    Heritage is not to blame here, you would have the exact same issue with any USA facing book. So I assume Heritage is upset about the thread title. as they should be.

    good.. let them be upset.. I want the whole world to know heritage are thieves.. and im not done with sportsbook review.. I will go to every sports forum on the net and report what heritage has done to me... and I think its time the FBI knew what heritage was up too.. pretending to be "OUT" of the US market but taking my deposits and wagers...

    thanks for trying to screw things up for other heritage players-what's wrong with you-your bet was a loser-heritage still offers you free play even after you start complaining at a forum-then they pay you as a win and close your account - all the while being right and just following the normal vegas rules- but you are still pissed- should be thankful you got paid for a losing bet - should have taken the free play-i wouldn't want you as a customer either-what a pain in the ass. and as always a 1st time poster with a ridiculous rant about a good book. it's like a running joke-one of these every week.

    They tried to bribe you by throwing you a free play and grading a legit loss a win? Sounds like they tried to appease a whiny ass brat. As already explained to you it's not their rule, it's standard in the industry. You call it sucky because you didn't know it and got burned. If you'd been on the other side would you have made a thread extolling the virtues of Heritage, how they followed the rules and correctly graded your bet a win? Don't think so.
