    i applied my withdrawal one week ago. First they come to verify lots of things from me, which i have been doing promptly. After this i heard now one week nothing and there happend nothing. I asked today again, when i will get my withdrawal... Definitely the last time that i had been betting there...

    A guy in German betting forum wettforum.info found out that they are actually sponsoring Real Madrid CF:

    In my account it says since some days that the withdrawal is paid, but on my bank account i cant see money from betcart...

    Lets see if in the next days money will be deposited to my bank account from betcart.

    Maybe on your bank account in 1-3 days takes about 1-3 Days normally

    just now i got a call from "Nina" from Betcart. They got the money back what they sent, because my bank datas are wrong (they said). So i checked again with her on the phone my bank datas a second time nad they had been correct. So they try to send a second time the payment... lets see if it works now...

    Had by no other bookie such withdraw problems like here....

    Ugh... sounds like "Nina" didn't know what to do so just tried the same way again.

    I doubt it will come through a second time if it did not the first. It probably means that Betcart's bank does not have a joint intermediary agreement with your bank.

    If it fails a second tine, ring your bank and ask who their USD Intermediary bank is (or Euro Intermeidary if you are using that currency for example)

    Then contact Betcart by email... so they have time to think and get it right... and tell them to please add the intermediary to the wire order next time.

    Dont worry if the CS agent has no clue what you mean, the person doing the wire orders will.

    I don't know everything about international banking but am pretty sure that can't be correct.

    What country are you in and what currency is Betcart supposed to sending in? And I'll have a look and double check if you like.

    after the call yesterday with Niki vom Betcart, they tried to send again the money.
    Today i had it on my bank account. But now i will not play there for a long time, too much hassle to get his money from them.

    So horst48 had to wait like 3-4 weeks.

    I requested my withdrawal on June 28 and did not receive a single cent.

    waiting for a skrill withdrawal myself too. It's last part of money...I hope to get them and say goodbye to these scammers.
    Usual answer from them, talking about technical issues, same as all of you.
    Till some weeks ago, a girl (Natalie) was answering and helping from vip@betcart but now, not even that.
    I hate them. So angry that shitty scammers like that keep working and nobody block them.
    I've reported all this to SBR, sent them several mails, contacted them, and still waiting since 27/07. So frustrating

    No. Contacted them on facebook, too. Their answer was like "bla bla bla".

    When I asked them what "bla bla bla" means in clear words they stopped replying, so no update.

    It's September and I am waiting for a withdrawal which I've requested in June.

    So annoying. How can this fking company sponsor a club like Real Madrid whilst not paying out their customers regularly?
