If you win 20K here, it will take you at least 6 months to pull your balance out, and you'll give back 10% in fees in the process. How is this not considered a slow pay?

I don't think it is their wish, rather the processers. There are books that don't let you send $$$gram under the same name for 7 or 8 business days. It isn't because they don't want to pay.

Back a year ago, was it by some miracle all of a sudden you could only take out $840 via **? This amount was at multiple books. Not all, but multiple.

I really don't think they are trying to slow pay you. Funny, maybe a year from now it will be 1 ** every month per name.
Logically speaking about **, if a book specifies you could only send or receive $$ with a name every 8 days, do you think it is a stall? It is just easier to make a name up, send it in a friends name vs having your friend pick it up. It is just the way things are here, I guess now.

Each book uses different processors I assume. I'm just taking an educated guess in how things have been w/ ** and the once every 8 business days send/receive rules w/ my book, which isn't BP. I no longer play there becuase if I make a deposit via XX I have to wait like 10-20 business days to clear which is annoying as hell. Too many financial restrictions against withdrawing.
