Millions of people got covid already. Some more than once. Most didn't even know they had it. The overwhelming number that did feel something, said it was like a cold. They were tired for a day or three.

Yes, some people lost their sense of smell and some had lung damage. These are rare. Same happens with the flu every year. I think in 2019, 80,000 Americans died of the flu.

So what is the standard now? Every time there's a coronavirus death, the government forces you to close your business? Force you to take another vaccine or else? Or what if you got the next coronavirus and were one of the 99.8% who survived it with a few sniffles and 2 days at home with Netflix? Now your have the natural antibodies and the government says you still must inject medicine you don't need?

Are you ok with the vaccine passport law in NY now? After over a year of businesses scratching to stay afloat because the government said to close shop for 2 WEEKS to flatten the curve. You obeyed. 5. The cdc has said that you should still get the vaccine if you had covid because it is more effective against mutations of covid rather than antibodies.

you kinda made my points. We are learning about this virus but you seem to act as if you know everything about it. Ya a few more people might be getting because they are testing more and more but the death numbers are not increasing.

The CDC has been wrong throughout this who pandemic. The WHO flat out lied to us in the early stages saying its nothing to woory about and it can't be transmitted person to person. Fauci said clothes masks don't work, then they do work and then better if you wear 2 at a time. In the meantime, if you do your homework, there is no concrete proof these mask protect you from anything. Even CNN admitted it yesterday.

Some businesses got help. Some. Costco were allowed to stay open. Same with Amazon. But the guy across the street from Costco had to shut down.

I women had her outdoor restaurant shut down while a movie was being made and only a few feet away from her restaurant, the movie company was allowed to not only shoot the film, but to build a makeshift restaurant nearly identical to hers.

All this stuff is easily found if you do your homework.

I think the argument would be the individual was never forced to receive the vaccine but chose to take it willingly as a consideration of employment, and that they were free to seek work elsewhere

Somewhat interestingly, the SCOTUS ruled on vaccines in 1900 and I believe in 2000 the ruling was upheld.

It would be interesting to see this court take up the issue in light of how prevalent vaccines will be going forward. But Roberts in general doesn't like re-visiting settled law...
