    Lots of changes in a short time frame can make people nervous. I get the feeling that some people were not happy with the way the book was being run and decided that the wind had to start blowing from a different direction. If so, the problem is that it is not clear who these people are. My first impression of this new situation is that used car salespersons have entered the building. Jon has a certain way of doing things, and this new book, from what I've seen, has a very different way.

    well said brotha! penetrate em if they have a beef with you or BI. Keep doing what your doing and and don't change a thing.....cause you have taken a book from the dark and shine some bright ass sunlight on it over the past two years.

Maybe its because people know I will come to the rescue and try to rectify it or maybe they just want free money.

    Point is guys no book is or will ever be perfect I cant always be the hero , sometimes I HAVE TO SAY NO and that does not make me a villain it just makes me a business owner making the right calls.

    So my apologies if you feel you are not getting the best service I really do try to make BI a top out and I demand 110% from my staff but we are not robots there are times during a day when our work load is larger than normal so sometimes the service may be a more get to the point than the standard friendly CS at Betislands.

    So again if you need me email and I will do my best to take care of everyone.

    I've used Betislands a lot and I've never had a payout problem or an issue Jon wouldn't work on and solve. I'm not sure where the negative posts are coming from, but I suspect they're not 100% honest.

    Jon is a problem solver. There is no doubt about that. Overall he does a great job. There are many positives to playing there. That being said the soccer lines and many tennis lines are abysmal. Limits seem to fluctuate. The lack of money lines is an issue and I've had issues at least a dozen times getting a response to an email or getting a very late reply but the pro's outweigh the con's in my estimation.

    I can not speak for anyone else and I only post here so others know of my experience. There is no hidden motives.
    As everyone has stated Jon is a nice guy. I agree, He is different than most GM's...... without a doubt.
    If you talk to him he will get things done.
    But what some people is not realizing is that many of us posting share the same frustrations and issues. It is not personal and it is not an attack. We joined this book based upon the common principle of "best service" and more so that Jon was not a Tony and would be available to resolve an issue.
    Things happen and they have this past month. I get it. But what most have said is that when we reached out to John, as promised and touted, he did not respond, reply or been available. I called him for 7 days straight and left message after message. No response. I emailed him ....nothing.
    So yes you are a nice guy and yes you are different than other GM's.
    I would appreciate it a whole lot more if I did get a NO, I may not agree but I would respect it. The none response and non communication is much worse. So when I read the latest posts and sense your frustration with some posters, I do not get it.
    Own it Jon. If people are trying to get in touch with you and you do not return calls or emails, then understand why we may be upset and post these experiences. No results +excuses does not equal results. Thanks for listening Jon.

    FWIW, checks are DEFINTELY NOT an option at BI until further notice. Also the gal I talked to this morning "forgot" to put in my p2p request and the guy I talked to about it on live chat ended the conversation early twice tonight. It'll all get sorted out by Monday I guess, but these new payout complaints are not BS. Just reporting my experience today....it wasn't good. CS is lacking to say the least at BI.

    I love Jon and BI. But maybe they should get things straight with this book, instead of buying another one. How the fukk do they not have a mobile site yet. Even a bubble gum book like "alliance" has a fukkin mobile site. Unrealz.

    They had a mobile site, but it stopped working sometime last Spring. Overall a very good book & Jon has always been there to help me. With that said, a few suggestions to make my gambling experience even better there: bring back the mobile site, remove the 20 second delay to confirm wagers, remove CAPS from passwords.

    i agree with the passwords. only 8 characters allowed, no special characters allowed, and must be all caps. plus it says on the webpage that you have to use all caps. a hacker's dream

    If they knew how dangerous that was they would have changed it yesterday. Cracking passwords is organized crime in Eastern Europe.

    Books should offer space for two passwords. One very long one to log in, and a short one to confirm bets.

    2 days ago I was told that someone would be back to me shortly with the resolution of my issues. These are the same issues I posted about a week ago. So far, no one has gotten back to me and yesterday I e-mailed and PM'd Jon and got no response.

    Nothing's changed, their customer service is still nothing to write home about. I'm sorry to hear about these payment issues now, wondering why I ever posted up there.

    I didnt get my freeplay for the site being down last week, but I didnt ask either...Shit happens...get over it guys...No point in bad mouthing a great book and deterring clients away from them. Also Jon is in here what other GMs are?? None that I know of, besides bodog Becky or whatever you call her.

    Lucky you. Hate to say it, but I have had nothing but trouble with their CS this football season. Hopefully they'll get my payout issue resolved tonight. Will post either way. Cheers.

    This is the problem with this forum. Because you've never had a problem with them or their customer service, I should get over it? I was convinced by people IN THIS FORUM that that was the place to post up. I already had 5 figures at Bookmaker and was looking for another out. So I posted up at BI, 5 figures. Since then, I've been limited, I've been told people will be back to me shortly, I've been told my other issues will be addressed, on and on. And yet 90% of the e-mails I send go unanswered. And now, the payout options are disappearing.

    People cry about Bookmaker, bad lines, high payout fees, etc. And they talk about BI has having great customer service and same day payouts.

    Yet I have had ZERO issues with Bookmaker. I get immediate replies to my questions. I get great customer service there and they have great payout options for USA players. And I've had exactly the opposite experience with BI.

    This is a place to talk about your experiences with a book, in the hopes that other people will benefit. And if you've had a good experience with a book that's valuable information. But it doesn't mean that people who haven't had good experiences with that book should get over it.

    Tunes gets it.Anybody that says BI is the best must have Betus and Oddsmaker as their other 2 outs.I played with BI and they couldn't hold a candle to a real out.Jon is the PT Barnum of the offshore business.

    Tunes- Right on. Not personal just our experiences. Not bad mouthing just posting. There a few who get it.
    For those who are still happy with BI that is great, hopefully you will not share in our experiences and all will be good for you. I believe that people should be able to get a fair and realistic scope of expectations if they play at BI for both the good and the not so good for both smaller amount bettors and larger bettors.
    People bet differently, request payouts differently and therefore their experiences may vary greatly.

    One man show that's what happened...We basically play with a bookie named Jon..How much can one person do for 1000 different people? And I don't mean that to defend him. It's a bad thing. People shouldn't have to go through only you to get things done and wait a week for reply. You need an assistant that has power to resolve issues. It's like he's our bookie and every person on chat or that picks up the phone is his gf or bud that accidentally picked up his cell phone and doesn't know squat. "I'll tell him you called." says the housekeeper. Still love ya though
