The logical fallacies you and others are using to attempt to justify keeping the additional withdrawal is comical and idiotic.

Studies are certainly accurate: less intelligent people are more likely to act in an immoral manner.

Also, if books are all cheats why would those of you complaining about them even gamble?

    Think hard about that one...

and let's think about the possibility of truthfulness from a poster that admits being deceptive by using a vpn, is a new poster that knows too much (ghost), etc etc

someone that bets $100k on blackjack bragging about a condo in a 3rd world country, and bothering to scam sportsbooks for peanuts, seems a bit illogical right?

Answer how you can say he is a "thief" when THEY are the ones that overpaid HIM?

Answer that or shut the hell up and get off the thread.

If something isn’t yours and you keep it, that’s stealing. Whether you find it on the street or someone overpays you, whether a sportsbook or another person.

    Is this difficult to understand??

If you can afford to put $1000 into a book and mistakenly deposit $2000, I’m sure you’re going to want that $1000 back immediately.

It's not a theft. I guess it's called unjustified enrichment.

Personally, I would call the lawmakers dating back to the Raegan administration immoral and corrupt (not necessarily immoral) for complete and total deregulation of Wall Street, but that’s another conversation for mother time. Which is not to say that many weren’t immoral.

Bottom line is that sports books provide a product/service with which people choose to involve themselves. It is completely elective. That said, when you use such a product/service and then turn around and call them cheats, frauds, etc, that makes you a moron.

It would be like me loaning you money, you not paying me back, and then loaning money to you again. That would make me ignorant.

They were intelligent and used a lack of regulation to their advantage. They did what you do, gamble, just not with their money.

You still haven’t answered.. Studies have shown less moral persons lack intelligence.. I have given you two clear examples.. What about a Bernie Madoff..I can keep giving examples but what’s the point? Morals and intelligence go out the window when it comes to money.. Greed has no color sex or morality..

As stated, there is always an exception to the rule. Wall St is an incredibly small portion of the population. And I view gambling as amoral, which is what they were doing.

Paradoxically, gamblers as a whole tend to be more honest than regular society, at least to each other. Bookmakers on the other hand are not.

Obviously you need to turn it into cash, then take a video with ur shirt off rubbing all those bills on your titties and then email that to bovada.

What a stupid thread - the interesting question is what you would do if a scam book that isn't paying people on time paid more money than you requested. Bovada is a legit honest book, stealing from them is no different than stealing from an honest person, its wrong.

The problem with your arguments is even offshore where rules and regulations are irrelevant their is a code that the honest books abide by. If players don't respect the books its not fair to ask the books to respect the players.

LOL So you totally ignore my previous post about how Bovada STEALS 20% on every $1 banker win in baccarat and come up with some "case" in Georgia about 25K?

How was this person "overpaid"? Some other way than from an illegal offshore gambling place? Oh OK then your point is totally moot. The guy we are talking aobut was getting money from illegal gambling activities!

If it was an illegal offshore gambling place that overpaid the guy you are talking about, then he wouldn't have needed a lawyer because it would have never gone to court!

You CAN'T do something illegal and then think courts will intervene if you pay somebody too much!!

Next you will be saying that if your coke dealer gave you too much coke then you better pay him back or he will call the police on you and you will get a felony!

I don't care either. Both of you go up a few posts and read my thread about how Bo-vada STEALS 20c off of every $1 banker win on baccarat. They only pay 75 cents instead of taking 5% and paying 95 cents. So after a million hands they have STOLEN $200 grand from players like Y'ALL!
Yet you still try to defend them by saying the "stealer" shouldn't be stolen from huh?

LOL What planet are you people from?
