Giannis is going to have to play very high minutes to beat them since he has an advantage everywhere on them BUT shooting, I'm really curious to see how they are going to play him AND the team during certain situations.

Still, golden State will be a small fave over Milwaukee but your reasoning here while both conf finals are still going is flawed because of the implication that GS is nearly done w Portland while the bucks could very well find themselves up only 2-1 after tonight's game 3 making them more susceptible to losing the series so that golden State minus number has to take into account Toronto as a finals opponent also.

I’m certainly not saying bucks can’t play w them or that taking 2 to 1 be a bad play. I do have a huge issue w the “dubs have no chance without KD” nonsense I’ve heard far too often since he got hurt. Apparently nobody noticing how much better dubs have been since he got hurt???

As I’ve said 100x now I’m not trying to make the case they are better without him, im just not convinced they any worse either. They damn sure more fun to watch without him out there playing iso ball and relegating steph and clay into stand around shooters which is a travesty imo.

I’d much prefer to watch dubs/bucks without it being Durant 1 on 1 all 4th qrtr, unfortunately I think it be even worse seeing how that egomaniac douche will be out to prove he is needed after everyone seeing he isn’t!

It really a double edged sword on which way dubs are better imo. Obviously Durant the best player on the planet and has proven to be a ice cold big time closer when it matters. So of course it sounds silly that a team wouldn’t be better off with that player. That said I believe it not even debatable he doesn’t make guys around him better in fact he makes them worse.

In a perfect world they would play same way with him on the court then have that luxury to go iso w him late in close games or if/when the others not making shots but that simply not the way it goes when he out there, the other proven winners all defer to him and in the process become shells of themselves.

I gotta admit kd going head to head w freak would be intriguing no doubt but I still prefer watching dubs play thru steph.
