    question for people on low carb

    what if after you eat you are even more hungry.

    Guzzle water? Drink a fiber drink? Need to eat more to subsitute not eating bread or potatoe foods?

    Drink water and eat a snack like an apple or nuts.

    Try a small serving of brown ice. Most likely it is sugar that your body is craving.

    Drink cold water as it will actually tighten up your stomach a bit. Helping you to become less hungry. Numbs it up a bit so to speak.

    lmao no thanks at brown rice or an apple or snack. I see what your saying though, brown rice is different then white rice, I guzzle water all the time. Seems to just flush everything threw making more hungry at times.

    No thanks on apple or nuts. Last time i ate an apple, ten min later i was starving to death

    Call me crazy but fruits are packed with sugars and I would personally reccomend getting those nessasary vitimins through a good multi.

    Exactly why fruits should be avoided in a low card diet. They are all mostly simple sugars and leave you simply craving more. Brown rice usually sticks in the stomach longer. Try ICE cold water. numbs it up

    I would stay away from the rice, and the fruit if doing low carb. If you're hungry, eat. Thats what low carb is about. You can eat a TON on low carb. What phase are you on? Induction?

    day 1 again. My mom won't stop buying bread, potatoe foods, and junk. trying to kill me i think. Just ate 3 cheeseburgers with no bread and feels like there is a sponge in my stomach soaking up water and fat.

    Ive heard go for the 50 gram a day thing on low carb can work also. I do know one guy that does low carb 5 days a week and then on weekends does what he wants.

    to make the low carb diet succeed you gotta be like anorexic/bulimic strict........ and be smart

    do the olsen twins have more will power than you? (hey they might, but you'll be fat...they'll be famous...and you can STILL be happy)

    you make a pitcher of sugar free kool aid with equal or splenda....drink it down,

    while you make a 8 whole egg 6 egg whie only.....ham/cheese/onion/green pepper omelete.....

    1 hr later. 2 1/2 pound burgers topped with whatever cheese you want...

    1 hr later...

    make another pitcher of sugar free kool aid chug it down over 20 mins.... fix as iceberg lettuce salad with italian dressing eat it... force it down

    go to the bathroom, stick your finger down your throat and force yourself to puke


    just keep forcing it down until you are sick of eating and are in ketosis

    ketosis really is the name of the game.

    whatever way is easiest to get there...... ya gotta do it

    They guy is ******* crazy low carb diets make you fatter.Those diets are good for you go to the gym 4 times a week do 20 minutes of cardio all 4 days and you will lose weight and be healthy.

    No one has done more Atkins diets than myself. no frutis allowed. apples are a no no.. you can eat unlimited green veggies as you want. they have negative calories, so pile up on the broccoli, green beans, but it must be green. no corn or carrots. no fruits, no sugar, no potatoes, no bread, no pasta, no rice. you can have everything else except those foods. there is no limit in atkins diet.. you can eat 12 eggs with tons of butter and a pack of bacon if you want.. if you're hungry have 2 steaks, if you're still hungry, have 2 more steaks, its' ok.. just dont touch a carb.

    i have lost 52 lbs in 2.5 months doing it, without even exercise. i became a skeleton, no joke. but then you do gain it back slowly. and you do get so sick of this diet after. after 2 weeks, the food doesn't go down anymore as easily. you begin to hate meat.

    in the start it's great. you eat 5 eggs and tons of bacon. you're in heaven. but on day 4 after you've eaten 15 eggs and 2 packs of bacon, the thought of bacon makes you sick.. you get tired of this food fast.

    best way is eat healthy, eat your whole grain, fruits, veggies, some dessert and just move around.. you'll lose a ton..

    I lift weights 3 days a week and do tons of cardio, chill people.

    Chill people. I love people that weight 180 pounds smoking a cig and drinking a beer and eating pizza right now think that others must be doing something worse then them to gain weight.

    Ive already walked 4 miles today and 20 min on the bike.

    Yes I agree on the green veggies. Lettuce is great with the steaks

    TT exercise is key to keep the weight off sitting on you ass here waiting for the bills to get paid wont do it son gym 4 times a week do atleast 20 minutes of Cardio 4 days per week put down the sodium packed meats cut fried foods by 50 percent eat alteast 6 fruits per day.

    Training advice and nutrition advice is 2 different things. I even have one client, the only way he can gain weight is to drink melted ice cream. wait one hour and eat a high protein, high carb meal.

    Eat half of what you normally ate. And drink water instead of what you normally drank. Atkins is only very short term and your brain is not functioning properly after a few weeks of this. Try the water trick. Guaranteed to work.

    I dunno what your talking about. I didn't say anything about calories. Just that too long on low carb will have bad effects on the brain. Such as doing dumb shit you wouldn't normally do Its a fact. Carbs are brain food.

    Always drink water, but IMO its more effective if you drink a good portion of water just prior to eating than vice versa because it supresses your appetite. I like to use protein shakes (with water not milk) when I'm hungry in between meals.

    low carb diets are retarded. First off, you can't exercise with low carb diets.

    Second, your brain needs carbs to run effeciently. Death to low carb diets

    hell, the fact that you guys advocate no fruits should set off alarm bells
