    WAGERCHIEF is one of the best, no the best place when it comes to customer service and the problems that arise from gambling. they should have taken the funds from your withdrawl. you should know how much you have. they owe you nothing. still, they will do something for you. why. no other book would bother explaining anything to you. they will end up doing more than that. this does not warrant a complaint form. what's the complaint. i lost and they won't give me the money back.

    honestly dude he is a good rep.. notes on your account probably said it was being processed.. and all he said to you was "you will have it soon" you probably took that as.. "already processed" .. so he didn't lie to you and if he did.. i am sure he is sorry.. but he never meant to trick you.. no one did.. thats what you aren't getting...


    one thing for sure man.. is that you are actually lucky in this situation.. If this was a local or some other book you might actually owe them money...

    Let me ask you this order.. since you want to slam wager.. Would you have returned the money back to Wager?? Would you have paid them back? Because in this situation.. you might have been out some $$$.

    Lets say wager did process your wire.. but didn't take it out of your account.. and you lost the balance.. but they processed the wire already.. that means you would have been negative.. to a bookie.. book.. or whoever..

    would you have given their money back??

    again the issue isn't your Rep.. or even the book.. we all know they take a week to process checks or wires.. why not take the free monthly ** for SBR posters? they process those same day 95% of the time if you call early in the day..

    I assumed my wire was in route to my bank, that was my downfall...yet you assume that EVERYONE knows it takes a week to process checks and wires. Can you point me to where it says on their site that it takes a week to process checks and wires? I see advertised on the front of their site same day payouts . Until they get their payouts in order, that should be taken down...I already knew checks were backed up, that's why I didn't ask for that. I also see under withdrawals that payouts requested after noon Monday-Friday will be processed next day...I'm assuming this means the money is taken out of your account to get the withdrawal process started. I wouldn't be here now if that happened...if they can't promise that kind of stuff, don't promote it. In my limited experience, I've never had a wire take more than 24 hours to process so that's what I had to go off of...this thread was just a culmination of a month and a half of frustration I've had with Wagerchief and their payouts and so I vented. At this point, I see no reason for this thread to continue. I've said all I've needed to say so I'm just gonna let it die.

    I call Bullshit on this story.... I think you definitely saw the money never left your account, then wagered the fuckin money anyways knowing you had requested a wire...

    customer requests payout, funds should be taken out of the account right away. if there is a delay call customer and say "sir, there is an issue payout will be at your door in "x" amount of days." if the customer then decides to have the funds put back into his account it's his problem.

    If you noticed that the amount you requested to be paid out hadn't been removed, why would you wager it?

    If you can't even properly manage your own account, you have much bigger problems than this.

    I can assure you this is 100% true. I played on WC for a few months and had a few different cash outs. They did this every time (not deducting balance) and it took a minimum of 3 days to come out. You have to constantly get on live chat, because no one every answers the general email. They also asked me to leave in a kind of round about way after I filed a complaint with SBR over some deceptive tactics involving their casino and linking it to your sports account.

    I actually enjoyed my time while I was there, software was ez and no frills and probably could still play there. One night while inquiring about my cashout after 4 days of the balance not being deducted (this was a very small ** request)

    Jon on live chat said "Tell you what I will do, why don't we just go ahead and cash you out." I said, "well I just wanted my cashout not my entire balance." Jon said, "Let's just go ahead and cash out your entire balance ok." After a long pause I just said "Ok" figuring this was the nice way of being asked to leave.

    Like I said, I enjoyed my time there and don't have any hard feelings, but I was told to NEVER use the cashout method on the site and to always just call and request. Maybe this is normal in the sportsbook world, but I play online poker for a living and also do several hundreds of transactions via *************, paypal etc and this is not the case in any of those. I just find it annoying that they do this (as I'm sure other books do) and I grilled shawn quite a bit about it but he always said until it is "approved" which is always has to be by some mysterious man, the balance stays in. In my mind there is only one reason for this.
