york low ball toss is the way to go. The best pros actually have lower ball tosses like kevin curren of the 80's
About every retired pro has stated if they started over they would of lowered their ball toss on the serve. My serve slices and kicks, doesn't bounce high and rarely returned and yes its over 100 mph and that was after playing for 4 hours in 90 degree weather

why are most women tennis players fat. why are alot of pitchers, catchers 1st and 3rd baseman fat,, why are alot of point guards, centers in the nba fat.
Alot of great powerlifters and wrestlers are fat. Why is 80 percent of sbr fat. Stuff happens. you ask me this everyday york

its because of my low ball toss and quick hit. My serve slices, kicks, and doesn't bounce and rarely returned. If it is, i have a better drop shot.
I wasn't really trying to serve hard, that was after 4 hours of tennis and just wanted to show i was actually playing. I can serve left handed, on my knees, anything u want
