    This weekend was very disappointing.

    They sent me a lightning fast payout last week (requested Tuesday, at my house Saturday, $500 m.o. x 4, and totally free), so it's hard for them to do any wrong in my book.

    But this weekend, and now that they're down again this morning, is testing my patience a little bit. As someone else said, that's why you have multiple books. Despite the outages recently, they're still a solid A- book in my opinion and have tremendous customer service.

    They need to clarify the verbiage on their withdrawals. They say one payout per week, but this isn't what they mean. Instead they allow one payout every seven days.

    great news. just got off the phone with freddy and he told me that BP has fixed their website problems for good. the site should be nice and smooth now according to freddy boy..

    hopefully this is true or maybe he just said it so i make another big deposit there. if he did, then he is a genius cause he knows my money is sure money for BP..

    The downtimes are clearly an issue regardless of the fault. There should be a back up plan in place for such like most businesses have. I would like to see the games listed in time of day order as on numerous occasions they are not. Additionally, I would like to see half time lines at the top of the page as opposed to the bottom where you have to scroll down to find them. This especially helps when they first come out as scrolling down also gives the impression you may have missed them when in fact they haven't come out yet. Having a contact (Richard) on different web sites is great. For some reason customer service at times is not on the same cylinder as Richard is and he has to fix a problem. This should not be and some empowerment should be given to those who answer customer calls. I think overall, BP is well on their way to higher places.

    I can only use them for small plays now. They were very good to me when I was down huge with them. They would offer me huge bonuses on my reload deposits and promised I could keep my reduced lines. I never have withdrawn from them yet and they convinced me to make my biggest deposit ever by offering me a very good deal on bonus with reduced lines. Over the course of the next few days, I went on a great run winning back all of my losses from my previous deposits. So 3 days after my deposit, they took away my reduced lines and put me on a $500 limit. I think it is a bit unfair considering my rollover was so large. Fortunately, I am almost through the rollover because there is no reason to have such a large balance with them when I can only bet $500 a bet.
    I also noticed that their withdrawal limits are very low. It is strange that they accept large deposit amounts and accept 10k bets on NFL and 5k bets on NBA when they only allow 4k withdrawal/week.

    I like the book. The only thing I would like to see improved is book to book transfers. These days the more top books you do transfers with, the better. They really need to start doing business with bookmaker, betjam/greek, 5dimes, etc. But I've heard that they are planning on adding some top books to transfer with.

    If you need some of your money the same day you can get. I like that.

    I don't see how they can offer those huge bonuses and give -105 though. But more power to them I hope they stay forever.

They offer the small obscure leagues that are my bread and butter. Bookmaker and betjam soccer lines are highly juiced. A+ book
