TheRX takes ad money from the Sportsbook family and is blatantly censoring any negative posts and is unwilling to do anything to help other than restate Sportsbook's lies. The Major too has been notably silent on this whole issue and has Sportsbook's (or at least Belmont's) banners flying high.

On the other hand, SBR has always rated this family low due to their sh*tty customer service and as a result is more than happy to point the finger at TheRX & MW and laugh, saying "I told you so", while their time might be better served trying to help the fools that didn't heed their warnings.

Janzette and the forums who, somehow mysteriously, receive their advertising checks are the only winners here. The bettors, as always, lose big time - even when we win.

that sportsbook.com was ranked B- at one point. i also read sportsbook.com was blacklisted 2 times in the past. i don't think any sportsbook (other than the ones owned by jazzette) is dumb enough to take transfers from sportsbook.com

Look up the actual bill and read it. It prevents banking institutions from accepting transactions that are gambling related. The US government cannot say YOU CANNOT GAMBLE, because that would be unconstitutional. If you are a professional (winning) gambler/poker player, all you need to worry about is claiming your winnings on tax forms. PEOPLE, learn your rights.

Whoever posted this conversation on p. 86 - I was told the same exact thing just now by a Platinum CS who sounded as if he was in the loop. What he said:

-If you got an email saying that your check was "mailed" on April 3rd or prior those checks were actually finally processed and mailed by the processor on April 18th. Based on metsfan's post that probably means that the processor sent word to the check cutter to cut the check (metsfan's was cut on the 20th I think) and then they were regular mailed.

--If you got an email saying that your check was "mailed" anytime between April 4th and April 10th and that check was over $2,000, those checks will actually start getting processed by the check processor this week. Which means that it will be 10-15 business days from THIS WEEK until those checks actually appear in our mailboxes. Though he swore that there will be no further delays. (don't forget, it now takes 2-3 weeks for sb.com to process your request and then another 2-3 weeks for the processor to process sb.com's request to send the funds and actually forward the money. Since the processor itself is now 3 weeks behind, it looks like it will be a min. of 7-9 weeks for anyone requesting a check request now).

-According to him, the processors were working fine. Just fyi, they use different processors for checks and wires.

This completely sucks for me. Just comparing myself with metsfan and abacus who got emails saying their checks were mailed on april 3rd, mine was "mailed" just one day later on the 4th and now I gotta wait another 3 weeks. On top of that, if I do wait another 2-3 weeks, that will take me past my 60 days on the ********** window. Finally, if their processor(s) indeed dropped them, then who knows if I'll ever see the money. F*uck! One f'n day difference!

2nd withdrawal date. If you count business days from the
21st, we're looking at 25! So everyone that hasn't been waiting that long, stop crying!

I just spoke to Colin Benson and apparently they are about to lose their processor by end of day today or already due to problems stemming from the gov blocking certain transactions according to them so anything not yet processed will start over from square one once they find someone to actually get the money out. If your wire or check is alreayd out he said you would be fine. Here WE GO FN AGAIN with another 2 month delay is my guess..

Maybe he was instructed to deny it - remember the CS reps and their supervisors all read this bulletin board.

My previous post related to checks only. I have no idea about wires - as I was told wires are handled by a different processor.

If any processor did go down, it would likely be the wire processor, or in all actuality one of the intermediary banks that they use.

My Online rep is now claiming up to a month from being processed. That's not acceptable. Basically, the deadline grows as this mysterious "backlog" shrinks. Logical? No. This is a company that is barely staying afloat and trying to weather a rough patch enough to either stay in business, or take a decent profit and bail out on debt. It's obvious.

ok so wire processor is gone, shutdown, potsings of wire detalias on here didnt help.. checks processor is also pulling out, though anything already sent "SHOULD" be fine but who knows.. so now im stuck 15K for who knows how much longer... looks like we are all doomed ad this book will be gone by years end.
