Nightmare process, horrible customer service -- guess they are back to their old tactics. 15 days for a courier check.. 15 business days has passed and now they are saying its just an average could take longer.. Customer service is cocky.. They say you'll get it when you get it.. I will never in my life use this book ever again. Only reason i used it is because sbr rated them a+ how in the world is that possible.

It is true that when couriers are involved time-frames are averaged, it's like ordering something from Amazon. Sometimes you get it in three days earlier than the delivery estimate, sometimes it's a little late. We can tell you though there are no other complaints on file from this sportsbook.

This book has been trash since day 1 and all these sites still promote them. I used to use them when they were Best Line Sports before the new owners took over. All their fancy advertisements and internet promotion cant hide the fact that they are scumbags who use slow pay tactics and have even voided winning bets in the past. I dont remember the name or the scam book he came from but their owner or president or whatever was linked to definite known scam books in the past and when his name came out linked to betonline they came out with complete denial. This book sucks and there is honest to god only a couple books even worth using online anymore

Betjamaica, Legends, man I miss those sites. Those are 2 of the best offshore books of all time

I dont know if people even use BetPhoenix or any of the JustBet linked sites but those are garbage scammers too.

I have now been using intertops for probably 5 years exclusively and it is absolutely laughable to me that these rating sites and forums do not have them as an A+++ book. They have never screwed me on a payout and it always comes in the same amount of time. Within 5 days the checks at my house, and within 7 more it clears at my banks. The only downside to intertops IMO is that you cant buy points, but honestly, buying points is for idiots anyway.

Sbr Forum.. Why can I not receive tracking information on my check? It is not like Amazon because I don't even have any proof that something has been shipped or when it may come. I get different stories every time I call player services, all have been constant lies. What am I paying a fee for if they just send whenever they want, with a 35$ fee they should send that check express once it's processed which was 3-4 weeks ago.

Brooklynguy is completely accurate at least for the past month with Betonline's payouts. Im not sure if they are having issues with their processors, but they extended the payout time frame for every payout method. ** and ** used to take less than 36 hours now its 5 days. Which is ridiculous especially for all the fees they charge for payouts.
I requested a payout through ** that supposed to take 36 hours or less, after 5 days they cancelled it and requested a new payout via a deposited to a debit card that i didnt authorize. When I called them they said that it now takes 5 business days, which made absolutely no fuckin sense since it has already been 5 business days. But they still cancelled it and required me to submit another payout request that was to take another 5 business days to process.
And they have the shittiest customer service. Not only does it take forever to talk to someone either on the phone or live chat, you get a different response every time. And if you begin to get frustrated they get an attitude and end the conversation.

BetOnline pays fast, both on the player side and the affiliate side. The problem isn't BetOnline, the problem is the US government. I don't live in the States, so I deposit/withdraw via Skrill, and BetOnline is pretty dang fast paying out by Skrill, usually within a few hours.

Intertops is solid always pays and good cs. I don't work for them. Not sure why they aren't A+.

While I agree with your argument, you fail to explain why other A and A+ books have navigated around government issues and can process payments quickly, while Betonline takes FOREVER, and charge you for the privilege of waiting. If your "government is to blame" argument is 100% true, wouldn't all offshore books be experiencing delays?

The player had his payout fee waived in light of the delay. There was some confusion caused by his first payout request being cancelled. A manager contacted the player to explain what went wrong and re-send payment.
