Avoid 12bet, they do not want to payout, insolvent?

    Hi,

Here is my first post :
    http://www.sportsbookreview.com/foru...l#post24005139

12bet launched a new website on the 11/05/2015 . Earlier i always got my withdrawal within 1-2 hours.

    - new 12bet do not allow withdrawal until customers make a new deposit to their new site.
    - so i deposited 5 EUR and I requested my withdrawal on 13/05/2015 : 1200 EUR
    - nothing happend so i contacted them 1 day later
    - they asked for my documents (in the last month 1 made at least 2 withdrawals on the old 12bet without any problem)
    - I sent them my passport copy, my tvinternet utility bill copy and my skrill screenshot with my register (new) address
    - It always take 1-3 days to get any answer from 12bet, I got an answer that they need another type of my Proof of Address. In my country we use electronic billing so i sent the only 1 utility bill I got every month that is not electronic. (+ my skrill screenshot/address)
    - In my next email i sent a certificated copy (by public notary) from my official residental address card.
    - Nothing happend, so i sent them another email after 3 days.
    - 12 hours later they refused to accept the notarized copy of my Postal ID. They claim that it is expired, what is bullshit because a notarized copy cant be expired. (My address changed earlier so 12bet has my old address in their system, but nobody can change its address in their system, there is no such option) So now the new 12bet want such a utiltity bill that i cant get because we use e- billing in my country , 12bet want me to send such an address document that is not correspond to their records on my address and they keep saying it is not good. (Makes no sense)
    - I sent them another 3 proof of address, 1 neteller postal letter copy with my address, a new type of televison+interenet utiltity bill and my flat common cost bill.
    - You wont believe but they said nothing about my new documents (20/05/2015). Now they ask ”online billing statement”.
    - I have accounts at least 50 sports bookmakers, all of them accepted my documents, except 12bet.
    - In the new 12bet site nobody can check their betting/transaction history because it is empty, so 12bet can manipulate everything they want.

With this post i am going to make a complaint to http://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk...-operator.aspx and sbr too

Sounds more like teething problems from the transition to the new site tbf. Sure sbr will be able to assist. The UKGC not so much

I've had withdrawals to skrill totalling over £1000 from fun88 and tlc178 this week. Both done in a few hours

If you think you have done nothing wrong it seems strange you are so confident that they don't want to pay you.

Can you show me a post where you agree with a poster who has had a bad
    experience with a bookmaker?

Seems you ALWAYS side with the book or have a sly comment towards the poster as you have done here.

Maybe he's confident they won't pay him because he hasn't been paid yet and feels he's been jerked around by them...as opposed to your insinuation that he did something wrong, justifying them not paying him.

I think it is time to sbr to contact to 12bet and ask why they do not want to payout me.

You've just picked a bad day to critique me Al. You will find many posts about helping people here if you really care.

After hundreds of cases I have seen quite a few people who demand that this book is criminal and planning to not pay me from the start. I can't recall many of them that turned out to have a genuine case in the end.

He will be paid and SBR will fight for it if he is genuine Al.

Other players are not having an issue. Just the one guy who said they would not pay him from the start. ;-)

Just for the record i'm not attacking or critiqueing you the person rather the posts
themselves which often come across as condescending towards the poster
looking for help with a problem.

Telling a guy to stop begging for freeplays isn't exactly the most tactful way
to respond to a guys post about a problem he precieves to be having with a book.

Ok. I don't want to look like that if possible.

The 'begging' word was a bit inflammatory, but if you read every post in this sub forum every day you would see how regularly we see people starting threads with titles similar to "12bet dont pay insolvent" only because they have been denied a freeplay for an error or inconvenience to stay playing at this insolvent book that does not pay.

As I said in the other thread, sometimes someone needs to add some fairness to the discussion and it's me that has to look like the bad guy sometimes. This week it's been more often than usual is all. 3 threads I can think of.

I think they are paying the requests with a 10-15days delay.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but 12Bet, along with 138.co.uk and Fun88.co.uk, haven't paid any withdrawals for about the last 10 days since before the end of Cheltenham. A lot of people are starting to suffer from squeaky bum time.

I've got £1K in unprocessed withdrawals across the three books, one withdrawal going back to 17th March. I've been on to their customer services every day since Tuesday. Myself and other customers are getting fobbed off. Promised timescales for payments have long passed, and those promises have since mutated in to no timescales for payments, and a new excuse nearly every day.

There are also a few complaints on the 12Bet Facebook page.

A lot of people are now not expecting to see their money. I've raised a complaint with SBR to which I've had an initial reply. Have also contacted the Isle of Man regulator and the UKGC, the latter being totally useless, but it can only help to cover all bases.

Oh ok. Is 10 days the oldest one you know about?

Not sure I'd be worrying too much even though that is strange for them. Hopefully the SBR agent can get some sort of explanation.

UKGC are the proverbial on a bull useless. Makes makes me a little mad to think tax payers cover the waste and they fob off all complaints to a body funded by the books. Anyway, no much use complaining to them unless it is to say IBAS have not helped you. http://www.ibas-uk.com/ is the place but I don't think they will do much for a 10 day old request unless you have been told by the book you wont be paid.

IoM regulator is one of the better ones but if you are a UK citizen they are just going to try and fob you off to IBAS too.

Not sure what these new UK laws have done that is positive for punters but every day we see how they have made another aspect worse.

You can give this mob a try too http://ec.europa.eu/odr would be interested to hear about your experience with them if you do.

BUT... unless there is something you haven't told me that is making you think this is a serious issue already (when I dont think so), I'd probably hold off kicking up too much stink until the situation is more clear.

I've need the IOM regulator before, and they've been very helpful. IBAS are totally useless, so won't even bother with them.

It's not the 10 days that's worrying me so much, it's the vague replies, broken promises, and changing excuses from customer services. To add to that, I've repeatedly asked them straight what the cause of the delay is, only to be met with a stony silence. They say that they had too many withdrawal requests to deal with due to Cheltenham. I put it to them today that during the last week, they've not cleared one day's worth of withdrawals (my withdrawal at 138 from 17th March is still not processed, while my 16th March withdrawals were processed within 24 hours). Cue 10 mins of silence.

    Something's clearly very wrong.

Hi all, new to this forum after viewing for a long time.
I am in the same situation with 12Bet, 138.com and Fun88.co.uk
I requested withdrawals on 20/3/16 and have yet to receive any back.
Has anyone started to receive payments?
    I am UK based.

    Many thanks.

I also had major problem with jenningsbet, 12bet.

jenningsbet limited my account after only 1 bet on my first account with them so i asked to close it and instead of closing the jenningsbet account they "self excluded" me from all odds matrix bookies. this includes 12bet uk who i had an account with which was fine.

i made a complaint with the iom regulator and they took literally a month to get back to me and didn't help.

the bookmaking industry is a disgrace and shambles.

Today, I received an email accusing me of bonus abuse. It advised me all my winnings are cancelled and my account will be closed. On contacting live chat, they fire a pre prepared response in seconds and exit the chat. 138.com from today are not answering the telephone and their chat has disappeared. This has to be a huge fraud that is happening? They obviously are taking the decision not to pay their Cheltenham liabilities.
please, anyone else affected by this advise on what is the best way to challenge it. Surely these books have to have some responsibility as they are under UK/IOM regulations.

I've just received exactly the same emails as Harry13 from 138.com and fun88 closing my accounts and accusing me of bonus fraud - ridiculous. Most of my £500-odd balance at 138.com was from winnings post-Cheltenham, and nothing to do with their festival offer. Presumably they've run out of cash?

    Received the same message today.

They do not want to pay at all I personally have lost more than I have won during cheltenham and still they cancelled all my winnings and told me that they would just give me my deposit back.
Do not know what winnings they mean since I have deposited more than I tried to withdraw.....

You have been proved correct by subsequent events. Well done for raising the issue at an early stage.
I doubt whether Sbr can do anything other than issue big warnings against using these books.

Have lost £1239 today across 12Bet, 138 and Fun88 after being accused of bonus abuse, having my withdrawals cancelled, and my accounts closed. This is fraud and theft on a grand scale. Sadly, I've had no response from SBR since I raised my initial concerns with them.

The IOM regulator have washed their hands of it due to me not being ION resident. The UK Gambling Commission is aware of what's happened this morning and have told me they will be contacting TGP Europe this afternoon. However they are powerless to do anything with regard to getting people their money back, and have admitted as much to me. All they can do is withdraw the UK licences which is totally useless afer they ripped everyone off.

I've contacted IBAS and the IOM Police to see if they are interested in doing anything. I expect IBAS to do the sum total of zero. I'm also looking as using the IOM small claims court or finding an IOM solicitor who will take the case up on a no win no fee basis.
