    live in California yet the only options to go pro are the sportsbook and skrill, not open to usa or myself. all pop up and ad blockers all that are off. last several attempts contacting customer service gave me no info, anybody at sbr can help me go pro now? figured i would give it one last try.

    I used to be a pro then my pro status lapsed for awhile. About a month ago I reinstated my pro status with 3000 bet points. To date the 3000 bet points has not been posted back to my account. I have tried to contact SBR but my correspondences seem to have gone into a black hole. Any idea who I should contact?? Thanks.

    Why would they return your points? If you wanted to keep your points you could have made a donation instead.

    how can I become a Pro again? I was a pro once before, but it was at least a year ago or so.

    EDIT: figured it out using Genie's link above.

    OK, so say I have 6K bet points.. I use 3K to become pro and I can keep the other 3K, right?

    But say I have 10K bet points, I use 3K to become pro and then lose 4K and end up at 3K, right?

    You're right. It will costs 3,000 betpoints to go Pro and maximum balance to carry is 3,000.
