Whats the difference between health care and car insurance?

For the last 30 years its been manditory to have car insurance.

One guy online is using this as as excuse that the health care is not unconstitutional

He's saying people are just against it just because its obama

what can i come back with?

nobody complains about buying car insurance

Wait you realize that the mandatory car insurance protects you when harming OTHER PEOPLE'S property?

    Maybe the dumbest analogy ever.

cuz that protects ANOTHER individual WHEN YOU **** up.

Health insurance is for your own shit. Who gives a shit if you have cancer and die or not. No one cares. That's for your own benefit.

But car insurance, other people do care, if you are wreckless and **** someone else's life or property. It's so you dun screw someone else over from your own mistake.

    There is no difference.

In fact, next time you go to your family doc, whip out your Safe Auto policy card.

    That should work.

First of all dumbass fatfukk warrior there is no federal law that stipulates a person must own auto insurance. Secondly no American is forced to own or operate an automobile. Thirdly the rest of us productive Americans really don't need to be subsidizing your cheeto eating, non-working, debt stiffing fatfukk dumbass anymore than the schmuck R's and schmuck D's in Washington already make us with their disgraceful welfare plans they have enacted over the past several decades.

I'm not commenting one way or the other on Obama's solution. It may or may not be the right way to go. What I will say is that the US is one of only a handful of first world developed nations that do not have universal health care or compulsory insurance. At the moment the US is in good company with all of the second and third world shit holes.

I guess you've never been to new york city, most people take cabs or walk as they do in other major cities as well. Buyng car insurance is only required if you want the priveldge to drive. The healthcare law basically is the same thing as the government forcing you to buy the car, get it. If you dont want to drive you are not required to buy insurance. Another example is flood insurance, you are not required to buy a house in a coastal town, but if you do you are required to buy flood insurance. The healthcare law is the same thing as the government forcing you to buy that house in a coastal town when you can live inland and save the money on flood insurance.

That is absolutely not true you dumbass fatfukk. You get a small fine and must provide proof of insurance within 30 days or the DMV suspends your license.

Collision is for your own car. And collision is not required. Liability is.

The fact that you even have to explain that to him is f'in hysterical.

The best part, you are explaining that to a grown man. A grown man who doesn't know or understand the differences between collision and liability is one of the funniest f'in things I have ever read on here.

If issued a citation, you will be required to provide proof of insurance for the vehicle that you were operating at the time within thirty (30) days to avoid an indefinite suspension of your driver’s license.

Has nothing to do where you live, thats why i gave you two examples, you do have rivers in that state right, which means you have coastal towns. I gave you a complete rational breakdown.
