well I've just been told that because they asked me to send in id after having waited for over 3 weeks to get paid. Eventhough I sent them the id, I've been sent back to the end of the line. Mind you, I've been playing with them for 4 years, and have sent them my id numerous times. So now they are asking me to wait another 2-3 weeks before they process my withdrawals.

The talk about the backlog clearing up by the end of this week was a blantant lie. I think I'm done. I told them that if they didn't process my withdrawals this week I would do a charge back. I was very close to doing a ********** last month, but just before I got the paperwork I got paid. If they are going to aks me to wait another 2-3 weeks, then I think I have no choice but to go through with it.

Threatening a ********** will get your withdrawals processed in 2 days. Now, as others have questioned, what exactly does "processed" mean? At first it sounded promising, as it should only take a bank a day or two to process a wire. However, here I am on business day 7 with no word from the bank, no wire info, and obviously, no money. Sounds like being processed just gets you stuck in yet another queue. As I say this, I just got an email welcoming me to wager on the NBA Playoffs. These people have absolutely no shame.

DHL - just under 1k.

I would suggest that anyone who has $$$ remaining in there accounts, should make withdrawals of under 2k or even under 1500 to play it safe. If have have a really big balance, withdraw 1500 a day until you clear it out. Checks by DHL seem to be working out ok...well better than Germany checks & wires.

Withdraws sent by DHL are taking exactly 2 weeks to process, then about 3 - 7 business days to get to where they are going. So in my case checks are taking less than 3 weeks total.

Then i requested another check on the 12th for under 2k. That check they said was processed today. very good chance I will get that check before the one i requested on march 26th.

The talk about the backlog being cleared by the end of the week was all lies. When i spoke to CS this morning they said there was no way they could get through the backlog by the end of this week. They will likely need another month before things get better. ANd the situation will never be great. The DHL processor is certainly not as good as when they used Chexxinc, but they aren't terrible. But these wire processors are awful and will always remain awful. Getting checks for large amounts from this germany place isn't a great option. A small percentage of mail always gets lost. No doubt, we will at some point have posters coming here claiming their checks were lost in the mail, and SB is making them wait months before doing something.

It doesn't look like chargebacks are an option for me since my last deposits were too far back from what my card told me. So now I am at their mercy. I guess I need to just write this off as an 8k gambling loss Maybe it will just show up one day, but I won't count on it.
