We'll see... look forward to getting back to work proper (and getting that mobile enabled site out)...

And in Alex's defense, he has asked for my info to see if they can see what is slowing my account down. He has been very forthright and up front about the issues, and from a customer service perspective, been very good. BetOnline has the potential to be great, and they have come a long way in the last couple of years.

I do appreciate him coming on the forum to address these issues and take our feedback.

Seems some kind of packet logger run on a few clients computers (with safety precautions) should help you drill to the cause.

i have used differnt internet connections and have the same problems. are you saying its my computers fault? are you saying the site runs perfectly smoothly for most people? im starting to assume its a bandwith issue to a degree cause the site seems to freeze up on me mostly during the busy times. im far from a computer expert but i am under the assumption that the site is bad for EVERYONE and most are too lazy to file complaints about it.

Thanks for the support and encouragement guys. I have dug into Bubba's Mtneer's Big John's, Peep's and a few other SBR guys accounts and have found ONE surprisingly small thing that all have in common that's not shared by ALL players... we'll have a fix in before the weekend.

If Bubba's PC keeps freezing on him this weekend on BetOnline I WILL be sending my IT guy up to sit next to him and sort it out.
We have uncovered a freak bug that effects some players here-it's a database thing...

But Jonah to be honest, I don't see why YOUR account should have any issues whereas Mtneer, Bubba and Peep ALL had the same funky data in their record that I reckon the site was choking on. A new release has been scheduled for this week so hopefully sorted for this weekend.

DO let me know here or better at AlexC -at BetOnline.com if you experience problems in the sports section (other than picking the wrong sides). Please include your player id.

I had huge problems on Saturday with the site freezing. I hate the way they have their site now. I know this had nothing to do with my computer because 5dimes was working just fine at the same time. There's to many steps to place a simple wager on Betonline now. It takes to long.

My betting volumes on the weekend (and overall actually) are kicking last years ASS. And after the September debacle, it's NOT via the call center (although a great alternative). I BELIEVE we've found the bug effecting you and Peep and Mtneer and almost EVERY player whose complained of issues and gave me their player id (except Jonah--and he's having problems all of the time not just peak for some reason--he's also like my only player in that US state...)

It IS frustrating as hell.. I DO believe it's on our side (code was well spec'ed--good features for most players--better than most other books, but poorly architected and executed and tested obviously).

AND working on plan B for access.

But we'll get there.

was not looking to start trouble, i hope its fixed. its more curiosity on my part. if you say it has been working great for most, i believe you.

are you serious about sending an IT guy to sit with me if its not smoothe this weekend? my computer is a laptop and i have a wireless card that i use sometimes so i can come to you guys and show you the problem. im a little scared of flying but would make the trip to panama (at betonlines expense!)

Been working on this all day. We were able to replicate the issue on ONE PC--mine as it turns out. I couldn't see NBA lines or Yankees--yet there was Philly. MAKES NO SENSE!

We did reset a dodgy front end server again--it IS conceivable that your caching our lines and not getting the real-time stuff.. hence we always have you restart the browser and clear your caches.

Reminder: our 800 number for wagering is 1-800-883-9136.... We DID gets tons of action on the game through online, so we know it IS working for someone!

I did some analyzing on the poker software, the flops , the turn, and the river, and the hands that were being played.
Here are my findings.
After 7056 hands that were analyzed by me a MIT graduate.
67.81% of the time there are doubles on the flop.
78.69% of the time when there is more then three people in the hand doubles hits the flop.
72.99% of the time the worst starting hand ends up winning the hand.
89.23% when you are dealt one of the five big starting hands, AA,KK,QQ,JJ,AK , someone else was dealt one of the five with 67.77% of the time the lower end hand wins.
48.49% of the time on the flop will come three of the same suite with 89.91% of someone hitting a flush.
23.00% of the time in a game you will see quads from three different people in a ten man tournament.
87.81% of the time when short stacked and your dealt a very good hand, AJ, A10,AQ,AK. and you go all in with one caller with a big stack, the big stack wins. 87.81% do you believe that one.

There is a lot more I could tell you people that I analyzed but you get the picture.
This site is rigged so bad that they don't even try to hide it, it takes someone like me to do the math and expose this cheating no good site.
Stay clear from this site ,trust me my math is always right.
Now go to poker odds and see the real odds on everything i just gave you, no where even close to what this crooked site is dealing to people.
