Topbet owes many people here a lot of money. On top of that they've lied about sending payments when they never sent them. I don't care if they're having "processor issues", bottom line they're not paying. It only makes sense that a book should be downgraded to an F rating if they're not paying.


So here's my question: How in the world does topbet.eu currently have a C rating with sportsbookreview?


Whoever gives the best, most concise answer as judged by me will get 100 betpoints. Deadline is Noon PST Wednesday 4/13.

Looks like pay2card issues. Frequent bitch. They've been bitching a blue streak about Bookmaker.

Perhaps that's the case, but how is that our problem? Topbet has an excuse for everything & on top of that, they told me multiple times the money was sent to my bank (not the processor). I eventually found out they were lying to me.

I think at minimum they should put a notice on the front page of their site. The message should say something like, "it will take 30+ days to get your withdrawal and that's if you even get it at all".

Because you are the numbnutz that chose that option. Did you not think this might not have some delays involved?

I don't see any reason to blame TopBet for anything at this point. People are complaining about Bookmaker and Bovada pay2cards. It is not a simple process and if it does not work the first time, it is going to take a while.

So wait for them to put it on your card and choose a faster option next time. Now give me my 100 points.

In case you missed it here was SBR Forum's answer about this after your first one. It still stands.

Since SBR's report of the $1,100 payout complaint at Topbet, there's been five more reports of similar delays using the same method. We've asked Topbet for an ETA on the complaints. The sportsbook began slow-paying for a couple weeks around the same time last year and was temporarily downgraded for what was described as a third-party processing issue. We are evaluating and may adjust Topbet's rating again pending the resolution of these issues.

You're right. I know there's only so much SBR can do and I'm not trying to make things more difficult for you.

Please understand though, it's infuriating that Topbet continues to blow me and off and lie when I contact them about this. They're essentially acting like it's business at usual. You would think this would be the #1 priority for them.
