Basically, MyBookie stole my winning of more than $17,000! After countless phone calls, emails, chats and other attempted discussion, I can say that MyBookie ripped me off!


I'm writing this to warn you, and so that hopefully, you won't get ripped off as well.


I opened the account, took the bonus free play and played many times. Unfortunately, I had never won anything big. The good thing was that MyBookie gives a nice bonus every time I reloaded my account. So, I kept playing with them. I hit a nice streak and I was able to win and meet the roll over requirements. Obviously, I was finally relieved and happy that I wasn't gonna lose everything. But my trouble with MyBookie started when I won and requested a payout. Basically, they were happy to take any and all my deposits but definitely not happy to pay me when I won.


When I requested the deposit, they suspended my account. I chatted with them and was told that my account was under review and that I would get a phone call soon to resolve it. I was okay with that, so I waited for their phone call. But it was all just a game for them. They never intended to pay me. Below is how the whole conversation went down.


Feb. 5: I got a call from "Butch" but I was at work and couldn't pick up. So, he text me telling me to call the next day.
Feb. 6: I called back and spoke with Butch. He said, that my account was suspendedbecause I was “stream betting,” which apparently means that I know how to move the line (I don't!).But he said that it would be a warning and he reopened my account.
Feb. 7: I played four games, but before the games started Butch deleted my bets because as he said that I was "streaming again." This time he disabled my account.


That day, I chatted with them and once again was told that my account was "under review," and I would get a call from them. I waited for another call; I didn't receive it. I called and tried to talk with Butch (or anyone else "reviewing" my account), but couldn't. Since then I have called, chatted, and emailed many times. Each time, they said that either Butch or upper management would call me back.No one ever did!!

Finally, I was able to speak with someone named "Serlyn" who apparently had some authority, but he also said that the account still under investigation and that upper management will call, but of course that was a lie too. This was incredibly frustrating. For over a month while I was at work (could have been fired!), I made sure to have my phone at all times to respond to their calls. But again, no calls, no email - no nothing. They were basically lying and cheating to NOT pay me what I rightly and fairly won. After 5 WEEKS of stonewalling and avoiding me, there's nothing I can do - they stole my money. They are crooked and not to be trusted.And after an online search, they’ve done this to other people as well.


They give great bonuses because they expect you to lose, and if you win, they just don't pay you. They really are CROOKS! I hope this saves you some grief.

Steam betting. It is in their rules they do not allow steam bettors. I imagine you were kidding about stream.

And he was told it was about "moving the line".

My brain didn't click what it must have been. You are probably correct.

(Yes, lost too much during Feb and have cut back. But am forging ahead again winning on NASCAR. And weather is hot here, still feels like mid summer and we are now in autumn/fall)


@OP, do you know what betting "steam" is? Chasing slow moving lines at MyBookie after you see changes at Pinnacle. Is that how you have been betting?

For the record Optional, I don't use Mybookie anymore after they shorted me $100 on a $4000 BTC withdrawal...but...their lines are shifted half a point generally against the public.

For example if everyone is betting Golden State warriors one day, pinny and other books are at -6.5, MyBookie will be at -7. For the super bowl they had -3 patriots when most books were -2.5...so it can be argued there is always a +EV side compared to other books offered at Mybookie.

Their rules like this, where they can void winnings for awful reasoning is why I left as well. So hypothetically, if the OP was simply betting where the best line was for a bet, he could find it at mybookie if against the public. Mybookie rules basically allows them to void these winnings. That's why I think Mybookie lines are a slipper slope.

Steam is different from betting lines that are off market but somewhat similar example.

Mybookie is one of those sleaze ball books that isn't a total scam, if you're telling the truth you'll probably be paid but it will take a couple weeks and they will try to get you to give up.

Mybookie has never stiffed me.. Been on it for years. I don't take the bonus's though with that book and never have. I've also never tried to cash out for 17 grand either in one sitting.. My bookie had no problems with 5 - 7 grand payouts on my watch..
