    If you see touts hyped up as featured and other crazy stuff, they are marketers who rely on new clients each week or month. They don't retain their clients so they have to keep marketing to find new suckers. Most american gamblers are also inept when it comes to long term ROI of a handicapper or their ROI in general. They are always looking for the next big score or to get rich quick and therefore they will fall victim to marketers hyping up things. The records and winning units of real winning long term handicappers will be considered bad by most american gamblers. They don't understand that 5% yield is great over 1000's of picks. The grind is not for most american gamblers. They are always looking to blow their deposit fast as possible. Look up "Betting Resource" and read their money management article, good stuff to use it with your own picks or other peoples' picks. Their regular picks also different from other touts because their subscription is based on until you double your bankroll than for a period of time, this means you are going to pay again only after you double your bankroll. Also, this doesn't mean they will go for 25% or 50% bets with the hope of doubling after few bets, their max bet is 3%.
