    I don't want to see any more complaints to SBR about a player caught out by this opt-out bonus and then treated like a cheat for complaining about it.

    Let's hope a threat to respond harshly if we do see it again might help people to not be put through this completely unnecessary treatment in future.

    I put it like this. If you order #1 at McDonald's 3 times a year and you and everybody know your burgers always come with tomatoes. 1 night you were drunk, stop by at McDonald's and order the same but now you are complaining about the burger has tomatoes in it? You drive up to the window and complain, of course people working at the window are earning medium wages, that's why they ain't putting up with your craps. Next time ask for the manager to solve the issue.

    Unfair book? How? What I see is miscommunication on both parties and this should be resolved privately. Also, SBR now under new management and y'all don't care much about the offshore books. Offshore books were the bread and butter for SBR back then, and a lot of y'all received paychecks from them. Don't bite the hands that used to feed y'all.

    True! That's from the view of players that don't like bonus. For a player that like bonus, I rather they do it automatically without going through chat on every deposit.

    The bonus toggle should do the job.

    I think this thread is a good enough example, for now, and lets see how they go forward. But if you really do not find me credible and want to keep pushing for me to explain in full why this thread is the straw that broke the camels back, keep going.

    You won't like it as a fanboi if you choose to open that can of worms though. And I doubt Heritage will be thanking you at all.

    I've never been paid off to lie for Heritage and don't feel I owe it to them to cover for them whatever their history with SBR has been.

    I did not handle their complaint cases most of the time. Partly related to that reason.

    My job has always been to look out for player issues and encourage offshores to act fairly for the good of the overall industry. I was told to shut up about things a handful of times, but was never asked to lie or try to cover up for any book. Or I would not have stayed here. The closest I ever came was when 5Dimes was being attacked by a Chinese syndicate creating charges on player cards to manipulate the share price of the company processing for them and I was deleting all posts about it. Which made some people like RudyRuttiger hate me for life as they assumed the worst, as always. And I would not have even agreed to that much "cover up" if it had not been such a good reason and also believing every affected user was having the bad charges reversed, and before they even noticed them most of the time.

    We just don't think at all alike about these things Kali.

    In addition to having Heritage Insider and BOL's Dave Mason, we're lucky to have Optional as an offshore advocate. Since SBR left this market, we shouldn't expect any support from offshore Books. Yet Optional continues to intervene on our behalf. I for one truly appreciate this.

    I can confirm that I once had my Heritage bonus setting reset at one point a while ago. In fact, I believe I may have written about it here at the time -- not sure. Anyways, I was flabbergasted to say the least. I know it was reset because I had never accepted a bonus with them at all in the past. I think I ended up just accepting the bonus and moving on rather than arguing with anyone.

    Also in OP's defense, I didn't notice this for a while until I tried to withdraw. I'm moving money around a lot, and with the fluctuation of crypto, I'm usually only checking deposit amounts to make sure I'm not getting blatantly screwed on conversion.

    I obviously cannot say with certainty that OP is telling the full truth here, but their story is believable based on my experience.

    I am also not necessarily accusing Heritage of purposely doing anything shady. Maybe the bonus setting was accidentally reset during a system upgrade or something. Who knows. If OP hadn't bet at Heritage for a while, they could have fallen victim to the same process which reset mine, whatever that was.


    But even if I was hallucinating with the bonus setting reset, I agree that the practice of making players opt out of bonuses is...not good. It's bound to create a problems when players don't notice it.

    Can anyone (heritage insider?) confirm the current limits on BTC payouts?

    The banking rules page, the payout page, and chat all have conflicting info regarding daily and weekly amounts.

    My BTC Payouts were reduced to 2k (used to be 3k) during the week and 1k limits on weekends. Alternate crypto like Litecoin is still 3k per day during the week, but they won't let me use it anymore. They insist that I can only use BTC since that was the way I always deposited. Hell it was the only crypto option available at the time I last deposited. Now that they finally got with the times and added Litecoin, they won't let me use it anymore. Complete bullshiit!

    I did two credit card deposits in early March for $500 each. I requested a payout today and was told $500 will go on the credit card. Here is the thing it will up to 6 weeks to payout to the credit card. After that time then the remainder will be paid out to BTC. Is this common? Six weeks? I did a credit card deposit a back in the fall and received the payout within 24 hrs via btc. I don’t have a deposit bonus because heritage stated I am no longer eligible for a reload bonus. I’ve been with them since 2018 but it is getting harder and harder to do business with heritage. If a 6 weeks payout for credit card deposit is their new policy then so be it, but seems unusual. Any help would be appreciated. My only two options are btc and and credit card for deposits.

    Man, just when I was thinking about signing up for Heritage due to my Bookmaker issue, I see this. Hope everyone gets treated fairly. IMO - even if it matters - all bonuses that tie to a rollover requirement should have to be OPTED IN. I do not do bonuses, never have never will. I have a chance to opt in if I wish to do so, but as quick as crypto is, I dont believe that is right to tie every deposit to a rollover and bonus unless they notice / proactively opt out.

    Kind of like the new laws with apps and location services - you have to opt in now to let them do such things and gather such data. Before, it was automatically opting in and look how bad that situation got.

    Wishing you all the best outcomes possible - and for me, being treated like a human. Its amazing what a difference it makes when someone talks to you with respect as you are the customer vs being arrogant. Its customer service and support for a reason - you are literally paid to do a job that helps the customer if/when things arent right.

    Try this email (see below) for issues that aren't resolved to your satisfaction. It seems to be getting good results, as Heritage is trying to avoid poor publicity on this site. It's your best option right now since Heritage has become CS unfriendly of late. Makes you wonder about those that don't have access to this "magic" email. They're probably screwed.

    Save the new thread and details until you give HI a chance to help. But that's the right way to go if it is not resolved to your satisfaction after that.

    I thought I should mention this.... I wanted to participate in their March Millions Contest but they said I wasn't eligible. They said I don't deposit enough. Why do I have to deposit if I have money there? Nothing about that in their "rules" Anyway,
    I thought I was eligible according to their stated rules and messaged them. The reply was blah, blah , blah, we will make an exception.
    So I am happy and spend a lot of time setting up the brackets only to find out today that they are NOT letting me play after all because I have participated in too many promotions. I have only been with them for over 10 years. What a CRAPPY book they have become!

    This whole thing going on with Heritage floors me. It really hurts to lose this book, but I have scaled back to next to nothing in there based on all these threads. I sure hope this shit stops as I need Heritage and have leaned heavily on them for about 16 years without a single issue.....but I just can't ignore these threads any longer like I have the past year or so. Thanks as always for continuing to help us offshore players out Optional....even if it's indirectly. It's very much appreciated.

    I feel the same way as you. For years we could all trust that even if anything went wrong there, it would be fixed or explained fairly. New market struggles are very understandable but some of the stuff happening now is not excusable, and being repeated too often to be unintentional.

    I no longer hold out a lot of hope for their long term future.

    I'm currently working through a sizable rollover on a 10% reload bonus that I never wanted, or had knowledge of, on Heritage as well. Would be fine if they didn't also drastically cut my limits shortly after depositing. Not a good sign.

    My $1500 Litecoin payout request from early Monday morning is still "Waiting Payment". Crypto payments in the past have always been done same day if requested before the Noon cutoff (Central). Wasn't done that day nor yesterday--and I'm having doubts it will be done today. All this despite their site still showing same day payouts if requested before cutoff time--otherwise next day. Neither occurred, and the Heritage CS rep has nothing but the same canned message excuse. She wouldn't transfer me to a Supervisor or the Payout Dept for further clarification. I PM'd Heritage Insider last night to help get some answers, but have yet to hear back. What a shiit-show this Book has become.

    I've managed to lose my last six deposits. One away from their 8th free promo which is very good. Would take a high risk bet since it would be a freeroll essentially. I just don't want to end up with a $20,000 balance on a site now that is becoming more and more questionable. Heritage was once as good as they get. Very unsettling to see Opti talk like this about them and to see more bad reports lately.
