It was a glitch like they said it was. They shouldn't offer you more than the $250. You'd have for sure gone completely broke playing for 8 hours if the game was correct.

There had to have been a glitch. But that's the problem with playing casino games at an online casino. It doesn't matter how big of run you go on, they can always void your winnings if they feel like it. If you had pulled that at a physical casino, 2 things would have happened: #1. They would have stopped you from playing way earlier than letting you run up a winning balance like that. #2. You would have been allowed to keep all the money won up until the point that they stopped the game.

Tough break. Huge tease. But I don't think there is anything the online community can do. BetOnline will not take a 77,000 loss. Maybe you could at least get a 1,000 out of them though. 250 ain't good enough.

My Magic 8-Ball pretty much summed it up a long time ago... There clearly was a glitch, but our dearly beloved protagonist kept yanking the crank like a lab rat waiting for another hit of crack.

Given that the odds were heavily tilted in his favor due to the system's payout errors, he would have been wise to push his "luck" only so far as he felt he could have gotten away with it without raising a ton of red flags.

Obviously winning $77K on an $80 bankroll is gonna draw some serious scrutiny, but if he had been a little less trigger happy and exited the game after, let's say, a $5K-$10K type of windfall, maybe he makes out like a bandit. Then again, maybe it was inevitable that the glitch would be detected regardless, who knows...

Trying to handicap his settlement without knowing much of his bet history with that particular book is just pure guesswork. I mean if they initially tried to throw him a $250 bone, I don't see a very high ceiling as far as a final agreement.

They will get NDA and we will never know where he settled but they will give him more.
