Betconstruct are a service provider, and a pretty responsible company generally. They provide the backend software and player management to quite a few bookmaker frontends. If this gmail address belongs to Betconstruct then what you have been told is true.

But if the gmail address belongs to Ohmbet then I agree with you that this suggests they are actually the same people behind Ibetup.

I will contact Betconstruct and see if we can find out what the truth is here.

A senior manager from Betconstruct has replied and was distressed that this thread may have caused damage to Ohmbet.

Inga is a Betconstruct employee who looks after part of the KYC process.

The email address docsdepartment@gmail.com DOES belong to betconstruct and has been used by them as a generic support email address for new sportsbook clients until their correct aliased email address is setup. Betconstruct apologized that their agent had mistakenly used the generic email instead of the correct @betohm.com support email.


Ohmbet are in no way connected to the defunct Ibetup.

I have only positiv experience with ohmbet.

I claimed the 100 % deposit sportsbook bonus and I start to bet. I have fullfilled the rollover in two days and I want to withdrawl my money via neteller. I got a mail, that I must verify my account and I've sent them my documents. Few hours later I had my money on neteller account.

OHMBET IS A SCAM – THEY DO NOT PAY OUT WINNINGS – STAY AWAY!



I created an account on 27 April 2019 to take bets on Finland Kolmonen (4th tier) matches. I deposit a total of EUR 8.000 and took bets on three matches for a total of EUR 8.721. My bets resulted a net win of EUR 6.130. After that I got limited and I requested a withdrawal on 28 April 2019. At this point Ohmbet requested documents for KYC which I complied and they confirmed my account to be fully verified. On 29 April 2019 my account was blocked and I couldn't log in. I asked the reason for that by email and they told me that my gaming history was under review. 1 May 2019 I was informed that all my bets have been voided due to match-fixing and I'm free to request a withdrawal for the amount I deposit after which my account will be permanently closed. There was nothing suspicious in the matches I bet, except that the lines were wrong and odds were far from being sharp. That's common as it's Finnish 4th tier and only the first round. I was not presented any proof of match-fixing having taken place and it seems this is just a strategy which Ohmbet employs against winning bettors.

I have failed complaint here on SBR but nothing has yet happened. I have very little hope at this point.

most euro books are joke, if you still want to place some bets use bet365 or pinnacle (bet365 not great, but at least they pay in time). I made 100 euros deposit on ohmbet and try to keep it simple and only make small bets.

I just have to make a post since I had already accounted for my money being lost but somehow I got paid in full by Ohmbet o.O

So initially I tried to withdraw money back in October 2019 and was met with the usual "send documents of your genetic profile and a picture of your mother's sister when she was 7" bullshit where they asked for additional documents whenever I sent what they asked for. I got tired of it all and just accepted my balance as lost but decided to try again this year as there's not much else to do due to the corona situation. Finally in March I actually got all my documents approved and made a €10k withdrawal which went through! I then tried withdrawing the rest of my balance (~8k) on the 16th of March but received nothing for a few weeks. Today I emailed them asking about my withdrawal and received the rest of my balance in Skrill in 30 minutes. I honestly can't fathom that I managed to get everything, especially with a lot of bookies now being in deep shit so I just felt I had to make this post. I still wouldn't trust Ohmbet with a dollar and will never deposit there again but I'm pleasantly surprised with the outcome of this saga.

I made a withdrawal on 09/20/2020 and so far they have not paid, I have already sent several messages the last one I received a reply to was on 9/29/2020 saying that I would see my case and answer in 24 hours and until today nothing, I continue to charge , are 171 usd, I do not recommend it to anyone.
