I actually am not worried one bit about getting the money, the problem is how long is it going to take. I talked to them today and they say they are processing thousands of withdrawals a day and that the backlog is getting smaller.

I know 3 things. 1) they aren't processing thousands of withdrawals a day. It's more like once evry 10 days they process a large batch
2) The backlog today is greater than it was a month ago.
3) the cs people are totally clueless and have absolutely no idea what is going on with the withdrawals.

I'm in the same boat, requested on 3-19 and sent on 3-21. I don't have anything in my account and as far as I know I won't by the 25th. How can they argue against a ********** if they haven't paid? If the CC company calls, what will sportsbook say or the 3rd party they use to process ************? Has anyone pursued this all the way through? I'm thinking about doing the same, because it hasn't been 3 weeks and not getting paid. It all started in February, and now it's been over 1 month since I first requested my wire.

Looks like the funds that were sent on the 21st did get lost, and rather than immediately resending new funds, they are waiting to retrieve the funds already sent out. If they were really resent on the 11th, some people would have recieved them by now.

Got my wire Friday! Under $1k, so not sure if that makes a difference, but still happy I received it!! I withdrew on April 3rd and "processed" on April 4th.

I requested my withdraw on March/19 by wire and called them back on March/24 to check on withdaw status. I was requested to fax a void check to them for veryfying of which I did on March/25 so the proccessed my withdraw on March/25 and I was told to get paid in 7-10 bus day. As you know, after 10 bus day, I still had not got it. I called they told me different stories and keep waiting another 7-10 bus day. I was too angry and frustrated cuz they don't give me the exactly time frame for my withdraw. I thought that 99% I never get paid. 1% of hope that prevents me from **********. You know, we all gamblers so I didn't ********** and today I get my wire.

My opinion, they will pay out. However, it just matter of time. Just be patient if you could. Good things will come to those who is patient. Good luck to you if you are on waiting for your withdraw

Under federal law, you are entitled to dispute a transaction for 60 days from the date you received the first bill indicating the charge NOT the date of the actual charge.

Note - the law provides a minimum time - call your CC company as it may have a longer period of time.

Here's my question - many people are talking about chargebacks but has anyone actually done it????

I first withdrew my 3 grand on Febuary 27th. then it was put back into my account around march 14th. I then withdrew it again on march 15th. The dumb asses told me it will be sent out and it will take 10 to 15 business days. So I never recieved my money so I called for the 100th time and they told me our processor can only send out a certain number of checks each week and yours didnt make the batch. Then I recieved an email on april 4th saying my check has been sent out regular courier and you will recieve it in 10-15 days. I have been running to the mailbox everyday nothing. So I call the crooks again today they tell me o your check didnt make the batch on april 4th it will be processed by april 28th. I mean it is the same shi t everytime these guys have to be going under I hate these sons of bitches I started spending like I had 3 grand already and here it has been 2 phucking months. But these bastards will take my deposits they just wont send me the money I win.

It was sent regular mail but my request was for express. Looks like the check was cut on the 20th of this month so it only took 3 days to arrive.

Yes! I requested my withdrawals on 30th and the 4th of april.
I got 41k with 5 withdarwals. I initially withdrew in early FEB
and same old stories till now nada. They had sent me an email for one withdrawal of 8k saying it was sent out and will take 2-3 weeks to receive wire. As for the rest still in process and queue. I willl post as soon as something happens. I have been following this thread since begining of March seems like all the old people had been paid like scott etc... and left. Anyway, I hope we all get our money soon. I'll keep everyone posted as I hope you will the same.

I agree with you completely by the way, and probably if Sportsbook was a sponsor here we might see some nudges from management to keep things hush-hush, but it's pointless at this point. i contacted them today and they said it will be sent april 24th but could take 15 business days to arrive which was obviously unacceptable but what can i do?
