    Pinnacle constantly getting worse I see new posts here and on other forums than pinnacle is far from perfect (winners are welcome, biggest limits etc.) is absolute lie.

    Also posts from foreign forum (translated): As long as I was on pinnacle up to 10k, everything was ok. When I won more than that, they immediately started asking for various documents and froze my account. I was about 50k in total and the problems started when I wanted to withdraw. They asked for documents maybe 5 times. Sometimes they asked for the same ones that I had already provided and proved. This went on for weeks. Finally there was silence for more than a week. Then I get a letter saying that the account is closed for at least 6 months. No reason is given. I asked why and I am still waiting for an answer. I have not engaged in any fraud, or at least they would have told me the reason why they are doing this. This experience shows that Pinnacle is no different from a regular sh*t shop at the moment. Don't be surprised if your accounts start to be closed as well.
    Most of the companies have deteriorated considerably including pinnacle, in the past I used to hear that it was much better than betfair and other similar betting exchanges, one "betting commentator" said that pinnacle operates on a similar basis to the Aldi (Trader Joe's) supermarket chain (consistency, knowledge of the market, very low costs and of course respect for customers) an acquaintance of mine used to get a total of 500-800eur on mma and now it's ~80euros and that was just the day before the event. In general it seems that most betting companies have aggressively cut costs during the covid pandemic, and the easiest way of course is to limit the winners

    Yup, they responded to me today after I told them 4 days ago my degenerate kolo was going elsewhere. I didn't open the email. On the drop down notification of the email on my tablet, it starts by saying, dear sir, we understand the aggr...... I'm assuming if I open it, the word will be aggrevation. I decided to redownload the geoguard app and try all over again, same thing happens. As I told them 4 days ago, my business is going elsewhere. As everybody says, lots of other books out there that will take my money. I will only try to get into my account in the future to withdraw the little money I have there. I'm thankful I didn't redeposit that weekend when they ended up shutting down my account on the Monday for the Ontario launch on Wednesday.

    they're licensed by alcohol & gaming, and maybe the government-consumer services dept. will be interested if they play this game too long.

    ps: never thought after wagering there virtually daily for almost every day in their history they pull stunts like this, you'd swear any book operating like that would be going out of business soon instead of during a launch hoping to attract new customers.

    Not anywhere near what they were. No more 5 or 8 cent lines on anything. A lot of spreads over 20 cents also.

    I think Pinnacle must have changed ownership a couple years ago.

    Keeps getting worse and worse.

    Latest thing I notice is more markets that they will not let you buy/sell points. CFL for one.

    2015. The deposit rollover was introduced not long after.

    I have never had an issue getting verified at Pinnacle, or elsewhere for that matter, but my driver's license kept coming back with an error that they won't accept "edited" documents. This was scanned, so not a bad phone image. Tried like five or six times. Finally confirmed with my passport.

A real bettingside does all the work before so when you play and want to cash out everything is sorted. This company probably does this so they get the money from the losers and make it extra hard for the winners to cash out.

    EDIT: even the support is deliberty slow, no live support, no phonenummer. And when they denied you no explaination or follow up email, you have to follow it up.

    Vent all you like, but do not troll or post misinformation on SBR please.

    Post about your own case and facts and do not repost rubbish from other unmoderated forums full of scammers like Trustpilot.


    And as a long time Pinnacle customer I think you well know some of that stuff you posted is simply not true. Stick to your own issue.

    That does not look like an ID verification issue to me.

    Did you contact customer service as it says?

    I'd guess your profile has missing or bad info if it fails updating timezone.

    It used to show an error saying that it was due to my account not being fully verified.

    I contacted their CS and they said it was fixed and when I tried to change the timezone, this new error about incomplete account information showed up.

    I left it there as I was sick of sending multiple emails to their CS for merely being able to change the timezone.

    I continue to use Pinnacle through Betbrokers.

    I tried to get into my account again today, couldn't. The issue has always been the Geoguard Location Validator. I'm using Points Bet now. Also got Party Poker. Both accounts verified me as an Ontrio resident quickly, a couple documents, and without the Location Validator. Ill continue to register with more books. Using that app as part of the rollout, I will never understand. GL to everyone.

    Pinnacle works on my desktop computer, not on the iphone, as it kept on asking for downloading geolocater. Then I downloaded, but it stays on the download page of pinny. How did you guys fix this issue?

    yep, for the few days i was able to wager at pinnacle it only worked on an android phone.

    Pinnacle was not prepared as far as geo locator software

    Will take time to perfect, many books when 1st start had same issues all over usa
