Personally, I think the 15 year old was a piece of shit and should have gotten life in prison, but he didn't. I believe in 2nd chances but not when someone is not remorseful. He has had many chances to personally apologize and he has not. I know bullying isn't normal behavior, but 1 in 5 kids in school are bullied, so it's a common occurrence. When I was in school, I seen kids get bullied really bad every day.
