    Hey everybody, my first groupie. Kind of exciting. She is consumed by my successful systems, shame she didn't play along. Keep up the good work. The more you bash, the more we've been winning.     Not a joke, really is. Maybe it was a cheesy line, I agree, but I was just pointing out to the troll that I don't need attention at all, plenty of people are stopping by already. And I don't really think a lot of people on here, including you, actually understand what touting is. It is pushing the systems to sell for profit. Since all of mine are free, that comment was foolish, who would buy free shit? And who would try to sell it? Besides, I am not going to argue with you anyway, I like you. I will continue to post my FREE systems on here as always, play them or don't, it matters not to me. But if it is more satisfying to bash two systems instead of winning the same 100 units profit that we all did, then hey, WAY TO GO!     I don't generally like chase systems, because I don't really like the idea of so much of my success/failure riding on such a small percentage of the games, but I'm interested to follow the JM and Wallco systems this year, since it seems like there has been success in the past (does not guarantee future performance, I know).

    Last year my system did terrible, mainly because I implemented a v2 mid way through that was a complete failure. But because of the huge success of the backtest from prior years, and the fact that even though the system bombed last year, the v1 portion, which is now the only portion, ended +6 units, I feel it will rebound to it's old numbers. A backtest is one thing, but even though it has proven successful in the past, after playing it live for one season, I noticed a couple things that can be tweaked. I am working on that, then have to test back to see if any new ideas hurt previous years performance.

    I made a mistake yesterday and mentioned there were 9 possible sweeps today when it was only 8. I thought SEA and OAK had one more game but they did not.     He went 29-1 last season with official plays and the one loss cost approx ten units so you would have won approx 19 units. His unofficial plays went 57-6 with most of those losses coming in September. If you would have played every series you would have lost money on the unofficial plays. In 2010 he had 4 official losses and the season finished in the red. Now if you are listening to Morrison himself, he claims he went 31-0 last year and had only one loss in 2010 but we all know Morrison shades the truth. This year there should be more plays than last year. It usually is around 40 official plays a season. Last year was strange, there just wasn't a lot of sweeps like years past. You really need to pay attention to the rpi and how teams are trending because it doesn't take very many losses to wipe out a season. Through the course of the season there will be a lot of input from everyone so stay tuned.

    The reason we called V2 a play is because it is within a series and does not come into play until a loss by 3 or more runs. We had a lot of discussion about this last year and settled on this. Also I have the rules posted in post #111 for anyone with questions about all the versions. And yes 12 wins and 12 losses but some of those were 2 losses in the same series.

    If any of you have looked at the rpi chart it is all over the place because there is not enough data to give an accurate portrayal. I say this because we have a system bet starting on Monday but it probably won't be official because of the rpi but I think it will still be a good play. More later. GL all

    Time. It just takes time for the numbers to trend and average out. Usually by the end of April you get a feel for it but it's such a long season that it is constantly in flux. The numbers get much closer together as the season wears on.
