I requested a payout on Sunday night for $500.. I posted I was going to do 1K and changed my mind because I wanted to keep betting and I did... I stayed above the $500 in my "available" for all but one night and that was two nights ago.. This morning the status was finally changed from "pending" to "approved" and they took it out of my "available"... I never contacted them about it once as I figured they'll get to it... I expect it sometime next week and will keep everyone posted..

just as a warning, i am not saying anything regarding this book in specific buttttt i was curious to see what someone could do with a copy of a photo id and last 4 digits of social so i called my bank provided them with the last 4 digits of my social Told them i was out of the country and to avoid atm fees would like my funds transfered to an account in England (only country where i knew and could trust to have my funds sent) after requesting my photo id faxed the money was wired to another account. So be very careful as a copy of your id can be sent as an original and so on. Then discussing this with a friend he informed me that such sites would need to know where you bank. Well since they have been sending checks on the on start when they receive the duplicates they can see where it was cashed with the signature on the back. Just trying to be careful hope all is well

With your name and last 4 digits of your SS I can easily put my address on your transunion credit report and have them send me a copy of your entire credit file. Transunion graciously reports your entire credit card and loan numbers on your report so just think on that.

No no... it's not quite that easy... It may have once been ....maybe in the early 90's.. but NOT NOW... no way...

Guys you can try this on your own... Call any of the three and if you even get to a rep. to discuss YOUR OWN file with just a name and last four of your social I'll be very impressed... I've called there so much I know the list of questions by heart...

F.Y.I. they have redone the FICO scoring system...

You're right about TransUnion, Equafax, and Experian graciously reporting your debts though....

Umm dude I have been doing consumer advocacy work for the last 7 1/2 years. Credit is my specialty. The FCRA, FDCPA, ect. Yes now it is still done. I have gone to court with all 3 credit bureaus in the past and I know exactly how they work.

Ok this may be true but why is it that when I call TransUnion to discuss my file I am asked the following:

    First and Last name:
Any other names you go by..?
    Social Security or last four
    Address
    Phone Number

The rep. is some outsourced Indian who can barely speak English (although Experian is a bit better) and they go EXACTLY by the guidelines... I called and didn't give the right street address on purpose last summer and the rep. would not disclose ANYTHING about my file...

Let me put it this way. I have been the victim of dozens of attempted identity thefts. The person applies with my name and address but with a fake SS# and a fake birthdate and employer. This information is then pulled by a credit card company and the fake information is placed onto my credit report over my real information. Now my credit report has my name and address but a fake birthdate, fake employer, and 2 SS#s. Now the crook has this information and goes in and applies for a credit card with the fake SS# and birthdate and uses another address. This time the fake address is transplanted onto my credit report. Now everything is ****ed up. This has happened to me more times than I can count.

Another scenario that happened to me and took a massive federal lawsuit against a collection agency, creditor, and credit bureau. A CA was collecting on a guy who had my same name, different SS#, different birthdate(by around 50 years no less), but lived in a city I once had lived at 5 years prior. Many people put incorrect SS#s on their applications so the credit bureaus allow them to match up general information. His bad check ended up on my credit report for 1 1/2 years and nothing I did could get it off. On my credit report I was born in 1922. How ridiculous is that. On the upside I ended up with a 32k settlement.

Another scenario that happened. On one of my credit bureaus one time a ton of accounts and inquiries suddenly hit. This cb had merged my credit report with another guy who lived in Arizona(over 1000 miles away) just because we had the same name and 10 years earlier he had lived in the same state(just the same state). By this time the credit bureau having been sued twice by me knew who I was and changed it right away.

You will like this one. About 3-4 years ago I received a credit report from a lady who lived in Dallas with my address on her credit report. Who was this lady? The person responsible thought she was experian's legal counsel who handles their small claims lawsuits. This was done on transunion. Ultimately they had the same name and same city/state but it was the wrong person. They were able to simply change the information with a phone call.

I could go on and on but I think you get the picture.

And yes 2pac is right. You already provided more than enough information. With it I could make your life a living hell and your credit would be ruined for years as no creditor, collection agency, or credit bureau gives a rats ass if you were the victim of id theft or not. I subpoened crapital one in federal court for the ip address used to take out fraudulent applications and they told my attorney to **** off.

Picantel, what do you advise doing, other than putting fraud alerts in with all 3 reporting bureaus? Should I look into having my SSN changed?

CW has the last 4 of my SSN, address, bank statement (account has been closed), and student ID

nah a fraud alert is enough although they are a huge pain in the ass. I took out a subscription to truecredit.com. for $14.95 a month you can pull a new report every 24 hours. You also get credit alerts, a fako credit score for each report, and after a couple months of pulling every day your hard inquiries on transunion and equifax are bumped off your credit report because their files only hold so much information. Pretty clever way to get rid of those pesky inquiries if you went on a credit spree and they tanked your score.

As you all Know I have been a very strong supporter of CW, they have paid me once.

Now they more than a week past due second payout of a check for a couple of dimes. They said several times check is in the mail??

They said will send ** if I don't receive by last Thur, Fri, now today, I being told wait until Monday no check then they will send **.

I explained to them this seems to be an ongoing thing. First payout check was sent via mail, never showed up so eventually recieved by DHL.

Just wanted to report the facts.

I am up another G plus and they will owe again.

This place still around? Once I heard about it I knew there were 3 choices:

    1. The place is an out and out fraud.

    2. The people are legit, just dumb as hell. Though going in with good intentions their plan did not work as they hoped. Many start up books fall into this category. We automatically think they are all scammers but truth is they tried, went in underfunded, overmatched and/or in some cases just unlucky etc.... Good intentions isn't enough to succeed. Yes you can make money if you time it right as a player, I wouldn't be posting up there anytime soon though.

    3. Law enforcement is running the place, a reverse sting. While this one is the most unlikely it does happen. Just in my city they opened up a pawn shop and let it be known they dealt in all kinds of merchandise. Amazing how many people fell for it.

Careful guys, this place isn't on the up and up.

Entrapment? Someone simply opening a sportsbook has induced you to commit a crime? LOL! I don't think you would win that case. Like I said, I doubt seriously that's the case but it's always possible. Never rule them out, when you do it could be a mistake. Voice of experience speaking. Plus it's hard to believe anyone would open up a new place on US servers and then try a pay as you go type of sportbook. Hope you all continue to get paid.....

Actually, I have my balance up to $1,800. I have two $50 Masters plays that will lose (Rose and Stensen) to win. So my balance will be $1,700. I will cash out for $1,500 and the other $200 will be forfeited.
How about the 1st week I signed up (when then thread was first started) I had my balance to $1,200ish after 1 day. I kept playing and lost it all. I didn't know that I could only cash out for $1,000. What an idiot.

and i think it is a joke that gambling online in the states is against the law, can someone tell me why? up here in canada it is fine, i just don't get why they regulate the way they do with our neighbours!!! anywho i should be getting a check for a $1000 in the next day or so, keep you all updated, although i might have to settle $400 after the last couple of days, and i will pay, cause thats what men do when they lose a bet they pay...
