They stiffed(robbed)every friggin player that had an account with them or their umbrella of shit books under them.Unlike BFC trying to make good with the owner locked up,this tribe just closed shop and fukked everybody.

BetOnSports was the biggest stiff job the industry has seen. Before it's days a as public company it stiffed winning players. It treated players poorly, stalling them and harrassing sharps. When the company wanted to go public years after it was at it's worst it reached out to the most recently stiffed players and compensated them. It made it up to a C- book I believe. But a lot of the players who were stiffed in the early days of internet wagering by BOS were long gone...many had a bad taste in their mouths and didn't come back to gaming. When BOS went public they brought in people on the business side, people that weren't necesarily in gaming. Clive was one of those people. SBR is aware of the company structure. We spent time reviewing the book in Panama after the previous mgrs were arrested in the US. The B+ rating is appropriate. A lot of the changes made in company direction are for the better. We are watching to see how they execute these plans this year.

I hope you are watching closely as the stiffing on the future bets is hauntingly familiar to the shit BOS used to pull.I am a firm believer that a leopard cant change its spots.

No surprise BetOnLine is stiffing a player, consider the CEO is the same crook that stiifed everyone at all the BetOnSports books.

I too recommend you withdraw your money out of there. Once a crook, always a crook.

I won't re-up at BOL based on this, unless they want to reimburse the 9k that BOS still owes me.

We've mediated disputes with BetOnline players going back 6 years with the right outcomes. That was a big part of them climbing in the rating guide. I haven't seen this dispute but I'm confident they'll work it out.

Here is their response to the owner of another site Bill, take it as you may.

I have hundreds of guys on this prop and he's the only one who doesn't get it.. even guys on your site get it. Am talking to Lou on SBR about it but really--he's working a very weak angle. I'll gladly refund his bet and close his account and send him his balance and we can all call it a day on this one; that's fair.

I always try to take it from the player's point of view but in this case the facts are just so obvious that my ten year old with ten minutes on google would reach the same conclusion--he (and he alone) read shit into it--as have others in the forums--that wasn't there. Anyone else complaining? Think he's the only guy on this from SBR or your site? We're small but not that small mate. We'll try to be more clear in the future but damn ASI has a limit on the number of characters you can out into a prop. If we were doing top dog in the regions we would have said so--it's ALL about the tourneys these days. I thought my links from bet to bigeast.org said it all--the word "championship" pretty clearly applies to the tourneys.

    Guys

There's little I can say to re-assure you that this isn't BOS in any way, shape or form... but it isn't.

It's a NEW BEtOnline. There has been a change in shareholders and a new executive team put in, including myself as CMO, one of the world's TOP linesguys who's not afraid of taking almost ANYONE's action, a super solid CTO who was one of the first in the online sportsbook business and a top notch CFO who can make sense out the chaos we've bought into/inherited/uncovered.

And we have Clive as CEO, the ONE GUY who stood up for BOS' players while all the shit came down. The one guy who stayed and worked and fought to get players paid. That BoS turned into a Ball of Shit is true--Clive was the one guy who stayed to sort it out. Ask Calvin. Ask Mickey. Ask Luke. HE didn't take your money then--and we're not doing it now. We've got a much longer term view.

Hence we HAVE removed the reduced limits on EVERYBODY in the book. The nonsense of "make up figures" and "wait screens" ALL GONE. 100%. And we're launching dime lines for MLB.

I've been working with these guys for 6 months now. I've personally met the owners and know and trust them. We all share the same vision--offer a book with great prices and superior service and, over time, we'll have a decent margin and make some cash. Bill and Shannon have met all of us, and we're in the process of getting with all of the key forums and other sports sites.

We WILL disagree on points, as we are now disputing a futures call with a player. That happens in this business, especially when you have smart guys on both ends. Will we occasionally disappoint? Count on it--shit happens outside of our control and none of of us are happy. But we'll sort it

But will we consistently and persistently work to be a new, exciting, fun, viable option for sports bettors? That you can bet on.

I signed on 'cause these guys aren't amateurs who got lucky, they're NOT the guys from the streets who came online; they are seasoned experienced online industry vets from around the world who came together to service the most exciting sports betting market in the world. That's why I signed up and moved my family over and hung onto the rollercoaster of change the past few months.

You ALWAYS have a choice. With us you have one more. Prefer to take your cash out and sit on the sidelines for now and see how we do? No worries, come on back anytime, your choice. Want to play with us and work with us to make the best book on the planet? You're input is always welcome, we will listen. We won't always be able to act on everything--the exec team is very focused on the US hence no ewallets... we're chasing mainly square action so no book-to-book...YET. But these elements of the offering will evolve.

And when you request your payout, we will always pay.

    Alex

Focusing on US markets and chasing square action. Would it mean that pros will be limited or kicked out after the pain threshold is passed or what? If so then it comes down to if it 's 20k like Sports Interaction or 50-60k like 5Dimes...
Everybody has their price, question is how much!

Understand the frustration, I had more than a passing interest in Lenny and Cascade. I also appreciate the changes implemented by the new team at BOL and Alex willing to come in here and take the heat. I can't play there due to country restrictions, but if b2b were in place with them I have to admit Alex has me convinced to give them a test run.

Yes, I like playing there too and was planning on reloading for baseball.

But I am going to wait until this future bet is settled. I can't see why they believe they were offering a playoff bet.

Alex, my limits on props and futures are still $1. Is it because of the open dispute or just an oversight? I assume because you wrote EVERYBODY so emphatically, it is just an oversight. Would love to start firing away at some of your props again.

Alex you still havent got the bonus garbage straightened out yet. Your guys promise to be the best bonus book around hence your "Better Bonus Promo" but its worth nothing if its a one time shot. You have to do it consistently to get the business. You have never gotten me the difference of the bonus I was promised and the bonus I got hence no more action from me. I even sent you a PM with the info and got no response. So much for customer service. I gave you a chance after your last speach on here and never got anything but the run-a-round. We never get anything but what we are promised at BetJamaica and never have to beg for it, they just give it to you.

Must be an oversight, but ping me your userid and I'll double check. You may get a message that your limits are there (which I'm working to fix) but there are nothing but the house limits on players. And depending on your play I can give you amultiple of those.

Hi Alex. I tried to reply to your PM but I received an error message that says, " You do not have enough posts to send a PM, you need 25 and you only have 21." I'm not sure why this is, because I've been sending PMs to Justin throughout the wager dispute.

That thread posted up there from another forum pretty clearly indicates that Alex plans on closing your account if he pays your prop because you "read shit into it" or something ridiculous like that.

Apparently BetOnline thinks the prop was so clear "a 10 year old could figure it out." Why not ask that 10 year old why you were offering action on SEC individual divisions rather than the SEC tournament in the same prop you were offering odds on the Big East, Big 10, etc. If the prop was meant to involve the tournaments, why didn't you offer the SEC tournament instead of the regular season divisions???

I only posted here and at LVA Sports, so I don't think it was me they were talking about me in the above post. That seems to reference another poster in a different forum entirely. Maybe it's the complaint from Speed Kills at peepsplace.com, I don't know. I, too, did not understand what Alex meant by "read shit into it."

Why would my account be closed? I made a bet I thought was a winner, didn't get paid, and made a complaint. I am trying to be as professional and as factual as I can be in light of the situation. The amount of the winnings is significant to me.

Besides, the above post says "refund his bet" and not "pay the prop," which makes me think that after ALL of the evidence presented and ALL of the input from posters across several forums, they are still not going to pay the bet. I just don't get it.
