If you ask me, America should have taken over and claimed Iraq as US territory.. Build border walls, established full democracy and US Government.. Use and get all oil revenues and Iraq wealth to set it up.. All Iraq Oil should have been US property then after..
We were so close, Iraq was so wide open.... Instead Obama came into office and made promises to get out.. We left all military and US presence and got out.. Then Isis formed, grew and took over some parts..
