As far as the clownry goes, an A book called us and made the offer which we passed on to you and BetED. That's when the clowns moved in and scrambled trips to CR. The clowns are the ones trying to still earn something off this bankrupt book instead of allowing a book to assume the balances. At least thats what it seems like to me. If you come up with a better deal from a better book then I will apologize and throw you an eParade and even karaoke "When Johnny Comes Marching Home" in two part harmony!

Covers is trying to blame the doj for BetEd players not getting paid saying they have all the player's money and hands are tied etc. It's similar to what BOS said way back. Saying it's out of their control is a cop-out and hurts the rest of the books who don't take the same risks and have funds aside from all the years they profitted. If a book is new or only worth what they have on hand, it's not a book players should use.

The US-facing poker companies that are able to pay are paying because they have cash assets aside not because the the US gave them the confiscated money back...That's gone but was probably only a few months of revenue. The truth is that books have been getting porcessors snagged for 5 years and they consider it overhead. Players see the fees go up but a decent book won't tell you that your money is taken by an authority and your SOL.

Is there anyway beted management might be working with Feds. Maybe trying to get more insight into the whole processing? A bailout could possibly sink another book if that was the case. I know it's a little out-there but.... Wasn't one of the managers from miami? Feds kinda work that way. We'll let u enter the country to see your family but you gotta help us out. I'm Canadian and opened an account there in September of 2010. You might be confusing them with BetUS? I shudder thinking about how much I had there at BetEd during the NFL season.

I hope there is resolution asap and all the players get their funds back.
