Brock, there are literally dozens of posts here blaming Bush for the high gas prices a couple years ago. That amazed me then as to how stupid that was but because it was directed at Bush, no one seemed to question it too much. It suited their political viewpoint and they either ignored the ridiculous statements or treated it like it was factual. Remember: It's always Bush's fault to many people. It was laughable then and it is laughable now for Obama.
