY doubt - come on, we are talking about an ammount, which simply not worth for ANY bookmaker, to lose thier good reputation for it), you can visit your internet provider, and ask them to provide you your complete IP log for the mentioned time, with some kind of evidence, that the given log is real (certificate of origin)...
...if you send this to SBR, it may prove your point of view, but this would surprise me and a lot of posters I guess...

As I clearly stated the examples I gave was for Petru to explain how easy it is to match IP’s and customers with duplicated account.
THIS IS NOT YOUR CASE. The IP’s I listed is an example and it has no connection with your case. I can never place public your IP’s not even a similar scenario to yours.
Once more note that we have only an issue with one of your IP and from all my posts there is nothing related to your case.
Your case of bonus abuse is not even close to any other post available in SBR. Once more I ask you do you confirm you own a Static IP at your home?
I’m just asking a simple question that will help SBR forums understand the complexity of the case.
Once more you are free to ask for a full log of your logins and place everything online in SBR.

I've made two withdrawals this year.
I'm in the same position as you are, got some money there and still some roll over to do but I'm not worried.
The only people that imo should worry are the people that bet with different accounts from the same IP, that's fairly obvious after reading this topic.
People like you who bet with one account using two IP's have nothing to worry about.
Like I said, I've been doing that and never had a problem.
(I'm posting this message from a different IP -moderators here can see that- and I've been betting from these IP's as well at Goldvictory. I might even have had a different IP for my other computer before because that IP is dynamic, although it doesn't change very often.)

Thats funny to hear that day when you closed my account and want to took off me 400 Euro.
I joined Goldvictory about week ago, deposit 250 Euro and got 250 Euro bonus (nice offer). Then I placed several bets, made all rollover requirements, send required documents and suddenly after I request withdrawal my account has been shut down and Goldvictory send me e-mail that I bet on multiple accounts and IP (funny as I placed only 5 bets so far) and they will only give my initial deposit minus 25 Euro fee (so 225 Euro). My balance was 635 Euro so it is 410 Euro loss. My all bets (five) were placed on same computer and same IP, so now I'm waiting to hear from GVstaff2 what kind of abuser am I? Maybe abuser means winner in Goldvictory?
I forgot to add I've fill complaint form in SBR, my user id from Goldvictory is 6740, if GVstaff2 have proovs that I bet on multiple accounts, feel free to post it here.

I don't now what you mean by my relative account? Does it mean account used by someone from my family or another account that I bet on? Because no one from my family ever played in any sportsbook and also I don't have another account with Goldvictory that I play in.
Today I received answer from Goldvictory support:

The way you interpreted our email is completely wrong that is why it is not recommended to rush to forums without the correct picture.
You are linked to a single account that is using your fixed IP. Another account had been active with GV for the past month and he is using the same IP. Both accounts had always used this singular IP and both of the accounts had simultaneous logins.
Our rules state that we only allow one bonus per IP.
If you believe that the other user is abusing from your internet connection, I then suggest you to report this matter to the authorities.

Can you please contact your providers to supply a letter to you signed that this is their setup. If we get this confirmation I will open your account.
Please note that we are not speaking about sharing of dynamic IP on every login, but as you stated a LAN that uses one Internet gateway with the above mentioned IP.

I never said that 10 000 people use the same IP. I only said that my provider has that range and all people from my neighborhood can use them (I don't know how many people of this actualy use them, but this is quite big provider in this area). This provider also operates in whole city (300 000 people). They provide private IP to every customer. I think you know how it works and that in this IP (82.139.146.78) can be seen outside the LAN as IP of many computers in this network. I thought LAN networks with private IP are verry common and you should be awared of this.
You ask why I risked money konowing about multiple IP point and that I have private IP. I played in many places on the net and as I remember this is term that all bonuses have. I never had a single problem with my IP. Also I understand that multiple IP term is there to protect you from bonus abusers, so persons who set up multiple accounts to get bonus. And from documents that I send you know that I'm real person, not someone created to get another bonus.
I send you scans of my cotract with my internet provider on forums@goldvictory.com I hope that it will satisfy you and make it more clear.

There has to be a reason that this shithole has 5000x more bonus complaints than every other book combined, and it can't be for the whopping free 100E.
They do reload bonuses all the time, E100 to E300, with smallish rollovers.
That's a very small range for a provider, methinks.

Thanks for your effort however our email clearly explains that your IP is linked to another user. The above mentioned IP is a fixed IP not a dynamic IP in addition this IP is constantly used by another player for over a month. Furthermore we do have logs that shows simultaneous logins.

APK… for certain countries it is normal to have small ranges. Usually these providers have limited users excellent service and it will be very expensive. 253 IP are not enough to cover a population of 10,000 user via dynamic IP.

I thought we have cleared that hundreds of people can have identical IP address as me, so there is no need to explain me what is fixed IP and dynamic IP because I know that.
Some person have played from the same IP for over a month - ok that might be true, although you never showed his logs to me. Logs shows simultaneous logins - that means someone made a bet the same time as I? Well, that can't be strong argument...
Just ask that person about id and it will be clear.
I send you yesterday copy of my contract with internet provider, didn't receive any response. I don't know why you ask people for so many documents and then didn't care about that.
I played in sportsbook with way more clients that Goldvictory have, so presume way more people with similar or identical IP as mine played there. Never had a single problem. Because rules are against abuser, not for itselfs and you should know that.
I would also like to know what is SBR stand in this case, I fill out complain form two days ago but didn't have any signal from them.
