My username at bet365 is ambush12345 At the end of february bet365 locked my account. Why? Becouse i was long term winner. Bet365 just hate if someone wins in long term. I was betting several mounths with some nice profit. When I discover my account was locked I went to live chat. My account was alredy verified becouse I made several withdraws in the past. Thay asked me again to send some documents: like 2 ID documents and myself holding ID. I send tham all this on 27/2/2018. I send tham also 2 selfies (more than thay asked). Thay acepted this documens. But thay also ask me to provide postal code verification (PVC). Thay told me I need to wait for PVC for 28 days. I spoke with royal mail, thru who bet365 send PVC code,. Royal mail told me that thay deliver poste in max 7 working days (from UK to SLovenia-inside of EU).
My frend open bet365 and he verified his account thru postal code verification. When he asked for pvc, bet365 system automaticly told him he will recive PVC in 5 working days. And he realy recive PVC in 5 days. Of course he is a losing player, so ther was not a problem for bet365 to send him PVC.
I also ask slovenian poste office how much time thay need to recive poste from UK. Thay also told me max 7 working days. Every letter have a tracking code, this is why I asked bet365 to give me tracking code. They refuse to give it. Gues what? After 28 days I didnt recive PVC. So I went again on bet365 live chat, I asked again for tracking code, thay also refuse to give it, but thay send me PVC, and PVC arived in 5 working days this time.

So on 7/3/2018 I went again on bet365 live chat, becouse I got finaly my PVC (after 40 days). I give tham my PVC number on 7/3/2018, and thay acept it. So thay got all documents thay needed from me on 7/3/2018. Than thay told me I need to wait for review of my account for next 28 days, and after that thay will pay. After 28 days I went again to live chat on 4/4/2018. On live chat thay told me: This review will be comlited on 2/5/2018. I apologiz again for any incovenience.

This is obviouse avoiding paying scam. Thay just dont wish to pay. I would understand if i bet on fixed maches, that thay can refuse to pay me. But I bet on bet365 only on many maches that have odds out of the line, value betting-long term winning startegy. So ther is nothing suspisiose about my accout at all. This strategy how to beat bookies told me my friend, becouse he is limited with all posible bookmakers and he cant bet any more. This is pure matematic how to beat the bookies.

After bet365 is still holding my money, I start to investigate my case. I wrote to many people around the world. I came acros one guy who owns affiliate website for bet365. He told me that bet365 dont wish to discus ther problems in public. This guy also told me that many people contact him about this problem. He told me that bet365 to many costumers send PVC and PVCs never come. This guy also told me bet365 just refuse recently to pay to many costumers(more than 100) with excuse, that ther accounts are under review.

So bet365 tactic is just to pay very slow or not pay at all with excuse that account is under review. Unfortunatly I cant tell to publich with who I spoke this, becouse he is bet365 affiliate, and he dont wish to lose his affiliate deal with bet365

Like I see bet365 is still the best rated bookmaker in the world. But I asume they start losing money recently, so thay refuse to pay at this point to profitable players. So be cereful with bet365 guys, thay are not the same bookmaker any more. This is probably the first step when bet365 is starting to lose money in ther histroy (this is not my theory, but my contact told me this becouse he is in this busnes for several years). This guy told me that bet365 also refuse to pay to one biger affiliate recently. So i am very woried. Wher can i officaly complain, becouse I am from slovenia?

No bonus... Realy nothing special, I bet just what some website told me to bet- valuebetting. For example betfair lay odd is 2,00, and if I found odd 2,05 on bet365 I bet on it. I just deposit only my money and made also up to 50 bets per day

And yes bet365 had a good profit report for 2018, but now maybe thay start to get some trable for few mounths. Maybe thay start losing money, I dont know this, but i gues this is the reason

This coment is even too funy, even to coment. HeeeHAWWWW if you read my 1st poste you can see that bet365 just avoided to send me pvc They do everythink to delay the payment. At start thay told me 28 days for review, now after 28 days thay told me again to wait extra 28 days.

I open my account thru my pc and bet thru my PC. Let say I open from the same pc bet365 as my friend (I didnt do this). and my friend dont take any bonus. Is maybe iligal to bet from same pc maybe? I am not woried to be kicke out, bit only to get money back. If thay accept my money and my documents, my account was fully verified. I dont find it corect to wait for pvc 40 days and for account review 56 days. It it is not corect. It is like to pay for milk, and than wait 100 days to get it. I would die in this time

Will you tell us about those people who did not experience any problems with b365? It's easy to only mention the problems but not the cases where everything went fine. b365 has over 20 million customers. Of course you will find hundreds or thousands of complaints.

Just google PayPal review and you will find thousands of low rating reviews. Would you say PayPal is shady?

I think this is the first step when bet365 started to be shady. You cant say to costumer you send PVC, and you dont send it at all. I knew from start thay will not send me PVC, I told this to bet365 on live chat. This is why I told tham to give me poste tracking number. Of course thay refuse and pvc never come. And thay say PVC need 28 days to travel inside of EU. This is dirty lie. SO yes i can say thay are shady. If you think the bookmakers have right to molest ther costumers, than you are probably on bookie side, maybe you are ther affiliate or you may work for tham. Thay lie to me. It is a crime to lie? Yes it is. I am sure if I higer a lawyer I will prove thay never send PVC to me like thay promise first time. But is sad that in 21 century a layer is needed to get back your own money fromm a bookmaker.
You will see at the end they will pay every cent to me, and than I will poste it here as profe profe all I did was 100% legal. I will just profe with printscrens thay just dont like to pay to winings players. This is very disapointed for me, as they were top bookmaker in the world

many softwares show this betts i did. Maybe milions of people bet the same bets as i did everyday. Maybe some bet less, some more. Ther is no multiple accounting. Here is only that thay smail to my face, and thay will try not to pay as long as posible. So i take advise from one guy here and wrote to giblartar comision. But thay need up to 60 days tosolve it. And i am sure that in 60 days i will get my money. So when i get my money this will only profe bet365 is shady

If you're that sure you will get your money stop crying. Maybe there were some IP issues or whatsoever that made your account look suspicious to them.

There are dozens of other legit sportsbooks out there. If you're a long-term winner you will find another book you can win with and which pays you out.
