    It's a weird situation for SBR and these books. They advertise here for exposure, but then the same place they are advertising is the only place holding them remotely accountable.

    Exactly. Plus Betonline probably doesn't have the source code for the slot game so we'll just have to take the word of Betsoft who probably won't share proprietary code and will go to bat and lie for a major sportsbook who has a bunch of their games.

    Sutter or anyone for that matter can do what they want with their money. These offshore books promote and advertise online gaming. We all clearly know it's tilted towards the books favor. The player unfortunately has no leg to stand on in a situation like this. The book can always so there was a "technical issue" for whatever reason. And just like another poster mentioned in a past post... "Does the book ever give the player back their money when a technical issue took MORE OF THE PLAYERS MONEY AWAY ON AN ERROR?" Nope.

    The last time I played at an online casino (real money) was 1998. Yes, basically when they first came out. The odds are stacked against a player... not to mention you have to battle these "technical errors."

    I believe more people would play... if it wasn't for situations like the one Sutter is involved in. You can't even enjoy yourself... in the comfort of your own home because of this. But, they "advertise" this everyday! If you advertise and want people to play... you better PAY. It's as simple as that.

    I'm sticking with Betonline because during the many years I've been with that book I've always got my payout requests funded and in a timely manner.. I have no complaints with this book on my end.. I have a balance with Betonline now anyways...

    The one thing I've learned over the years when dealing with all these online books is when you cash out for a decent amount never count on or expect to get paid before you actually do.. This way you don't get ruined if by chance it doesn't come..

    Chances are you will get paid everytime but there is always that one time you get declined your payout request, strung out for months after requesting it, or just cut off and never paid... Been there done that...

    11 days ago I decided to try a new book and to regain my Pro Status here at SBR. I did a little looking around and decided on BookMaker. At this point, I am very happy that I randomly choose them over BetOnline.

    Scenarios like this are exactly why there is so much distrust out there with offshore books. In my opinion, unless there was some type of fraud that happened at the third party provider of BetOnline's partner, that this is just plain and simple theft. Something doesn't just 'go wrong' with tried and true software unless it is manipulated.

    If everything is as OP says it is, BOL better step up and resolve this properly (full payout to OP) or I can tell you that they will never see any of my business. This kind of crap is just not right and we need to all send a message.

    Bookmaker is solid.. BETDSI is the same.. Exacts same web page formats.. Both always paid out for me and in a timely manner... The free contest Steak challenge is nice to play as well to pick up some free play betting cash every month or so...

    Precisely. I get the Betfair fiasco they just had with their slot where in order to hit the jackpot, you had to be playing full stake or whatever and the player was playing a smaller stake but still hit it because of bad coding and his winnings got voided. The fact you had to be playing for the larger stake to win the jackpot was apparently in their rules. It is understandable how there may have been a programming oversight. It sucks for the player , but I understand how they had cause to void.

    But in this case, what the hell happen? Maybe instead of having the game outcomes be dictated by some RNG, they had something in place or recently implemented some "cooler" routine that if a player got hot, it would cool them down. Maybe something got inverted in the code and it actually became a "heater" routine. It's just speculation, but it is tough to imagine something just going wrong with a legit slot machine that's been out and around the block. Maybe they tried to manipulate the machine to correct for luck, but messed up the implementation and got caught with their pants down.

    That's the problem for the OP. He should have been a little more patient and given SBR a chance to resolve it quietly before going public. He's sort of painted BOL into a corner. I hope it gets resolved in the players favor, but I have my doubts at this point.

    I just talked to Robert guys. He emailed me a massive excel spread sheet showing my Demi Gods slot play history. What was happening was whenever I had a win I was being rewarded my win amount + my bet amount. I was still seeing my balance fluctuate up and down because on a losing spin I would get nothing. He apologized for not having all the information at hand when we spoke over the phone yesterday. He also apologized for the mishandled software integration that led me to think I had won a small fortune lol.

    He was extremely professional and apologetic. He let me know that he values my business and doesn't want to lose me as a customer. We are currently in discussions about compensation for the mishap so I can at least walk away from this with something. Thanks again for all the support guys! SBR and the entire forum community helped me tremendously and I'll never forget that.
