I deposited to this site 100EU because of their advertisment:deposit 100 get 100 etc.. Also got D+ in here, so why not?
I lost my initial deposit bet, was hoping to maybe bounce back with this 100 Extra, however they did not add it, telling some bullshit about system error and they can not do this .

After over a week and 10 emails later they finally add it.I put some bets, lost and win, i catch up a heater and go it up to 2700Euro.Betting baseball and football (taking picks from this forum,)Cuz i know shit about baseball.

After i was up about 2000EU i got a little paranoid about that sum of money and i email them about all the bonus rules etc, also because i observed strange things happening to my acc like money bar dissappeared from the place it was showing before,i have it all on screenshots. So i ask the support if i done everything right with my wagering and they told me everything is ok and encourge to finish rollover.

Also at that moment my account got limited, so i could not place more than 30EU.
I rush things up there makeing alot of bets anyway to make it and have this stress behind me.

Finally after i made the rollover, requested a withdrawal i got this lovely message from them at Sunday afternoon, that they CONFISCATE all my money because i broke the T&C. Same T&C about wich i contacted them 4days before if i did everything right, and was asured its ok.
I personally asked them there if i violated any rules and if it wont be a problem and they told me its FINE.

So in this modest argument i got from them in sunday it was i violated the rules betting more than MAX BET and they take it all.

Looking into this. Indeed from 30 bets i made, 3 was more than 100EU, 1st one was lost,other two was odds 2.0 some tilt bet i made. It did not worked in my favor anyway. Worth mentioning their system allows you to bet more than 100EU but it counts only 100EU to rollover however you can not bet(not physically possible)
1 selection bets because it conflict the bonus rules and system do not allow you to make such bets.

So you can conclude the bets over 100EU does not count to rollover, however you can make them. That was also kind of what their support told me before they confiscate.

ALSO every of my bet was approved by their agents, wich often took over 2-3minutes.

Pobably some smart guy in "relevant department" after all this found me a nice target to steal
and they took their decision there to delete the noob.

Their own support told me i did all right, also system took my bets with all bonus rules + agents manually accepted every bet(then limited me later).But after all this some guy decided i won too much and they want to cheat on me. Contact with their support is awfull, i requested a call, no response from them,i asked for argumentation to all points i made, no response in every email i got from them i just got this
"our decision is final" what is their final argument to whatever i bring up.

I am kind of devasteted, as i gamble alot, got acc on most bookies,never got sth like this, also from my last heater it has been ages.Overall i am rather a donator, so i am looking for a help here, PLEASE.

And acknowledge you BETSONIC.COM is very unprofessional&shady.When you loose you da men, but if you win you do not get the money anyway .

Unfortunately as much as this feels bad, Betsonic rely on you not reading the rules and breaking them, as you have done.

No assurance from CS changes that or makes any difference.


I do not agree that Betsonic should be able to treat people this way but neither regulator they have licenses with will help usually.

You should submit a complaint to the MGA about the I-Tainment group who own/operate the website and are licensed by the MGA http://www.mga.org.mt/support/online-gaming-support/

If you decide to mention Betsonic to MGA they will immediately palm you off to a Curacao regualtor saying MGA does not license Betsonic... so don't say that. As the Curacao operation does nothing about these confiscations.

Complain about I-Tainment group only.

Hi, thank you for reply, ofc i read the rules however there was 10days delay where they got some "system errors" and did not(want) add bonus, i did some tilt bet on 300EU on saturday, within 30bets i made overall 3 of them was over 100EU... and 1 of them was lost... 2 other about odds 2.0.

Besides their own support asured me by mail just 4 days before i got this CONFISCATION message that i did everything fine with my wagers. And i simply asked them if they will not confiscate my money .

This is ridiculous they can do it . Never ever any other bookie i met did something like that.

Its 2774EURO HUGE part of my roll .

Reading their rules, the point they rely on is:

- Maximum stake allowed per bet slip is equal to the deposit amount.

It does not simply follow to CONFISCATE EVERYTHING .

Look at this:You can not do 1 selection bet because system does not allow you(error), but you can bet more than 100EU however it does not count to rollover. Their betting platform simply does not allow you to bet bets that does not work with bonus.

They over interpretate this rule to confiscate my money.

Its very dark, this cheaters should not be advertiset anywhere Z- is their rank.

I agree. And it sucks that the Malta Gaming Authority will continue to receive complaints about the I-Tainment group via their Betsonic skin but act like it is not their problem.

May I suggest trying to be briefer when you contact the MGA.

No need for the paragraphs of commentary... just tell them I-Tainment have confiscated your entire balance, including deposit, for making bets higher than your deposit. But their terms only say bets over that amount will not count for rollover. Not result in confiscation of the deposit!

Seriously, if you can restrain yourself to just make it one sentence like that, you will do better.

So just to pump it up i wrote email to Malta and ofc they told its Curracao and they do not

care even l-taiment makeing payments for them on Malta license, they do not care.

I sent it again today, same complaint. Also i tried Curracao and awaiting any response.

Those SCAMMERS BETSONIC.COM did not respond me, keep arogantly ignoring every

email i sent. They are bunch of shady cheaters, ashame to all industry.

Downgrade this sh1t bookie please, i have been somehow missguided with D+ in here, thinking it's not so bad,

and actually in reality it shown it could not be worse. They took all the money after the rollover with low

limits, verification process, e-mailing back and forth, and at the end SILENCE. They also did not respond to SBR.

scammy LSBet tryout tatics where they do not want to let every player use their weekly special offers and u need

to contact support(+screenshots) to have it banked nothing bad to say about them,
