    Im a pro now got my renewal email i have well over 3k bet points. If i renew now and no lapse do I lose the remaining balance still just wondering if we get reset also like a newbie would? thanks SBR looking fwd to another great year

    Your remaining balance, if you'll renew your pro status using 3,000 betpoints will not debited if you'll renew it before your pro membership status will lapse.

    You can use your 3,000 betpoints for the renewal of your pro status, but if it's your first time to go pro, a $100 charitable donation to Make A Wish through the SBR Pro application is the thing we need to do.

    If my pro lapses for a few days do I keep the pts I've earned?

    You can keep with you the maximum balance of 3,000 if you go pro for the first time, same as if you'll renew your pro status using the 3,000 points.

    It's most probably for the reason that you already requested for the renewal of your pro status sir. Your expiration date was supposed to be last week, Nov. 4, 2015. Kindly wait for the approval of your pro renewal and everything will be okay
