just want to mention moneybooker terrible exchange rates, I have my account in euro, made a deposit at bookie of 100 GBP equiv to 118 euro debited from my account, i wanted to place a bet and found out that my account is limited, requested the money sent back to me, received same day 100 GBP equiv 112 euro!! they took 6 euro in currency exchange, what a rip off!! So beware if you convert large amounts!

They advertise 2.49% I believe, but it's usually closer to 3%. Still not too bad.

At least with MB you can have accounts in different currencies to avoid these situations.

For transactions involving currency conversion Moneybookers adds 1.99% to our wholesale exchange rates for foreign currency.
and for VIPs it's I think 1.85%. From mz experience their exchange rates are great. When using their card for cash withdrawal I get better rates than I'd in any bank and the same or slightly worse than some forex companies offer.
There had to be double conversion at the bookie. Normally you'd loose around 4.5 EUR

If you are VIP MoneyBookers in number 1 payment method!
Their ** is accepted in the places where my VC is rejected?!
    Nice bonuses and fast support.
The main minus is they advertise scam bookmakers.

Criteria seem to vary according to customer service a little. But I believe it's something like moving €5,000 euros a month through them for a few months. There's no harm in asking a couple of times if you get knocked back when you first ask.

5000 monthly? I thought you have 90 days for it. Or at least it used to be the neccesary condition.

the new VIP prize promo is really nice.

for VIP I believe it was 10k eur per month You have to send to merchants. Once You get the VIP you get the security token etc.

during the World Cup they sent me bunch of prizes including Nintendo Wii, a TV, DVD player etc.

    I like Moneybookers a lot.
