The mayor of Nisswa, Fred Heidmann, gave these pigs an earful and bruised their egos so they arrested him. It's pretty bad when the mayor calls out the incompetency and worthlessness of the PD in his own town.

The man filming gave these 3 officers and the sheriff's deputy every opportunity to follow the law or at a minimum look into the legality of what they were trying to enforce. The ignorant pigs' egos flair up and they willfully violate the man's rights. The arrogance and demeanor of these officers, especially the sergeant, is downright disgraceful.

This thug wearing a costume and badge lies and makes multiple unlawful threats during this traffic stop. "You're more than welcome to film, but when you film it gives me the right to ID you," says the pignorant jackboot. These pigs lie all the time and are so used to just spouting off whatever they want and claim it's the law. This is what sending low IQ hires to 20 weeks of summer camp at the academy produces.

    Targeted

Pasco’s sheriff created a futuristic program to stop crime before it happens.

It monitors and harasses families across the county.

Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco took office in 2011 with a bold plan: to create a cutting-edge intelligence program that could stop crime before it happened.

What he actually built was a system to continuously monitor and harass Pasco County residents, a Tampa Bay Times investigation has found.

First the Sheriff’s Office generates lists of people it considers likely to break the law, based on arrest histories, unspecified intelligence and arbitrary decisions by police analysts.

Then it sends deputies to find and interrogate anyone whose name appears, often without probable cause, a search warrant or evidence of a specific crime.

They swarm homes in the middle of the night, waking families and embarrassing people in front of their neighbors. They write tickets for missing mailbox numbers and overgrown grass, saddling residents with court dates and fines. They come again and again, making arrests for any reason they can.

One former deputy described the directive like this: “Make their lives miserable until they move or sue.”

In just five years, Nocco’s signature program has ensnared almost 1,000 people.

    Huge Price for Police Misconduct

Baltimore taxpayers have shelled out $24.5 million over the past five years to settle misconduct cases involving city police officers.

“The city of Baltimore is going to be on the hook for millions and millions more dollars,” said Sean Kennedy with Maryland’s Public Policy Institute.

Earlier this month, the city agreed to pay $600,000 to settle the first two lawsuits associated with the former gun trace task force. Seven former officers from that unit are now serving federal sentences for robbing and threatening city residents.

“There are dozens of cases, and there could be more, especially as people come out of the woodwork, seeing that these people are winning large settlements,” said Kennedy.

Its unclear how many additional lawsuits are in the state and federal courts but all of them come with a huge cost to city taxpayers.

“Baltimoreans should have hope, because it can’t get much worse,” said Kennedy.

Cops Arrest One of Their Own in Child Sex Sting on 45 Charges of Child Porn and Sex Abuse of Animals

LaPlace, LA — During a joint investigation into child sex abuse by the Louisiana attorney general’s office, the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation’s Cyber Crime Unit and the St. John the Baptist Sheriff’s Office, authorities made several arrests, including one of their own deputies, who now faces dozens of disturbing charges.

Avo Marzwanian, 34, of LaPlace, is charged with 10 counts of distribution and 20 counts of possession of child pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13, the attorney general’s office said. But that’s not all, apparently this deputy didn’t limit his abuse solely to children and was also charged with 15 counts of sex abuse against animals.

    - LA. R.S. 14:81.1 – Pornography Involving Juveniles Under the Age of Thirteen (10 counts of distribution and 20 counts of possession).

    - He is also charged with violating LA. R.S. 14:89.3 – Sexual Abuse of an Animal (15 counts).

Another man, who was not one of St. John the Baptist Parish’s finest was arrested during the investigation as well. Joseph Guillory, 35, also of LaPlace, is charged with 50 counts of possession of child pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13.

According to the office’s records, Marzwanian worked for the correctional department for 12 years before completing the field training program in June.

“You were chosen for this program … because your commanders see you as leaders,” Sheriff Mike Tregre said to Marzwanian when he graduated from the department’s field training officer program in June. Sadly, Tregre was wrong. Marzwanian is not a leader in any way as he preys on society’s most vulnerable.

“Crimes against children are among the most heinous acts imaginable. My office and I will continue doing everything we legally can to find and arrest child predators throughout our State,” AG Jeff Landry said. “I am grateful for our law enforcement partners who assist us in protecting Louisiana’s children. Together, we will make our State a safer place.”

Marzwanian is currently being held in the St. John the Baptist Detention Center on a $350,000 bond. The very place where he used to work is now holding him captive for his horrific alleged crimes against children and animals. Ironic justice indeed.

WATCH: Cop Shoots Man in the Back of the Head Over Missing Bicycle Light—Taxpayers Shell Out $6 Million

Vallejo, CA — In the land of the free, police can and will detain and extort you for improper bicycle lighting. If you try to escape this extortion, you can be mowed down by a police cruiser, mauled by a police K9, or, as the following incident illustrates, you may even die. Because cops are never held accountable for their actions, the officer who killed Ronell Foster, 33, was never fired and the taxpayers were held liable instead — to the tune of $5.7 million.

On the evening of Feb. 13, 2018, Foster had harmed no one, was not committing a crime and was simply riding his bicycle in downtown Vallejo. However, because he didn’t have the proper light on his bicycle, he was pursued by Vallejo police officer Ryan McMahon, who told investigators that he stopped Foster in order to “educate the public on the dangers that this person was creating for himself and the traffic on Sonoma Boulevard,” the San Francisco Chronicle reported Friday.

This act of “education” turned out to actually be an act of execution.

Despite pursuing Foster for several blocks, McMahon did not activate his body camera until after he killed Foster. However, the camera saves 30 seconds before the officer activates it so the shooting was captured on video.

As the body camera footage begins, Foster is lying on his back as McMahon shoots him at point blank range with his taser. He then appears to holster the taser and opts for his flashlight instead. McMahon then seems to strike Foster several times with the flashlight. Not wanting to die from being beaten to death by a cop’s flashlight over a bicycle infraction, Foster grabs the light.

At this point, McMahon claims that he feared for his life and had no other choice but to put a bullet in the back of Foster’s head for grabbing the flashlight, killing him.

After Foster was shot in the back of the head and killed, police released body cam footage which was highly edited in an attempt to justify the shooting, which they later did. However, when considering that Foster was pursued by the officer, tackled to the ground and shot in the back of the head over a minuscule infraction for a bicycle light, the idea of justifying this act is as asinine as it is criminal.

Because McMahon claimed he feared for his life after Foster took the flashlight he was beating him with, McMahon was cleared after Vallejo police investigated themselves. The family then had to use civil court to go after their beloved family member’s killer.

The Foster family is “happy the truth has finally come out,” Adanté Pointer, a lawyer for the family, said pointing out that a civil lawsuit is not actual justice.

“Ronell did not deserve to die,” Pointer said. “True justice would be to see Officer McMahon walking into court as a criminal defendant.”

“What the family found most disturbing are the lies the city put out to justify his death when they knew the whole time Ronell’s death was not justified and the officer’s conduct flat-out wrong.”

Because no action was taken against McMahon for killing a man over a bicycle light stop, he was never fired, much less disciplined and went on to kill again the very next year. This time, his victim, Willie McCoy, an aspiring young rapper, would be shot and killed in his sleep by McMahon and several other trigger happy cops.

McCoy was an aspiring 20-year-old rapper whose life was brought to a tragic end in February 2019 — nearly an exact year after McMahon killed Ronell — when six police officers decided to publicly execute him as he slept in his car in the parking lot of a Taco Bell. After nearly six months, and body camera footage showing this execution, the city ruled the officers “acted reasonably” when they dumped 55 rounds into McCoy in 3.5 seconds.

Starting to see a pattern here?

As we are told how these “poor cops sacrifice to receive low wages and put themselves in harm’s way to protect us,” McMahon was receiving nearly a quarter of a million dollar annual salary ($219,433) to execute a sleeping rapper and a man on a bicycle.

Another low IQ oath breaker in action detaining a black man at gunpoint after the pigs received a call of a white man with a gun. At 3:57 in the video you can hear exactly how a pig thinks in potentially dangerous situations. "I can do what I need to do to stay safe and go home to my family." If that includes breaking the law, violating people's rights and ignoring their sworn oath than so be it. These costumed thugs know that the chances of being held accountable for misconduct or breaking the law is slim to none. Their fellow gang members will circle the wagons and assist in a cover up and falsify reports to fit the narrative necessary to justify criminal actions.

WATCH: Cop Holds Black Man at Gunpoint Moments after being Told Suspect is White

Body cam footage shows an Arizona cop holding a Black man at gunpoint after being told suspect was a White man.

Moments after being informed the armed suspect was a White man wearing a dark shirt and tan pants, Tempe police officer Ronald Kerzaya had his gun drawn on a Black man wearing a grey shirt and dark pants, telling him he "matches your description."

"You going to shoot me?" hotel employee Trevonyae Cumpian asks as he drops to his knees with his hands up. It is 103 degrees and the asphalt is burning through his pants.

"Am I going to be another person on the news."

"Shut the f*¢k up with that shit," the officer responds holding Cumpain at gunpoint.

The incident occurred on August 29 at Hawthorn Suites hotel in Tempe, Arizona after the manager of the hotel had called police about two White people smoking in a stairwell and pulling out a firearm when confronted.

The video shows Kerzaya is given a description of the armed suspect as a White male in a black shirt and tan pants. Kerzaya exits the hotel, drawing his weapon and within a minute holds Cumpian as he exits the hotel. Cumpian, who is Black, is wearing a gray shirt and dark pants.

“I work here," says Cumpian as he is ordered to the ground.

“I am responding to somebody with a firearm who matches your description," the cop says.

"What I'm scared of is someone is going to lose their life because of him in the near future," Cumpian said in an interview with AZCentral. "He's going to kill someone."

The detention lasts for three minutes, ending once Kerzaya is told that Cumpian is a hotel employee. Kerzaya then proceeds to draw his weapon on two other people exiting the hotel, prompting one to run back inside.

The stop is a departure not only from departmental orders but the law. An officer is only allowed to detain someone when they have “reasonable suspicion” which is an articulable fact that links someone to a crime that has, is, or is about to occur.

Matching a description of someone can constitute reasonable suspicion and allow an officer to initiate a detention when close in time and proximity to an incident. However as shown clearly in the video, Cumpian was not a White male, nor was he wearing a black shirt.

This incident was quickly picked up by local news outlets prompting police to release a statement:

"Our initial review indicates that this incident was not handled in accordance with the professionalism and respectful behavior that we, and the public, have for our officers," spokesman Detective Greg Bacon said in a released statement.

Tempe Mayor Corey Woods also released a statement saying:

“A recent event between a Tempe Police Officer and a member of a local hotel staff is both disturbing and disappointing.

"While the matter is under investigation and we will await the outcome of that examination, from our early review of the body camera footage, the Officer’s actions were not a demonstration of the quality of service or treatment of people that Tempe seeks to, can and must provide.”

This is not the first time Kerzaya has been in the news . In June of 2019, Kerzaya’s body camera captured an incident during a domestic violence call in which he used a stun gun on a man holding his 1-year-old child. While the department determined that Kerzaya’s use of force was within departmental policy, it has left Cumpian feeling lucky that he was not shot and killed.

"He looked like he’s unstable and it just seemed like he was playing a video game," said Cumpian after reviewing surveillance video of the incident. - AZCentral

Police Union Caught Issuing ‘Get Out of Jail Free’ Cards to Family, Friends That Get Them Out of Tickets

Known as blue privilege, there is an unwritten law among police officers: when they catch their fellow cop, or even their fellow cop’s family member or friend breaking the law, they are let go without consequence. Situations that have led to the murder of minorities and poor people end far differently when its police and their families caught committing the same crimes. A recent report out of Vice shows that this corruption runs so deep that police unions actually issue courtesy cards to friends and family of cops that allow them to get out of minor infractions.

The cards are issued by the Police Benevolent Association, or other police unions and they are known as “courtesy cards.” They have the issuing officer’s name and signature on the back, along with a phone number for the ticketing or arresting officer to call to verify the relationship.

As Vice reports, the cards are designed to be presented in a low-stakes police encounter, like a traffic stop, as a laminated wink-and-nudge between officers that says, “Hey, would you mind going a little easy on this one?” When a cop is handed a PBA card, they can call the number on it to verify the relationship between the cardholder and the issuer, then decide whether it means they should give the cardholder a break.

Vice interviewed a man identified only as Mike, who told them he’s been a courtesy card carrier for decades. Mike told Vice of one police encounter in which he was driving a car that was not his, had no license plate, and was illegally driving on the shoulder through a police check point when he was stopped. Despite Richard breaking numerous laws in front of police, when they stopped him, he pulled out the card and he was sent on his way.

“That was probably the tightest spot I could’ve been in,” Mike said. “Because [the offense] could’ve been ‘driving without a plate,’ ‘driving with no registration…’”

The PBA isn’t even trying to keep it a secret. As Vice reports, New York City’s largest police union issues these courtesy cards—nicknamed “get out of jail free cards”—to its members on a yearly basis. Members can pass the cards out to whomever they choose to provide them with a little extra protection.

While cops don’t have to necessarily abide by the card and can use discretion either way, the fact that the cards exist highlight a glaring problem with police.

TFTP has reported on countless cases in which minuscule traffic infractions have led to brutal beatings, shootings, and killings of otherwise entirely innocent people.

One prominent example of this is Philando Castile — who was executed by police — despite breaking no law. On July 6, 2016, Minnesota police officer Jeronimo Yanez pulled over a 32-year-old African American male named Castile for a broken tail light. During the stop Castile informed Yanez he had a legal fire arm in his vehicle. The admission caused Yanez to issue a rapid sequence of conflicting orders resulting in Yanez “fearing for his life,” and subsequently killing Castile, despite the fact that he had committed no crime—other than the alleged vehicle infraction.

Yanez was cleared of all wrong doing in the execution of Castile. Had Castile been carrying a PBA card, he would likely be alive today. But we’re guessing these cards don’t make their way to the hands of too many poor and minority people.

This list of police killings for minor infractions goes on and on.

The odds weren’t in Walter L. Scott’s favor. Reportedly pulled over for a broken taillight, Scott—unarmed—ran away from the police officer, who pursued and shot him from behind, first with a Taser, then with a gun. Scott was struck five times, “three times in the back, once in the upper buttocks and once in the ear — with at least one bullet entering his heart.”

Samuel Dubose, also unarmed, was pulled over for a missing front license plate. He was reportedly shot in the head after a brief struggle in which his car began rolling forward.

Levar Jones was stopped for a seatbelt offense, just as he was getting out of his car to enter a convenience store. Directed to show his license, Jones leaned into his car to get his wallet, only to be shot four times by the “fearful” officer. Jones was also unarmed.

Bobby Canipe was pulled over for having an expired registration. When the 70-year-old reached into the back of his truck for his walking cane, the officer fired several shots at him, hitting him once in the abdomen.

Dontrell Stevens was stopped “for not bicycling properly.” The officer pursuing him “thought the way Stephens rode his bike was suspicious. He thought the way Stephens got off his bike was suspicious.” Four seconds later, sheriff’s deputy Adams Lin shot Stephens four times as he pulled out a black object from his waistband. The object was his cell phone. Stephens was unarmed.

Had any of the aforementioned individuals been given one of these PBA cards, they would likely be alive today.

The sad part about this is that the connected class’s preferential treatment through the issuance of these cards allows them a pass when they can actually pay the fines imposed on them through these traffic stops. The majority of traffic citations in most areas, however, go to poor people and minorities who often cannot afford to pay them. When they fail to pay their citations, arrest warrants are issued and these folks get processed into the system ensuring a lifetime of suffering.

The solution here isn’t to start ticketing more rich people, it’s to stop predatory policing all together and usher in a society where a police union get out of jail card is moot because cops stop extorting people for being unable to fix a broken tail light.

Town Pushing for Policy that Will Allow Cops to Accept ‘Sexual Gratuities’ from Citizens

Tonawanda, NY — Over the years, TFTP has reported on utterly asinine requests for special privilege for law enforcement. We’ve seen departments exempt themselves from sex with prostitutes so they could turn around and arrest prostitutes as well as dozens of states that allowed cops to have sex with people in their custody. Now, a town in New York is taking this ridiculousness to the extreme by proposing legislation to allow officers to receive ‘sexual gratuities’ while on duty. Seriously.

As if figuratively licking the boots of an authoritarian state wasn’t good enough, citizens of Tonawanda, New York are pushing the Town Board to change its policies to allow cops to receive literal sexual favors from worshipful citizens.

When this report came across our radar, we originally thought it was satire. However, the Buffalo Chronicle is not The Onion and according to report, this is actually happening.

The push to allow citizens to “tip” cops with sexual favors comes amid sexual misconduct allegations against a popular career police officer, Brett Rider, 46.

According to the Chronicle, the Town of Tonawanda is planning to discuss the possible termination of Rider, a veteran public safety dispatcher, after an internal investigation found he committed misconduct on the job. On Monday, the Town Board passed a resolution to let the town supervisor or police chief to discipline dispatcher Brett Rider.

The Board would not explain what Rider is accused of doing, but it is widely rumored that Rider is accused of having sexual intercourse with a married woman, age 56, while on duty. The department also stepped up sexual harassment training after the allegations.

“We want all of our departments to educate their employees and get good training on a variety of topics, harassment being one of them,” said Joseph Emminger, Town of Tonawanda Supervisor.

Apparently, some citizens are upset about Rider’s accusations of sexual misconduct so they are pushing for legislation to allow cops to engage in sexual misconduct without repercussions.

The Chronicle notes that the policy would not allow officers to request sexual gratuities under any circumstance, but in the event that such a non-monetary gratuity is offered, the officer would not be punished for accepting it, so long as the encounter is less than 15 minutes and the officer declines to take his next scheduled 15 minute break.

Residents are advocating for offering up sex tips to cops as a way to boost morale.

“In this political environment, with all the horrible things being said about our police officers in the national media, this policy would be a real morale booster,” says Karen, a Tonawanda resident and supporter of the policy change who asked that her last name not be published. She is leading a woman’s group that is lobbying for the new policy, and she is encouraging other supporters of the new policy to join her at Monday’s Town Board Meeting, according to the Chronicle.

“Karen” went on to point out that citizens should have the ability to go further than simply licking the proverbial boot by offering to have sex with the boot instead.

“Our police officers are total gentlemen. More times than not, they would politely decline any physical gratuities,” she explains. “People should feel comfortable expressing how much they appreciate the police and the work that they do.”

The group of which Karen is a part of, The Coalition of Suburban Women Voters is also pushing for a similar law at a state level so all cops in New York could receive sex gratuities.

To be clear, cops should be able to have consensual sex with anyone they want while off-duty. But allowing a taxpayer funded government employee to collect a paycheck to have sex is like something out of the Roman Empire.

What’s more, given the propensity of police officers to commit crimes of sexual misconduct, legislation like this would open Pandora’s box by intertwining sex with authority figures for favors or special treatment under the law. It would be rife with abuse and the fact that anyone is considering it speaks to the ridiculous level of statism in which the land of the free currently finds itself.

WATCH: South Carolina Deputy Arrested and Fired After Grabbing Woman by Hair

A deputy is out of a job and behind bars after video shows him grabbing a woman by the hair and slamming her.

Richland County Master Deputy Sheriff Kyle Oliver, 29, has been fired and arrested after he was caught on video assaulting a woman who was in custody.

Oliver was arrested last week but the video encounter is from January 2020 in Richland County, South Carolina.

Oliver is charged with assault and battery third degree, WISTV News reports. Oliver also had a pending lawsuit against him in a separate matter.

Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott says he didn't find out about the incriminating video until August 31. Lott's staff learned about the incident from someone outside of the department, Lott then ordered an immediate criminal investigation and a review of body cam footage.

The woman had been arrested for a domestic violence incident and taken to Region Four headquarters. As she was sitting on a bench handcuffed behind the back, Lott said she began to bang her head against the wall, putting a hole in the wall. Oliver is seen walking over to her, grabbing her by the hair, and swinging her to the ground.

Oliver allegedly lied on his use of force report from the incident, and that is more reason why the case went undetected for so long.

The sheriff’s department consulted with the Fifth Circuit Solicitor’s Office after seeing the video, which resulted in an arrest warrant for Oliver.

    Lott says:

"When we fail as an agency we take quick, swift action and we do it publicly. This is one of those days you stand up here and shake your head and you wonder why there's something like this. The reason why we have these cameras is to monitor the deputies and their activities. The incident revealed a failure in the department’s check and balances of use-of-force reports."

As a result of Oliver's assault case, Sheriff Lott says he is creating a new position within the department. The role of this new investigator will be to review body camera footage of use-of-force incidents.

Oliver is also named in a lawsuit that claims he and another deputy entered a woman's home, guns drawn, without a warrant. The lawsuit claims on September 1, 2018 in Chapin, SC Oliver and another deputy were investigating a car that ran into a ditch, hit a few trees and left the scene. The lawsuit says deputies were not given a detailed description of the driver other than the driver was a female.

The suit says the deputies went into the woman's home, woke her and her family up and forced her to go outside to speak with them.

“If any private citizen committed the same actions as Oliver and his partner, that private citizen could be charged with the crimes of burglary and kidnapping,” the lawsuit said.

This thin skinned pig had his ego bruised and quickly responded by arresting a female journalist who had broken no laws or committed any crimes. "At this point you're just showing all of us how little your dick is," the journalist stated as she walked away after police confronted her. Telling a pig that his penis is small is not a crime in any state and is actually speech that is protected by the 1st Amendment. Another tyrant oath breaker who decided to police with his opinions and feelings rather than the law that he swore an oath to uphold.

Fmr Detective Out on Bail for Child Sex Crimes, Arrested Again for Role in Child Sex Trafficking Ring

Pinal County, AZ — Earlier this year, former Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office detective Christopher Michael Butts began engaging in a sexual conversation with a child he knew was just 13-years-old. He made several attempts to meet up with the girl for sex and was arrested after he showed up near her home. After he was arrested for luring a minor for sexual exploitation, Butts made bail and was released. Now, this man who once claimed to “protect” society is back in jail. This time he was arrested — while out on bail for child sex crimes — for allegedly participating in a child sexual exploitation and child sex trafficking ring in Pinal County.

The sting operation, known as Operation Home Alone 2, led to five arrests between Aug. 26, 2020, and Sept. 3, 2020. The other four men allegedly participating in the child trafficking ring were not police officers.

Butts’ arrest came on September 2 during the sting and he stands accused of child trafficking, sexual exploitation of a minor and furnishing harmful items to a minor.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety, which is leading the investigation, said in a news release that the ongoing effort focuses on “sexual predators who attempted to lure underage children with the intent of engaging in sexual activity” in Pinal County.

According to court records, in March, Butts began discussing engaging in sex acts with a child and stated in a message, “I promise I am not here to take you, I definitely will not hurt you. If you say stop or no, then I will absolutely stop.” Butts said in another message he promised he wouldn’t get the girl pregnant because he had been “fixed” in that way.

As AZ Family reported at the time, on March 17, he messaged the girl through the app that he was in Maricopa and near the girl’s home with one of her favorite drinks. Maricopa police arrested butts near the Cobblestone Farms subdivision off State Route 347 and Cobblestone Farms Drive. As he was taken into custody, Butts was found to have the specific drink the girl had previously mentioned, and the dating application was on Butt’s cellphone.

After he was arrested, Butts made a ridiculous claim, telling investigators that despite telling the girl he wanted to engage in sexual acts with her, and showing up at her house with alcohol, he was only doing it so he could tell the girl’s mother what her daughter was doing online. As his recent arrest illustrates, this was a lie.

During his tenure at the MCSO, Butts worked as a detective for the major crimes division. He would have likely been the one to be investigating people like himself. Given the fact that he was arrested again for child sex trafficking while out on bail for previous crimes against children, it is apparent that Butts has no intention of reforming himself and is a dangerous child predator.

Since an arrest did not stop him from continuing to prey on children it is indeed extremely likely that Butts has done this countless other times before. Unfortunately, as TFTP has reported many times, child predator cops are disturbingly common.

Just last week, TFTP reported on a joint investigation into child sex abuse by the Louisiana attorney general’s office, the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation’s Cyber Crime Unit and the St. John the Baptist Sheriff’s Office. During that investigation, authorities made several arrests, including one of their own deputies, who now faces dozens of disturbing charges.

St. John the Baptist Sheriff’s deputy Avo Marzwanian, 34, of LaPlace, is charged with 10 counts of distribution and 20 counts of possession of child pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13, the attorney general’s office said. But that’s not all, apparently this deputy didn’t limit his abuse solely to children and was also charged with 15 counts of sex abuse against animals.

This oath breaking jackboot had his ego bruised after a man tells him that his face mask with the blue line gang flag is disrespectful and in violation of the US Flag Code. The pig took offense to this and let his ego take over as he proceeded to unlawfully detain and arrest the man, who has broken no law or committed any crime. Listen to this mouth breathing tyrant copsplain his perceived reasoning for violating the man's rights. This pig spewed so much nonsense and lies during the encounter that it's clearly evident he has business wearing that costume and badge. It's unreal that a cop is actually this stupid and the taxpayers have to pay his salary. This jackboot openly and willfully violated the man's 1st and 4th Amendment rights like it was business as usual. That's because it is business as usual for these blue zero heroes.

WATCH: Cop Assaults, Arrests Man After Saying His Thin Blue Line Flag Mask Violates US Flag Code

Pittsburgh, PA — “Contempt of cop” is not an officially recognized “crime” but rather an unwritten code that has led to the persecution of innumerous innocent people. From offering cops donuts to the following story of an innocent man criticizing a cop’s thin blue line face mask, cops have abused their authority and used their badges to assault and arrest people for merely offending them.

On September 6, a man offered a legitimate criticism of a police officer’s face mask, which had the notorious thin blue line American flag on it. The man told the officer that the thin blue line flag violates the United States flag code, and he’s right. Despite being right, the cop didn’t want to hear it and would escalate the situation to the point of threatening the man with a taser, assaulting, and arresting him.

The modified version of the flag being worn by officers entails one thin blue line, which police often contend represents the barrier between “anarchy and a civilized society, between order and chaos, or between respect for decency and lawlessness.” However, citizens increasingly perceive this as a symbolic line that represents the separation and differentiates police from the rest of society, representing a blue code of silence amongst the brotherhood of cops. All colors on the flag are blacked out, supposedly as a memorial to all of the fallen officers that lost their life in the line of duty.

And while this may seem admirable to some, in terms of being a memorial, it is also raising serious issues with flag purists. The problem with wearing this adulterated flag stems from an apparent violation of U.S. Flag Code, which states that:

“The flag should never have placed upon it, nor on any part of it, nor attached to it any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature.”

Despite this conflict of interests, police departments across the country continue to don the blue line flag and, as the following incident illustrates, they will use their badges to defend that flag.

According to multiple eye-witnesses, the man questioned the officer in the store about his face mask before the altercation began. As the Pittsburgh City Paper reports:

"Pitttsburgh Public Safety spokesperson Cara Cruz writes in a written statement that the Pittsburgh Police officer was working an approved off-duty detail for City of Pittsburgh Special Events. When the officer was approached and confronted about the Blue Lives Matter mask, Cruz writes that 'the officer, who was speaking with a Special Events employee at the time, told the man that he would have to agree to disagree.'

Cruz says the man wanted to continue to make his point and show him something on his phone, but the officer wouldn’t engage. Cruz writes at this point, a line was growing and the man was told to exit the line. When the man continued on, according to Cruz, then the officer asked for his ID to cite him, and the man refused."

Refusing to ID in the state of Pennsylvania is not illegal. Nevertheless, the man was taken outside where he was assaulted and handcuffed.

“OK, OK. My hands are behind my back, sir. I have not done anything. She has it on camera right here,” says the man as the cop threatens to taser him.

“I don’t care,” shouts the officer, as he places handcuffs on the man.

The man continues to ask why he’s being arrested, and the officer continues to refuse to tell him. When he finally responds, the officer tells the man that “he doesn’t listen.”

“You don’t listen. I told you to go away, you didn’t want to listen,” says the officer, identified as Paul Abel.

The man responds asking, “You told me to go away for what reason? Did I commit a crime?”

    The officer does not answer.

“I was kind of stunned, not surprised, but to witness it first hand,” says Alex Osgood, who filmed the altercation. “The officer was being incredibly aggressive. He never said that he was under arrest or why.”

Allegheny County public defender and former candidate for district attorney Lisa Middleman told the Paper that she reviewed the videos and the man appears to be arrested without cause.

“Thankfully there were many witnesses who can document what actually happened,” says Middleman. “For too long, we have relied exclusively on the accounts of police officers and discounted the version of events from those who interact with them. With the advent of cell phone video, it is becoming more clear that not all police officers give truthful accounts of interactions with the public.”

    We agree.

According to the court records, the man was charged with six misdemeanors: resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, defiant trespass, and three counts of possession for having marijuana in his backpack that he did not give the officer consent to search.

WATCH: Retired Cop Outraged after Deputies Bust his Door Down in Botched Raid

A former cop is outraged after Texas deputies busted his door down in search for a man that did not live at his home.

Louis Rodriguez is now looking for an attorney, hoping to sue the Harris County Sheriff's Office for its blunder, according to ABC 13, which described him only as a "retired officer" without specifying his former agency.

The incident took place on September 1 after deputies arrived at his home, banging on his door, demanding to see a man named Curtis Rogers.

Rodriguez refused to open the door, telling them they had the wrong house. He told them he was a former cop and that he wanted to see the warrant but they kept banging on his door, refusing to let him see the warrant as well as refusing to double-check the warrant to see if they were at the right address.

They eventually busted his door down with a battering ram and rushed in, detaining Rodriguez and his son, forcing them outside before realizing their mistake. Rodriguez's son was recording and the phone continued to record after they were detained, capturing an intense argument between the former cop and deputies.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office issued a rare admittance of incompetence:

"Deputies attempting to execute an arrest warrant on Sept. 1 mistakenly approached the wrong home in the 21100 block of Royal Villa Drive and damaged the front door. Deputies subsequently realized they made a mistake and the sheriff's office arranged to have the door replaced. The sheriff's office regrets the mistake and the incident is under review."

Usually after botched raids, the cops go on the defensive as they did during last year's botched raid in Houston that left two innocent people dead.

It is not clear at this time if the deputies ever nabbed Curtis Rogers.

WATCH: Cop Arrested for Repeatedly Stealing from Elderly Dead Man’s Home—Not Fired, Paid Leave Instead

Santa Ana, CA — On Thursday, a veteran cop was arrested on multiple felony charges including “suspicion of burglary” after he was captured on home surveillance footage repeatedly returning to the home of a dead 70-year-old man and stealing from him. Amazingly enough, despite the video, the officer has not been fired and instead placed on paid administrative leave.

Deputy Steve Hortz, a 12-year veteran of the Orange County Sheriff’s department reportedly responded to a home in Yorba Linda after a 70-year-old man had died of natural causes. This week, on September 9, the family of the deceased called the department to tell them that multiple items were missing from the home.

An attorney for the family provided the department with surveillance footage from the home which showed this thieving deputy returning to the property on multiple occasions and leaving with stolen items. In the video we see the deputy brazenly entering the home with a dolly and hauling off stolen items.

    As CBS Los Angeles reports:

"In the first incident, Hortz returned to the home July 27 and allegedly broke into the unoccupied residence through the rear and left a short time later. It was unclear if Hortz, who was in uniform at the time, left with any property from the home.

Hortz then returned to the home on the mornings of Aug. 10 and 16 in civilian clothes and allegedly removed items including weapon safes, ceiling fans and cases containing unknown items.

OCSD immediately launched an investigation into the burglaries as soon as they were reported. Hortz was arrested the morning of Sept. 10 and was booked into the Santa Ana Jail on suspicion of burglary. He was also placed on administrative leave, and the department said it was investigating prior calls Hortz handled to see if similar instances had occurred."

Despite the video of the deputy’s crimes, he was not immediately fired, even after the sheriff blasted him in a statement.

“The suspected criminal actions of this deputy are a violation of public trust,” OC Sheriff Don Barnes said in a statement. “This deputy will be held accountable through a swift and thorough process including a full criminal and internal administrative investigation.”

“I will do everything we can to make sure he does not return to a uniform in this organization or anywhere else for that matter,” Barnes said during a news conference Thursday.

However, he’s yet to even fire the bad cop.

Barnes did say that he is now investigating other incidents in which Hortz was involved in order to see if there are other potential thefts.

Hortz now faces three felony charges and a misdemeanor charge. As of Thursday evening, Hortz remained in jail not yet posting the $20,000 bond.

“He’s embarrassed this profession, he’s embarrassed this organization, and he’s embarrassed the almost 4,000 members who do good work everyday,” Barnes said.

But not all 4,000 of those cops are angels. In fact, the day before Hortz was arrested, another Orange County deputy, Angelina Cortez was charged with a felony for stealing a credit card from a suspect and using it.

Cops robbing dead people is quite common. Just last month, Cpl. Jacob Miskill, with the Anne Arundel County police department was arrested by his own department. Just like Hortz he was caught stealing guns and other property from the home of a dead man.

According to the report by WBAL, County police said officers were called April 27 to a report of an unattended death at a house in the 1600 block of Wall Drive in Pasadena. The police chief received information that one of the responding officers, Cpl. Jacob Miskill, may have stolen firearms and other property from the house.

Investigators then issued a search warrant for Miskill’s home and must have found some of the items because he was arrested shortly after. Miskill was then charged with first-, third- and fourth-degree burglary, theft, theft scheme and misconduct in office.

Miskill is just the tip of the iceberg. Some of these cops were so flagrant with their criminal actions that they were caught on their own body cameras.

Officer Linnard R. Crouch was seen on his own body camera—not helping a 74-year-old man who was having a heart attack—but robbing him. The elderly victim, James Mabe had the cash to go buy Christmas presents for his grandchildren, but because the cop robbed him instead of helped him he’d never make it. What’s more, the officer who stole a dying elderly man’s Christmas money never went to jail.

With almost no news coverage, Crouch pleaded guilty to robbing the elderly dying man. Instead of being punished for his utter betrayal of public trust and despicable act, Crouch was given probation and never spent one day behind bars.

Orange County Deputies Under Investigation For Allegedly Submitting Doctored Military Orders To Get Paid Time Off

SANTA ANA (CBSLA) — Several Orange County sheriff’s deputies, who are also military reservists, were accused of submitting doctored military orders to get time off from work.

One of the deputies who was on probation has since been let go and six others were placed on administrative leave while the criminal and internal investigation continues.

The military orders in question allowed the deputies to be on paid time off while they were expected to be doing military reservist work, which they are accused of not participating in, said Carrie Braun, a spokeswoman for the sheriff’s department.

The announcement of the investigations was made on Friday, September 11, leading to a somber statement from the department about the deputies’ allegations.

“Especially today, as we commemorate the actions of courageous men and women of the armed services on Patriot Day, it is a dishonor that these members of our organization took advantage of military service for their own personal gain,” O.C. Sheriff Don Barnes said.

“The actions of these seven individuals do not represent the values of this organization and absolutely do not reflect upon the contributions and sacrifices of the men and women who have courageously served our country as members of our armed forces,” Barnes continued.

The names of the deputies who are under investigation were not released.

Federal prosecutors are now reviewing evidence in the case.

In Los Angeles County, an LAPD officer was sentenced to three years probation and 20 days of CalTrans work after allegedly falsely reporting that she was at work 18 times between April 2017 and October 2018 and getting paid $8,543 in wages for those hours.

LaSalle, CO — Frequent readers of the Free Thought Project know and have seen many examples illustrating that cops will detain, harass, and violate the rights of innocent people simply because they can. We’ve even seen innocent people sodomized on the roadside by cops looking for non-existent drugs. A common theme throughout all these examples of bad cops is the paid vacations they receive after brutalizing, violating, and killing innocent citizens. Never, however, have we heard a cop actually say they were going to kill someone just to get a paid vacation — until now.

Anthony Mills filed a civil rights lawsuit this week against the city of LaSalle as well as LaSalle Police Officer David Miller. Officer Miller was recorded on his own body camera conspiring to murder Mills. According to the lawsuit and the video, Miller had no idea his microphone was recording when he and another officer conspired to kill the biker.

The incident unfolded on April 8, 2018 as Mills and another friend were riding their motorcycles. Mills is a member of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club (HAMC). As part of the lawsuit, officer Miller’s body camera footage was released. What it shows is nothing short of criminal conspiracy to commit murder so receive a paid vacation.

According to the lawsuit, Mills was profiled and held without probable cause. Indeed, the officer brags about holding the bikers without probable cause, simply because he can.

The Motorcycle Profiling Project uploaded the video to Facebook this week, describing how the incident unfolded.

"A civil rights lawsuit filed on April 6, 2020 involving Hells Angels Motorcycle Club member Anthony Mills (Mills v. LaSalle, Colorado et.al. Civil Action No. 20-CV-965) alleges that, during a routine traffic stop for alleged speeding, law enforcement officers violated Mills 1st, 4th, and 14th Amendment rights. Specifically, video reveals that law enforcement in Colorado targets the HAMC as a matter of policy and holds them for as long as possible without reasonable suspicion or probable cause. Most frightening, however, is after officers are recorded bragging and laughing about tasing motorcyclists off their bikes, LaSalle Police Officer David Miller terrorizes and directly threatens to shoot Mills for paid vacation because he thinks his body mic is turned off.

Miller’s body cam is definitive proof that motorcycle profiling exists, and that life could be the ultimate impact. The National Council of Clubs, representing the interests of motorcycle clubs and their members nationwide, believes that justice demands ALL officers involved, particularly officer Miller, should be immediately relieved of their employment and criminally charged.

Indeed, law enforcement should be held to the highest standard, and officers should be held accountable to at least the same degree as any other person in society."

As the video shows, Miller pulls the bikers over and tells them they were “going way too fast.” After getting their information, Miller goes back to the car where he conspires to violate their 4th Amendment right to be free from unreasonable search and seizure.

“I have no problem holding these motherf**kers until Greely gets down here,” Miller says. Greely is a police department in a neighboring county and Miller was going to apparently show off his catch. The officer then goes on to admit he profiled the bikers and admits their department has a policy of violating their rights

“So, they have on Hells Angels jackets. Any time we deal with these guys, we call in code….so,” the officer says. Miller’s fellow officer also conspires to violate the rights of the bikers as well. They alert nearby jurisdictions, telling them they also plan on violating the bikers rights.

As they wait for officers from the Greely police department to arrive, Miller expresses his excitement in violating the rights of the bikers.

“I’m good, I’m alright, I mean, we get to f**k with HAMC,” the bad cops says before admitting that he almost tasered the bikers as they were riding down the road.

“I almost tazed the guy off the motorcycle,” Miller says, admitting to an act that could be classified as attempted murder. “He tried to go around me while slowing down, so I was going to taze him but he had a passenger on the back of the bike, so.”

That is when one of the most telling admissions we’ve ever reported on was made by this tyrant cop.

An unidentified officer is heard in the background saying, “If either one of them gets it, it’s the tall dude.”

Miller then says, “I’m shootin’ him. I need some paid vacation.”

“Hahaha,” the other officer laughs before agreeing with Miller. “That’s what I am saying. If any one of them gets it, it’s the tall dude.”

As Mills waited patiently on his motorcycle in front of the officers, he had no idea, they were plotting his murder 20 feet behind him. But that is exactly what was going on.

After plotting to murder the innocent biker, the unidentified cop realizes that they may be recording themselves on their body cameras. “We have body cameras?” he asks.

“We do, but they are off,” Miller replies. But they were not off and these cops were caught red-handed. After plotting murder, the cops then brag about stealing their motorcycle and searching it without probable cause.

Now, the taxpayers will undoubtedly be held liable for the actions of these two tyrants and their policy to profile, violate, and plot murder.

Officer David Miller is still a cop with the LaSalle department.

WATCH: ‘I’m Shooting Him, I Need a Paid Vacation’ — Taxpayers Held Liable After Cops Conspire to Murder Man

Anthony Mills filed a civil rights lawsuit earlier this year against the city of LaSalle as well as LaSalle Police Officer David Miller. Officer Miller was recorded on his own body camera conspiring to murder Mills. According to the lawsuit and the video, Miller had no idea his microphone was recording when he and another officer conspired to kill the biker.

Now, the taxpayers of Colorado are being held accountable for the officers actions. According to Mercury News, five Colorado police agencies paid $25,000 and issued an apology to the Hells Angels member after an officer two years ago joked that he’d shoot the man to get “paid vacation.”

Now, as we predicted, the taxpayers were held liable for the actions of these two tyrants and their policy to profile, violate, and plot murder.

Officer David Miller remained a cop with the LaSalle department for two years after making these statements. The department chalked it up to a tasteless joke and Miller was allowed to stay on until he voluntarily resigned this year.

WATCH: Blatantly Wasted Man Hits 3 Cars, Gets Let Go By Cops After Saying ‘My Uncle is a Congressman’

Los Angeles, CA — Over the weekend, TFTP reported on the police union’s use of ‘get out of jail free’ cards which are handed out to the friends and family of cops and the politically connected, allowing them to escape charges for crimes other citizens have been killed over. While we do not know if the man in the video had one of these cards, he was given the special treatment — and likely much more — of one of these cardholders.

As a video that was posted to Instagram shows, the man appeared visibly intoxicated, slurring his words, falling over, unable to even stand up, and had crashed into multiple parked cars. Despite all of these factors, when police showed up, they let him go. Apparently, he told them that his “uncle is a congressman.”

The footage, first posted on Instagram by witness Katy Wicker, infuriated residents who claim the responding officers simply allowed this man, who could’ve killed someone and who was visibly DUI, who crashed into three cars, to walk away after the crash.

“Last Saturday, around 4 p.m., a drunk driver hit three cars on the street in front of our house. He was clearly wasted (he kept falling over) and belligerent. He kept yelling at everyone – especially the cops, firefighters, and tow truck drivers. He claimed his uncle was a congressman,” Wicker wrote.

Whether or not his uncle actually is a congressman is unclear. However, what is perfectly clear is that the cops treated him like he was royalty and allowed him to leave the scene.

“About an hour later, once his car was towed, the cops just let him go. They never breathalyzed him (we asked them if they did, they said no). At the end of the video you’ll see several witnesses yelling at the cops, asking why they didn’t arrest him. They didn’t respond and just drove off,” Wicker said.

Wicker, a resident in the area, told CBS Los Angeles that she started recording the aftermath around 4 p.m. Footage shows the man stepping out of his damaged Dodge Charger and falling over into the grassy median.

“He was completely intoxicated the entire time,” she told the station. “It was apparent to everyone that was there. He was yelling at everyone. He was yelling aggressive comments at police officers, at the ambulance that was there, at the tow truck driver, and he literally stumbled away.”

“He could have killed someone,” Wicker added. “He could have injured people. He could have done a lot more damage than he did.”

She continues, “We asked them why they didn’t provide him a breathalyzer test, and they couldn’t give us any answers.”

As the video shows, when the cops let the man go, the man could barely stand and in fact, fell down several times — in front of the cops — as they allowed him to walk, or rather, stumble off. The officers essentially assisted the man — making them accessories — in the crime of hit and run. Literally.

After the video began to go viral online, the LAPD received massive backlash and were forced to respond by claiming they are now investigating the responding officers.

We won’t be holding our breath waiting for the results of that “investigation.”

    Being suspicious is a crime?

More low IQ jackboots wearing costumes and badges attempting to violate a man's rights. These blue zero heroes have no clue what law(s) they are trying to enforce, but are quick to make up some BS to try to get their way. The pigs claim he is suspicious and then go on to state that being suspicious is a crime and the man is required to show his papers. Ignorant pigs earning the hate.

Chief of Police Arrested on Shocking Charges of ‘Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child’

Hamilton, TX — It is no secret that there is an epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse in the land of the free. According to many experts, child sexual abuse is likely the most prevalent health problem children face with the most serious array of consequences. It is so rife that it is estimated that about one in 10 children will be sexually abused before their 18th birthday. This year alone, there will be about 400,000 babies born in the U.S. that will become victims of child sexual abuse unless we do something to stop it. Thousands of child predators are nabbed every year and for every one caught, there are likely 10 others who remain free.

While child sex trafficking is certainly a problem within the upper echelons of society, these sick people are from all walks of life. One of the things the victims are told is to report their abuse to the police. However, as TFTP regularly reports, police are often times the worst offenders and even when they are caught committing horrifying acts of abuse, they receive little to no time behind bars. This is a serious problem, and as the following incident illustrates, it does not appear to be slowing.

Weekly or more, TFTP reports on police officers who get arrested by fellow cops on charges of everything from trafficking in child pornography to child rape to running child sex trafficking rings. Some of these officers are low-level cops like Avo Marzwanian, 34, of LaPlace, Louisiana who was charged earlier this month with 10 counts of distribution and 20 counts of possession of child pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13 along with 15 counts of sex abuse against animals.

Other child predators fill the top position in their department like Anthony “Tony” Yocham, who is the police chief in Hamilton, Texas, a town about 100 miles southwest of Fort Worth.

“Detectives with the Somervell County Sheriff’s Office asked the Texas Rangers to investigate the allegations,” said Texas DPS Lt. Lonny Haschel to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Yocham was arrested over the weekend on charges of continuous sexual abuse of a child. According to the Texas Rangers, they took Yocham into custody Saturday after their investigation found enough probable cause to charge him with a crime.

Yocham, who lost the Republican nomination for Somervell County Sheriff in April, was taken to the Johnson County Jail in Cleburne, Texas where he quickly posted the massive $500,000 bond and walked out.

The department has yet to release a statement regarding their police chief’s arrest. Nor have they said whether or not Yocham has been placed on leave. Our efforts to contact the chief or anyone else in the department have fallen on deaf ears.

On the Hamilton police department’s website, the department has the following mission statement:

"The Hamilton Police Department is committed to the highest professional standards; working in partnership with our citizens to meet the challenges of reducing crime, and improving the quality of life for the members of our community."

If the allegations against Yocham are true, that statement means absolutely nothing.

While this story is certainly shocking, it is unfortunately not isolated. As stated above, TFTP reports on cops busted for child sex crimes, quite literally every single week. In fact, just down the road from where Yocham is the chief of police, last week, TFTP reported on a cop in Dallas, Sr. Cpl. Daniel Lee Collins who pleaded guilty to uploading sexual photos of underage girls to various Google accounts using the City of Dallas internet network.

U.S. Attorney Erin Nealy Cox stated that Daniel Lee Collins, 35, a former senior corporal, pleaded guilty to the crimes last month. The top cop further admitted he knew the images depicted actual minors, including a nude prepubescent female, and portrayed “sadistic or masochistic conduct.”

Permits are required now to exercise your 1st Amendment rights? These order followers wearing costumes and badges harassed a man holding a sign in protest outside of the state capital building. The man protesting knows his rights and even did a little extra research to ensure his actions were legal...and they were. These jackboots in the video, like most pigs, detest when citizens are well informed of their rights and know the scope of authority given to LEOs.

Cop Arrested for Murdering His Girlfriend, Allegedly Making it Look Like a Suicide

Denton, TX — As TFTP reports on a regular basis, police officers reportedly abuse their significant other at four times the rate of non-police officer families. The studies into police domestic violence also suggest that this number is likely higher given the fact that the victims are often too scared to report it, or even if they do, the abuser’s co-workers cover it up. In Tarrant County, however, officers did not cover for their fellow cop and 36-year-old Tarrant County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Jay Allen Rotter, is now sitting in jail for the murder of his girlfriend.

On August 26, around 11:30 p.m., Rotter called 911 from the home he lived in with Leslie Lynn Hartman to report a shooting. Rotter would report to his fellow officers that Hartman shot herself and died as a result.

When officers arrived at the home, they found the body of Hartman inside but apparently, there was something not quite right. In 9 out of 10 incidents like this one, police would take the word of their fellow cop and this would be an open and shut case. However, something was seemingly so off that responding officers could not ignore it.

According to NBC DFW, as the investigation continued over the next few weeks, Denton police said Monday “detectives executed search warrants and analyzed physical evidence” that led to them developing Rotter as a suspect in the woman’s death and seek a warrant for his arrest.

Though the details are unclear on exactly what led cops to conclude Rotter had killed Hartman, his bail was set to a massive $1.15 million and he remains behind bars.

The suicide shocked neighbors and friends as Hartman was reportedly a very happy woman. Hartman’s neighbors told NBC DFW that she was an was an upbeat, outgoing, and independent woman even though a car accident years ago left her unable to walk.

“She was artistic, a good neighbor, loved animals,” said neighbor Chrissie Clanton. “She had actually just adopted a new puppy, so it didn’t add up.”

“It’s not better that it’s murder, but it makes more sense actually,” said neighbor Eliot Harrod.

Tarrant County Sheriff Bill Waybourn said in a written statement that his office was “shocked and saddened about the incident and arrest of Jay Rotter.”

“We are shocked and saddened about the incident and arrest of Jay Rotter. We have very little information regarding the situation at this time. We believe in the criminal justice process and the truth will prevail. The Denton Police Department, in Denton County, is the arresting agency and the investigation is on-going.

“Rotter has been employed with TCSO since 2005 and assigned to the narcotics division. We are cooperating with Denton PD and all questions regarding the case should be directed to them at 940-349-8181.”

While it appears for now that Rotter is being brought to justice in the alleged murder of Hartman, TFTP has reported on eerily similar incidents in which the evidence stacked up against the cop but they escaped charges.

As we reported earlier this year, the parents of Samantha Harer, a deceased 911 emergency dispatcher, filed a lawsuit against the city of Channahon, Il. Channahon’s Police Chief Shane Casey, Deputy Chief Adam Bogart and Detective Andrew McClellan for police misconduct and deprivation of civil rights in regards to their daughter’s death.

Lawyers for the officers and the city have been fiercely opposing the suit but Kevin and Heather Harer have been fighting them every step of the way.

If we look at the facts of the case, there should be no lawsuit and all those involved should be in prison. Unfortunately, however, because the alleged murderer and his co-conspirators are officers of the law, they’ve reportedly waged an elaborate web of lies to cover up the murder of Samantha Harer — despite overwhelming forensic evidence to the contrary which paints Crest Hill Police Officer Felipe “Phil” Flores as her killer.

    As Patch.com reports:

"On Feb. 13, 2018, Harer was found nude in her bedroom with a single gunshot through her head. Off-duty Crest Hill Police Officer Felipe “Phil” Flores, Harer’s estranged boyfriend, called 911 claiming Harer had locked herself in her bedroom during an argument and shot herself.

Gunshot residue tests analyzed by the Illinois State Crime Laboratory in Chicago found no gunshot residue on Harer’s hands. The forensic scientist found several traces of gunshot residue on Flores’ right hand as well as blood spatter and gunshot residue on Flores’ black sweatshirt."

Despite this glaring evidence showing that Flores killed Harer, this cop was never arrested and his fellow boys in blue are complicit in allegedly covering it up.

“They covered up misconduct of a fellow officer because police departments circle the wagons when it comes to police officer misconduct,” Brooklyn, N.Y. attorney Jennifer Bonjean, who is representing Harer’s parents, said. “That’s essentially the blue code of silence. My clients are entitled to relief because Channahon has just obstructed their effort to learn the truth about Samantha’s death.”

"We could be like New York officers and be cruel and corrupt and ugly to the citizens, but we're not," says sergeant Samples as he copsplains and threatens a man in an attempt to dissuade him from publicly exercising his 2nd Amendment rights. The costumed tyrant warns that if the man disobeys and legally exercises his rights as intended, he'll fabricate some bogus charges to arrest and cage him. Cops, the ones empowered to uphold the law, should be well versed in the gun laws of their state and know them inside and out. The ignorance displayed by LEOs concerning the most basic laws and constitutional rights is completely unacceptable.

The man later completed his open carry walk without further incident.
