GSP is almost 37 years old now and hasn't fought in almost 5 years in the Octagon.. Was a WW now he's heavier and fighting bigger fighters.. GSP says he would beat the GSP of years ago.... Hmmmmm?

I have a friend who has a friend who trains at Tri-Star, who also reiterated the fact that GSP has lost a few steps... We'll see tonight I guess! You know what you're getting from Bisping at least!

I just can't help but think the gas tank is going to fail him. He's not one to finish early so he's going to have to earn this fight through championship rounds and I have my doubts.

Impossible to know for sure. I took small plays on Bis TKO/KO, and GSP decision. More just for fun than anything else. I think the only outcome likely to bust that is a Bisping decision.

There was a card a little while back that was filled with ATT fighters, and if I remember they did pretty well. They had the whole fight camp going, all targeting the same date. Have a similar thing going on with Tristar here. Zahabi, Duffy, GSP. Any others? Wonder if that gives them a little extra?

Maybe, but I don't ever remember GSP gassing out in fights though, he's always in great shape...

All GSP did in past fights years ago is win rounds on points with his wrestling, double leg take downs and top Ground and Pound game...

If GSP lost a step good luck doing that to Bisping whom has pretty good TD defense and whom will be the larger fighter..

If GSP can put Bisping on his back in round 1 and keep him there, I like GSP's chances to win rounds and the fight by decision then..

GSP put very good wrestlers back in the day on their backs...

thinking along the same lines as you guys about Bisping

given all the question marks surrounding GSP, I have to go against him on the 4 year layoff alone

that said, GSP is the type of athlete and mind that has a better chance than 99% under the same scenario

if GSP wins, I'll tip my cap to him but the bet is on Bisping

Safer to just play the Sub prop itself I think... The Brazilians you always have to worry about landing those subs quickly.. Like in the first fight...

I'm kinda leaning Bisping finishing GSP if the fight drags on though.. GSP may want out and retire again if he gets into a fire fight and a long drawn out war.... He's been out a very long time now... Fighting is mental and what have you done for me lately.. Ring rust is real too...

Bisping while I think he's a bit over rated these days is battle tested and has been a very active fighter.. He's got some pop to his punches and GSP doesn't have a granite jaw either as he has been rocked and dropped in the past..

    Matt Serra lit up GSP..

    We all remember this...

Interesting that you put those clips up. Don't know about GSP chin these days, but do have to consider that over such a lengthy career for Bisping, that is pretty much the only clip you could find of him displaying even the slightest bit of lead in his hands. He's game opponent, no doubt, and may overwhelm GSP due to his unfamiliarity back in the octagon. But unless GSP fold mentally, KO will be difficult to imagine. Can see him outworking GSP to a unanimous decision. Think Bisping comes in confident, believing his own hype, and presses this fight for sure. Not sure how GSP plays it.

Bisping had Anderson Silva rocked a few times.. Then again Spiders chin is shot too.. Bisping does punch like a little girl but he has either rocked or dropped 2 of his last 3 opponents..... Is what it is...http://www.sherdog.com/fighter/Michael-Bisping-10196

The chin can start to go in your late 30's... We saw that with another UFC veteran legend in Chuck Liddell.. There's been others too.. GSP could possibly get dropped late in this fight? You never know?

Elbow from hell damn!!! Zahabi was winning that fight too.. I thought he was gonna win by decision.. One good shot always changes a fight... I think we were all thinking Sub and not KO..

Ramos is tough, I'm gonna remember this... I didn't like this fight to bet on and tried to hedge it conservatively and still lost.. LOL.. Down $110 and another slow start.. Errr!!

Blayeds by decision next for me...
