    Wagerchief is a total JOKE!

    About a month ago, I created a thread on Wagerchief stating that I had issues with their Check payouts. To make a long story short, I talked to Jon and he assured me all payouts from here on out would be dealt with in a prompt manner. Last week, Sean e-mailed me asking if I would like a wire, which I responded by saying absolutely. On Tuesday, I sent him all the details for my bank account and we worked out the amount on Wednesday to be sent. I decided at that time that I would take a few days off to give them time to get it sent and that I would play with the remainder of my balance when I decided to log back in. I log back in on Friday and start wagering, thinking that the money had been taken out for the wire and that it was on the way...keep in mind this is over 48 hours since I was told the wire would be sent. I won both Friday and Saturday a little over 1500, so now it is Sunday and it has been four days since I was told the wire would be sent. I think everyone knows where this is headed...well Sunday comes and I lost just about every bet I placed and now my balance was under 500. That's o.k. I thought, as I had already cashed out so no big deal. I lost the rest of my balance on Monday which I received an e-mail from Sean asking me if I wanted to reload. I told him as soon as I get the wire, I would def. consider it. He tells me it's on the way to my bank account. Two days pass, the money is still not in my account, so I e-mailed him and asked him to check on it for me. He then tells me that the wire had not been sent out due to my account having no funds in it...how can someone tell you one minute the funds are on the way to your bank account, and the next minute that the funds were never sent out in the first place?! Seriously, I have all this in an e-mail! So essentially, in five days time they could not get my wire sent out in a timely manner and the funds I was supposed to receive are now no longer coming to me. I've kept every single e-mail throughout this ordeal, as well as screenshots of my account PROVING that anytime during that four day period, the money could have been sent without a problem. I REALLY did want to give them another chance and let them prove to me they could deliver what they promised, but in the end they failed miserably. If enough people want to see the e-mails and screenshots of my account, I will post them, once I figure out how to go about doing it...I urge everyone to stay away from this outfit, unless you want slow pays and in my case, no pays.     Wow, sorry to hear about the trouble. I am interested to hear how this turns out and where this thread heads. I would talk to SBR about this for sure.

    Sounds like you lost the money before they sent it to you. If you have a complaint file it with SBR. I hope you're not trying to hold WC accountable for you losing your balance, or responsible for you not keeping track of your account balance.

    I'm just sick and tired of them "promising" to do something and then days later nothing gets taken care of. I waited over a week for a check payout that was promised multiple times to me and then after that said week, they said they had problems with their processor. That's all fine and I can even understand that, but let ME know that. Don't wait until I go to the forum with it and then it gets taken care of. Same thing here...I've given both them and BetPhoenix A LOT of my cash and at least with Wagerchief, this is how I get repaid, with empty promises. I don't think it is that hard to get a wire sent out in four days time...in fact I believe it should take 24-48 tops! Hell, everyone bashes Sportsbook and they probably deserve a lot of it, but even they had a wire sent out to me in 24 hours...how pathetic is that?! I'll be interested to see how this thread goes as well...if someone from Wagerchief comes in here and calls me a liar , I will post said e-mails and copies of my account summary, proving that between the end of June 2nd (when the wire was supposed to get sent out) and the middle of June 4th, that no wagers were placed in my account...so them telling me I didn't have the amount of funds needed to have it sent out is a load of shit! The only reason I'm not posting this now, is to give WagerChief a chance to try and make this right yet again...

    Just file a complaint with SBR if you think you were wronged. That's how disputes are resolved.

    Unless you already know you don't have a case.

    sounds like you wanted $500 and got delayed on it ?

    also seems like the balance went under $500 and that is when they conveniently decided to process it.

    you should have never went under the $500, but sounds like they were stalling you as well.

    Sounds like it.

    They could be a little shady in the payout department. I experienced something a few months ago that made me think twice. Not enough to fight them over, but a touch of shadiness that I hadn't expected. Could have been an honest mistake, so benefit of the doubt.

    Let me try to explain myself better and why I made this thread. Apparently all my money I had with them is gone...the wire that was supposed to get sent out, never did, even though Monday I was told by Sean that it was on the way to my bank account, only for him two days later to back track on that and instead say there was no money in my account when they tried to send it. I thought everything was fine until he e-mailed me back today, as I was expecting that money to hit my bank in a few days like he said on Monday. Anyway you cut it, he lied to me. When I had last talked to Jon, he assured me my payouts would get handled in a timely manner...four days for a wire to get sent out is borderline ridiculous considering they had all my banking information the Tuesday before. I'm pissed not so much because the money is gone (I can live without it) but the empty promises and lies they gave me time and time again. I foolishly thought they did care about me as a customer and now I see that I'm an idiot for sticking around as long as I did. I should have told Jon when we spoke to cash out all my money and then waited the month or however long it took them to send it all to me. This has been the absolute worst month and a half I've ever had with a book and I wanted to share my story with people on the forum, so that people might think twice about who they deposit with...it takes them less than a minute to get our money, but it takes us days, weeks or even months to get that same money back or never get it at all...

    Judging from your experience, it doesn't sound like he lied to you. It is more likely that he wasn't aware of your account balance when you reminded him of the payout. In his mind, you yourself would certainly have known your account balance better than he would.

    "It should be hitting your bank soon" are his exact words from the e-mail. According to him, the wire was already sent out and on the way to my bank. When I asked about the wire on Monday, why would someone not look at the account and get their facts straight before spitting out nonsense. If no wire was ever sent out, don't tell someone that it was and then two days later when I asked if a week was a normal timeframe for a wire, start the e-mail with: "I reviewed your account..." That's what should have been done before he even answered me the first time! That is total horseshit and a boldfaced lie! This is my last response for now, it just gets me more pissed discussing it...

    Sorry this had to happen to you ...but clearly you knew it wasn't sent out yet you gambled with the money. You're right, WagerChief shouldn't be making excuses but at the same time a quick account review on your part would have clearly indicated no monies were removed from your account, that is, nothing is going to "hit your account" if it is still available for play.

    What is the complaint here, that you cant do math, all books try to dick you around, it is their m.o., in my experience, they will all try to slow-pay you as long as they can and you just have to annoy them enough that they send you the funds in a reasonable time. Every place I have ever withdrawn from except Matchbook, Bet Jamaica, and 5Dimes has tried to mess with me in some way, some minor,and some major in an effort to slow pay, if you are going to be successful offshore, you have to be patient in waiting for your money.

    Pretty much a nothing thread here.

    What I get out of it is that Wagerchief is taking more than a couple days to do payouts. I already knew that. It would be great if all payout were processed by every book instantly, but it doesn't happen these days. I think a book need to be at least a couple weeks slow before it really warrants a thread.

    A player losing a lot of bets is not exactly news.

    If you still saw the money in your account, and you knew that money was supposed to be wried to your bank account, what the hell were you wagering with it for???

    It looks like he intended to only wager on the remainder balance but he lost track of how much it should be, thus lost all, and started to blame wagerchief's slow pay for the loss.

    You should know what your balance is suppose to be!

    If I'm waiting for a withdrawal, I check my balance at least once a day to see if it has been processed, and if it hasn't been, you bet your ass that I'm on the phone asking why not!

    Have a word with the CS at Wagerchief, I'm sure they can resolve the issue. I have withdrew more than the figure you gave on three times with this book and had no trouble. When I have had a problem or needed to sort something out it was dealt with quickly and in a professional manner, contact their CS they are helpful.

    ditto.. this have been a good book.. sean made a mistake and it isn't his fault you spent all your loot.. If you had lets say 1k in your account.. and you requested 750 be wired.. then you should only have 250 left to play with no?

    instead you saw the 1k in your account.. you were told your money was sent.. so you figured you could pull a fast one.. and play with that 1k , u doubled it on Saturday....and the money was still in your account Sunday.. so you figured.. shit.. they must not know what is going on.. let me keep playing.... whoops.. lost it all on SUNDAY..

    This thread is a joke. Sounds like Sean made a small mistake in telling you the funds were on it's way without realizing they hadn't been removed from your account yet. Everything else is on you.

    FWIW, I requested a wire a week ago. They told me what the processing time is 1 week +. Funds were removed from my account today. Hopefully should hit my account soon...

    I've had two experiences with bank wires in my life...Sportsbook sent me one a few months ago, it took 24 hours to leave my account and another three days to hit my bank. The 2nd one I did myself for a purchase, it took two hours for the company's bank to get it. The first one seems more on par with the time it should take...it takes literally five minutes to call the bank give them the info for the wire and then they take care of the rest. The only reason that this takes longer than 48 hours to complete is sheer laziness or just forgetting about it all together. This is my big beef with the whole thing, I know how EASY it is to do. Everyone wants to jump on me for not keeping better track of my balance and that's fine, that is MY fault...but I find it funny that almost no one takes issue with the fact that my account manager told me the wire was on the way when obviously it wasn't. I could understand one of the regular customer service people, but this was my account manager. My account obviously was never looked at, my guess is he just told me what I wanted to hear...only when I asked a 2nd time did he realize he never sent out the wire. If that's the kind of person you want in charge of your account, that's fine by me, but it is not who I want. I wasn't trying to take a shot at the book or whatever else people want to believe...it was an honest mistake on my part. If I had been given a timetable, that would've helped greatly in the matter, but I was never given that.
