    BETJOE stole my deposit

    A few days ago I made a 1k deposit through bitcoin with Betjoe.com. I know, I know, stay away from these unknown books. But they offered good welcome bonuses and I had done some research which didn't turn up a ton of red flags, so decided to give them a shot. I bet it all on one game, including the bonus, and lost.

    Yesterday morning I emailed them and asked them to confirm what bonus I could get for the second deposit, they quickly responded, and I deposited another 1k. This was around 10 in the morning. I know the transaction went through but they never credited my account. I have sent multiple emails to them including directly through their support link on the site, but have received zero responses.

    It's clear these guys are stealing my $1,000 after I just lost the same amount immediately prior, which is really unbelievable to me. Not sure why they wouldn't just steal my first deposit. I'm submitting a complaint through SBR but wanted to warn others to avoid this site at all costs.

    my regrets... Betjoe is scam - now it's clear.
    I had very similar to your situation. I bet here for few month and get winnings. After it I decide to bet with higher ammount and after first big winnings - they block my account without any explanation.

    Friends ...Guys... listen... if you're going to play at unknown/risky books, at least make only small amounts of deposits .... that way you wont have a headache .... IMO below $200
    Dnt let them use your deposits for their "ponzy"

    Update: After I notified them of this post, they sent me back the deposit and closed my account. I'm not sure if they intended to steal my money in the first place, or just have the worst customer service ever, but probably the latter.

    I also have problem with betjoe, because they limited my account and now I can not bet the same. I lost my first deposit with the bonus, 598 + 598 euro. I made second deposit 1000 euro and with 1000 euro bonus, I made it 5600 euro after 30 days. I have another 30 days for the bonus rollover, which is 30000 euro. They limited my account and now it is almost impossible to make it.

Unfortunately I am experiencing the same situation, they do not make me withdraw. they no longer reply to emails, only a few days ago they replied asking me for the bitcoin wallet, but after a few days they still haven't sent me the money on the bitcoin account, I am desperate, what can I do?

    now i have given up withdrawing via bitcoin, and i am waiting for them to pay me by bank transfer. I don't know if they'll ever pay me, if they don't have to pay me how can I protect myself? Do I need to call a lawyer?

    One of the biggest books in the UK is called betfred.....

    Lots of shit names, some good some bad... I dont think its really fair to judge the guy because he bet at a book called betjoe.
    First thing i thought of when i saw "bethard" was haha "scammedhard" but i think its a good book, though never tried.

    I second that. They confiscated all of my winnings without any explanation whatsoever. Didn't even return my deposit as of yet.

    Can't believe they were once a major sponsor of an EPL club.
