I created an account to Bet2Be in the start of June. They offered good odds and I have played on this site now for about month. Now my balance is 800£ and I'm trying to withdraw it, but they keep rejecting my withdrawal request without a reason. I have sent there required documents to prove my identity and so on. I have also been in contact in their support team why they don't let me withdraw my money. They don't answer nothing. The only answer they gave me was for my first contact in which I let them know I have sent my documents to them. Answer was " Thanks. You are verified now".

I'm very afraid of this site now. But is it too late? Can someone plz help me in this issue. Is this scam site or will I get my money back in some period of time..? Should I do sports book review complaint?

Just to let you guys know I did get paid. I did not believe it to happen. So it was a very positive surprise. They answered my third ticket like this:

"Dear Sir,
At this stage we have technical difficulties with payout via Skrill.
We are sure we will find a solution today.
We apologize for any inconvenience."

And to my other questions like why my Nick Kyrgios - Rafael Nadal bet was void (I would have won like 500e) they did not answer anything. Besides of that their customer service phone number does not exist and either live chat.

Very suspicious site for me. Just remembered that saw on oddsportal site, they offered some matches with payout bigger then 99%, which I never seen in my life earlier.

Sorr for taking so long to answer. I have no idea. It was a pre-match bet. I got the bet in with odds 12.5 and I bet 35£. I made the bet 1.7.2014, 11.48GMT and the match was played at the same day, 15.50 GMT. Their closing odds were 8.00 regarding to oddsportal. Any idea what could have happened and how they just voided it?

I don't see this as a case of "obvious error with the input of betting odds".. Is there something I can still do with this issue as they seem like not answering me..?

I happened to bet Kyrgios myself in that match, at better than 12.5 odds. So I agree it's doubtful they can justify voiding due to an error in the odds being too high.

Hi again!

I wrote a sportsbook complaint and your analyst contacted them. They agreed to re-instate my bet and I got my winnings. After that I did a withdrawal request and they approved it and I got paid without problems to my Skrill account.

This Nadal match was played on first July and after it I contacted them 3 times before making a review. They did not answer anything to those contacts which was very frustrating but on 22 July (same day I made SBR complaint) I received an e-mail which included for example clauses:

"Dear users, We have identified technical problems with the following list of users: ...",

"If you have found your user account is the list, don't worry. Your bets will be recalculated soon, as well as payouts will be delivered shortly. Our PSP provider has explained us that they face with some technical troubles, that's why some payouts were failed".

I don't know what to think about this site. At the beginning I was thinking what is going when they just kept rejecting my withdrawal request and had voided my Nadal-Kyrgios bet and one smaller bet without a reason. After all, everything went fine. I got my withdrawal requests approved and also winnings from my voided bets. I'm grateful for that. Maybe they had some technical problems or something but that doesn't explain why they didn't answer to my 3 contacts in 2 week time period.

Personally I think I would give Bet2be the benefit of the doubt.

They were one of the most responsive books I have dealt with so far. And seemed genuinely concerned to find and correct any error.

I googled bet2be reviews because of the trouble I have been having and when I saw this thread I had to reply and bump it to warn people. I joined bet2be last month and have placed 2 bets on it since and both won. Initial deposit of £250 and it is now on £477 but I needed the money out 2 weeks ago so I asked for it to be withdrawn.. 3 days go by and nothing, not a single email. The live chat on their website doesn't work so I have to leave a ticket and there was no reply. I realised by myself that you have to verify yourself, once I did this they sent me an email saying I have to verify myself again... New pics were taken and accepted. This was 9 days ago, they cancelled my first withdrawal after 2 days and I tried again and 7 days later I still have nothing! Not in my neteller, not in my bet2be account and my 6 ticket messages have no reply, they also have not answered their phones when I ring(from another country).. Money is probably gone but even if I do get it, I don't recommend anyone having to go through this so please avoid.

Ok I try to explain better: 20 days ago I requested a withdrawal of 1,500£.
besides, the bad thing is that now my balance is 2,000£, but they limit my bets, some days I can bet 0£ and a maximum of not more than 50£. So these 2,000£ are 'trapped'. Now I hope it is clear.
Optional, you know these infamous bet2be? I dont trust the UK book, last year Canbet (those pigs) stolen me 3.000euros .

Or are you saying you think that is why they are treating you this way? For betting on wrong odds?

Make sure you explain there is 3 separate issues.

1) 20 days since withdraw request
2) The changing betting limits.
3) The bet(s) on wrong odds.

Joker, if you are Italian you've got a big problem. They are very slow and reluctant to pay. They have asked me 3 times all the documentation and I had to ask the support of SRB before receiving my first whitdraw. They're just waiting for you lose. If you win their pull out every rule. Reliable websites that per rules don’t accept players leaving in Italy should not accept registration at the beginning.
