    it's worth the extra work cutting splitting and stacking wood for the winter

    there is nothing like sitting by the wood stove when it's a blizzard out for penetrating heat

    we burn 100 gallons of oil a year to heat our water that's it

    Natural gas, geothermal, inverter heat pumps, ect... Much better solutions unless of course, you can heat with wood like you mentioned

    Our dumb ass Repub gov here in PA jacked up the wholesale price of gas to help with maintaining our infrastructure.
    Duh, what do you think is gonna happen when jacking up wholesale prices? WE have to pay for it and then some!
    It would've been better to just jack up the state tax per gallon.
