About a month ago, I created a thread on Wagerchief stating that I had issues with their Check payouts. To make a long story short, I talked to Jon and he assured me all payouts from here on out would be dealt with in a prompt manner. Last week, Sean e-mailed me asking if I would like a wire, which I responded by saying absolutely. On Tuesday, I sent him all the details for my bank account and we worked out the amount on Wednesday to be sent. I decided at that time that I would take a few days off to give them time to get it sent and that I would play with the remainder of my balance when I decided to log back in. I log back in on Friday and start wagering, thinking that the money had been taken out for the wire and that it was on the way...keep in mind this is over 48 hours since I was told the wire would be sent. I won both Friday and Saturday a little over 1500, so now it is Sunday and it has been four days since I was told the wire would be sent. I think everyone knows where this is headed...well Sunday comes and I lost just about every bet I placed and now my balance was under 500. That's o.k. I thought, as I had already cashed out so no big deal. I lost the rest of my balance on Monday which I received an e-mail from Sean asking me if I wanted to reload. I told him as soon as I get the wire, I would def. consider it. He tells me it's on the way to my bank account. Two days pass, the money is still not in my account, so I e-mailed him and asked him to check on it for me. He then tells me that the wire had not been sent out due to my account having no funds in it...how can someone tell you one minute the funds are on the way to your bank account, and the next minute that the funds were never sent out in the first place?! Seriously, I have all this in an e-mail! So essentially, in five days time they could not get my wire sent out in a timely manner and the funds I was supposed to receive are now no longer coming to me. I've kept every single e-mail throughout this ordeal, as well as screenshots of my account PROVING that anytime during that four day period, the money could have been sent without a problem. I REALLY did want to give them another chance and let them prove to me they could deliver what they promised, but in the end they failed miserably. If enough people want to see the e-mails and screenshots of my account, I will post them, once I figure out how to go about doing it...I urge everyone to stay away from this outfit, unless you want slow pays and in my case, no pays.
