You guys are missing my point or I'm failing to be clear. A moderator should have no conflict of interests or impartialities to either side. By working for SBR, J7 assumes both. If he was just advocating for the player, that would be fine. But if j7 rules against a particular book and the book refuses to comply with his suggestions(see EZ and Cory) then there is a price to be paid by the book in the form of lower ratings. Therefore, his role is more than an advocate and more consistent with a moderator. One with conflict of interests and being impartial.

I can understand why both of you are partial to J7, he found in your favor. But he did so against a book that does not pay to advertise on SBR, a fact he knows well, even though he's "not inolved on the business side" and "bases his decisions on US contract law". It is fair to at least question whether he found in the players favor here, in this case you two, because EZ does not advertise here. By not advertising SBR is losing out on potential money. Therefore EZ was dropped to a D-(?) grade.

So some of the obvious questions are does SBR find in the players favor more frequently against books that do not pay to advertise? Does SBR delete threads for sponsors (bovada, 5dimes, etc...) if the thread is negative against that particular book? Does SBR give higher ratings to books that pay to advertise?

I could certainly justify an answer of yes to each of the following. It's why I find J7's decisions, whether based on US contract law or not, laughable. Because of the obvious conflict of interest in supporting books that does not give SBR money and ruling against a book that does. It makes no sense what so ever.

Unless of course he rules in your favor.

In addition to the above, there's the issue of SBR rating sportsbooks. This is the biggest joke of all. And it has become painfully obvious to anyone that's been around longer that a few years, that their ratings are extremely subjective, biased and skewed to favor books that advertise with them (ie pad their pockets). And this was supposed to be the heart and sould of SBR. They were to provide non-biased reviews of sportsbooks for players, particularly new players.

So basically, SBR is no longer even a valid resource for the review or ratings of sportsbooks. This was John's entire plan however. Rake in money from sportsbooks. Give them good reviews/ratings. Sign up new players. Collect a cut of their losses. Two big sources of income.

Anyways, at this point I'm being redundant and it's all obvious anyhow.

After using various books with lower grades to try them out and from my experience with them i would have to say the grading system is somewhat flawed and rigged in someway, but that doesn't mean i will keep more than a few thousand in these books as i do trust SBR's system. Thats what i have the better books for with high ratings. But i do have to say that i have gotten my funds pretty damn fast in some books that the grades are lower so it really makes u think.

    Kraken,
Everyone but the RX forum ruled in my favor(everyone). Why dont you ask yourself why EZstreet didnt show the full casino logs to anyone? Because they knew the truth will come out? Its very easy for any sportsbook to say the player cheated, he played at this amount of hands, or at this certain speed. EZstreet showed zero proof. I will tell you this, I will keep this going until something comes about. I will be not posting on this thread in a week or so,or maybe sooner to put up a new thread in bold letters, so all the new posters know what EZ stole from me. People can use different excuses on why EZ didnt pay me, but until they show an ounce of proof that I cheated or they agree to pay me, they will be advertised for what they are(crooks).

Just out of curiosity, do you also apply the same standard to Wilhelm at the RX? Is he "unbiased" in your mind or does he suffer from the same conflicts of interest as Justin did?

"I can understand why both of you are partial to J7, he found in your favor. Is it fair to question whether he found in the player's favor here because EZ does not advertise? Sure, it's fair to question that. The problem is that if you do that, you are completely ignoring the wholly legitimate justification and rationale for the conclusion he reached. He did rely on general principles of US contract law, and I state that as an attorney myself in California. Nothing wrong with asking questions, but if you are going to ask them, you need to also be willing to listen to Justin's justifications and reasoning, which were wholly understandable from a legal point of view.

Also Kraken, you have to understand that in the legal field, there's an evidentiary presumption that if a party has the ability to produce some evidence (i.e., the logs of his play or the allegations that cory was a past scammer or bot user) and fails to produce that evidence to the trier of fact, a presumption can be engaged in that the evidence would have been harmful to the side of the party who had the ability to produce said evidence but failed to do so.

For the post in between Post #177 and Post #179 - I see no poster name or anything else in the box on the left.
There is also no Post #, and no options for "Reply" and "Reply with Quote".

I've seen this lack of info with this poster and/or with other posters periodically.

No, I was just pointing out to Secretstash, that I was playing at Heritage before and during the EZstreet debacle and was down over 80k in there in casino alone. Mike just shut down my account because Roger the owner was or is friends with Alex Powers. I even asked them to talk to Ezstreet and they wanted nothing to do with it,saying its another sportsbooks problem. Before Heritage I was at Betonline, which I had play over a million dollars(when "The Genius" Marshall Miller was casino manager). So I wasnt just playing at low level books.

Weren't you playing at Northbet just prior to EZ, and didn't you have a five figure casino dispute with them too? Somehow you conveniently left them off the list. Also, Heritage's Mike closes your account because he's friends with EZ's Powers? Come on, there has to be something more to this than just that. It seems like you're leaving out some relevant info, which is something scammers would do. Just saying it seems very suspicious.

HH, another "genius". Can you not read? Secretstash, asked me if I was playing at upper tier books not the lower ones, thats why I didnt mention Northbet. And yes they paid me 15k which I rightfully won in there sportsbook. Why dont you read first instead of assuming like you usually do. You seem to know a lot about scammers HH, must of been a lot of practice on your part. Please, call up Heritage and ask them my play when I was there if your so concerned and I was down over 80k. Raydog, really? so I should walk away? arent you the guy who was washing my car last weekend? come back you missed a spot. And thats not what I heard about EZstreet.. what was it 13k in sales a week ago?

Didn't Northbet accuse you of altering deposit docs? Could well be that they paid you the 15k you "rightfully" won to avoid an SBR blitz like the one we saw against EZ. Luckily for you it wasn't the nearly 50k like EZ else NB might have "stiffed" you too--and we'd be looking at not one but TWO continuously bumped threads about how you were "victimized". I guess it's just an unlucky coincidence that Northbet accused you of scamming just before EZ did. The only person with worse "luck" in being accused is this Sandusky fellow that's on trial in PA.

And Legion because you play there , that makes you sure that everyone in EZ's database has been paid, except me? Now once you sign up for a sportsbook they relinquish that information to you? Where do you come up with this stuff. Tommygunn to answer your question, my day is job is watching CNBC. These shills for EZ can say all they want, EZ has suffered greatly for this and its not over. Like I said in a couple of week bold letters in my new thread, EZ stole 46k so all the new signups for football season wont be playing at EZstreet. The real idiots are the people behind EZ's management for letting this go as long as its been.

If SBR put every complaint from every sportsbook on the rating guide there would be no room for posters to post everyday. AND GO FIGURE, EZ IS GRADED D AND IS ON THE BLACKLIST JUST BECAUSE OF MY SIMPLE ONE CASE, GO FIGURE....AND ITS BEEN 15 MONTHS.

EZ's D rating IS because of one lone case. I can't find any other alleged stiff job before or after, and believe me I looked. Instead, I found dozens of posters reporting receiving fast payouts from them. I recall compiling a list for your marathon thread and just might have to bring it back. They were a C+ Book beforehand and still are at a solid C level IMO.

It also says Betonline is B+ and SBR recommended, so don't believe everything you read. I played at both EZ and BOL and I can honestly say the D Book paid much faster and w/o any hassles than BOL. Great CS at EZ as well, unlike the constant runaround by the SBR sponsor book. Bettors are smarter than you think--actual posters experiences trump biased ratings everytime.

SBR has consistently only recommended solid books over the years... once in a while a service runs into trouble because either they made a poor business decision with a partner or side venture or had a run of bad luck and an insufficient bankroll to cover immediate high volume withdrawals... happens. J7 and Lou are and have always been straight shooters as well as knowledgable. By the way, EZ Streets current rating is well deserved from what I am hearing from some other biz insiders, so definitely tread with caution. Where theres smoke.... and there is alot of smoke right now...
